Hi, I recharged my vodafone prepaid mobile online through ICICI bank at around 4 PM and so far my mobile is recharged.I called the customer care number 111 and first time the lady just kept the phone unattended.At 18:45 i called the customer care, a guy called immanuel started abusing me when i asked " am i fool to wait for mobile to get recharged after 72hrs".According to vodafone it takes 72hrs to recharge if it recharged online.Worst people on the earth Was this information helpful? | |

I am from Ernakulam. A serious problem about my vodafone number. This day[protected] a guy called me and shouting. Because he attended a call from me. But I have no idea about that number and I am not call that person. But he again and again tell me I called him at my vodafone number. Actually I haven't call that person. How formed this type of problem ? Please give the answer...

I (Prashanti Mehta) have changed my connection from prepaid to postpaid on last sunday and its been a week that i havent got through the connection of the group talk scheme... the vodafone service sucks big time... especially the excutive had promised me that the service would start within 2 days of submitting the documents.. i am facing a lot of hassles... i would really like to lodge a complaint in regards to the late and inorganised service!
Same issue of recharging vodafone prepaid mobile online through ICICI bank and getting no recharge value on the phone. The customer care executives know nothing about their own company. On logging a request with them, I got a request ID [protected], however no response o[censored]pdate on the same even after 2 days.

I have recharge my mobiles by online recharge. my account has debited by vodafone.
but i have not recived any balance in my both phone.
I believe vodaphone is a name of trust. but it seems that it would be brunch of trust.
please let me know I have to take trust on you or we have to do other options.

even i agree with this complaint...these vodafone people dont know the value of the custmers..same thing happend to me with the custmer care about portability..verrryyyyyyyyyyy veryyyyyyyyyyyyy bad vodafone..dont use vodafone connection...very bad
I (Ravindra) have changed my connection from Aircel Postpaid to Vodafone Postpaid on last sunday and its been a week that i havent got through the connection for the better network...the vodafone service sucks big time... especially the excutive had promised me the after verification your number will start to vodafone but if start the vodafone connction my both number is blocked vodafone as well as Aircel. the number i used for last year, after year number is bloked for the verification, as same address i have received the hdfc, icici, sbi credit card statment.

I am really fed up with your service regarding your bill payments. One Ms.Anita and One Ms. Nisha from your franchisee hyped me to get this vodafone inspite me having two services. This is the fourth time i facing huge bill problem even though i am out of station. I asked your customer care to provide me the itemised bill, they did not even bother to call me or send...Whats happening so called international reputed VODAFONE... If they are not fullfilling my needs i have planned to file a case in the CONSUMER COURT. This is for your information.
Let me see atleast they take action from this date...

I was speaking to customer care executive (Monika) regarding the de-activation of my old number ([protected]) which I never activated.
I am using corporate connection and the sales guy given me one additional no. with my actual number and said that whenever you needed you can activate with in 30 days but only after 15 days I called customer care to de-activate this number permanently because I am using only one number.
Monika was not able to convince me so she forwarded that call you her supervisor (Satish) and the language he was using... my God...I can't believe Vodafone has such customer care executive who doesn't know how to speak to the customer.
Already I have registered a complain with customer care with ref. No [protected].
Request you look into the matter and not hire such a rude person at least in customer care who doesn't know how to speak.
