[Resolved] Vodafone — Execution of change of address
I have two vodafone connections obtained from their outlet in Malad - Hypercity. My numbers are [protected] and[protected]. I recntly moved my apartment in the same area and the address change was asked for . I was asked to go to the Vodafone counter and on 29th March I went there in Hypercity ( Malad west). I was instructed to give documents of address change . I went back with a letter from citibank reflecting the address change . That was not enough, the next day on 1st April i went back with the rent and lease agreement . I was told it was fine and that the number will be update in 72 hrs . it is 9th April, my address was not update and hence I went in to the same office today . I met 4 members, no one was able top give me a reason why it was not update and finally afte 40 minutes i met up with the store manager . I had to explain to her and then she disappaerade presumabably searching for the documents I had given . i waite and there was no document and the entire team searching for a document . this reflectsto the inefficient stafff and poor management . The first time I did not note the names, URVI the store manager was not able to answer, but kept searching for the document. Sammer in the counter was totally useless, Rizawana was the woman i met during my earlier visit, just disappeared. They have not provided me with any answer . If the address is not updated, I think the top management who take such high perks should look into the details of function. Vodofone efficently changed their name from Hutch to vodofone very well, but the functioning of the staff is really pathetic and worse than any govt staff. I would like the management to reply to me and not harass a customer by asking him to ccome 5 times for an address change to be executed.
