missing mobile — found by use vodafone sim

sir, i lost my mobile N70-M on 19 th july 08 at surat.gujarat. and i logged complain to police at surat city.as per police they reported this to nokia center with all details of my mobile.
sir letter on 6 th of aug 08 a phone call comes to me from mr.atul who said an employed of vodafone at chandigadh india found my mobile and comfomed with all details with me and said to me that we will send this by post.he him self phone to me by vodafone mobile no.[protected].
sir as a postage/insurance charge, he him self asked me to charge a coupen of talk timeto diff no phone given by him and also charge a coupen on same above mo.no

sir, as reputed vodafone comp.i face this type of experience, as a request i need your help to get my mobile back since last some days i try to cont.by above no i found only sound of vodafone casset.
sir as a request please do some thing in favaour of me.

My mobile number is [protected] is lost at around 16-17 Hrs on 08.09.09.After searching at all possible destinations,I am now sure of its loss.Kindly block all incomming and out going facilities pertaining to this SIM and let us know how to get new SIM of same number.Please confirm the complaint reciept at my mentioned e mail address.

Vodafone mobile — missing phone and SIM card

Dear Sir
I have a vodafone connection for last 4 years. But due to irritating service and some threats from company I changed me mobile company.as I had paid the phone rental for 2 years and that was not completed so I kept that vodafone connection also . as I was not using that fone so I was getting a bill of Rs -61 every week but suddenly I got a bill of Rs 6000 while I did not use the phone at all and I do not a single person to whome the calls had been made. When I tried to find me Mobile and SIM for my utter surpise both the thing were missing.
I wish to maintain that I am ready to pay full amount If I have made a single call but somebody from the company itself has made tha calls from exchange as mobile is comming off.
Calls list of the incomming calls on this phone [protected] may pl be provided from 03/09/2009 to 02/10/2009.
Present address of my mobile and SIM.
How did they activated ISD without my request or permission.
Why did they not give a warning on my email when after a gap of 6 month suddernly phone was being used with STD,ISD,local and SMS
SIM CARD MAY PL BE BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY.REPLY MAY BE SEND ON MY email.my mobile is [protected]
