Vodafone — excess charges

i have been in service of advance rental from 2-3 YEARS ..AND THIS TIME ALSO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME..AND THEY ADDRESSED ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE...BUT NOW I GET THE BILL AND ITS NOT DONE...I MAILED AND TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE...BUT THEY DONT GIVE ME ANY RESPONSE..
I have vodafone no. from past 10 years and still they fail to provide me services.

I have sent a detailed mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com please follow up and make sure ull guys do a dam about it.
your service is not good in past 1 month for me becouse my no is [protected] i was call some time vodafone care to 111 but not connecting to that no. (I was triying past 15days till also not going to 111 vodafone c c )and one more problem is messages are not going to others number from my number . ''message has been sent'' this sending option will be displyed in my mobile but that message not reching to any numbers. i have so many time complent to vodafone outlet and custmor care excutives but my prombles are not solved till date.
I have seriosley tell you, your people not solving my problem please give me the root about disconecting my services and i have not paid the outstanding amount also.

Vodafone — charging on unsubscribing a service which i have not subscribed to.

I have vodafone prepaid number. Many times my number has been subscribed for useless services without my knowledge, even did not get any message for that, and charging for such services.

Once i checked my balance getting reduced even i did not make any call. I called customer care I was told my plan has been changed as an offer, I was allowed to send 100 SMS free per day only by paying Re1 per day. Usally I don't send SMS and was not aware of this service being activated on my number. I have been charged for long time.

If customer tries to unsubscribe, again there are charges for that.

Recently I got message from CDSL (a demat account company) that my number has been subscribed for free SMS and I forwarded back the same message to a given number to unsubscribe my number. I was charged Rs 3. I received this message, even though i am not the account holder in CDSL.

This is how Vodafone is cheating on customers. To individual customer charged amount is less but this is how thousands of customers are being cheated by Vodafone.

I had taken Vodafone postpaid number having a plan of 200, when I had takne this connection from Vodafone Store Sec 35 Chd, I had opted for SMS + STD pack where I would be charged Rs. 1 for each sms & STD call instead of Rs. 1.50.

Since I had the connection activated my problems have been increasing. Within 1st week my outgoing was barred & sms sent to me to pay Rs. 500. After paying same I was again after a week asked for more money as they had given me credit limit of Rs. 900 only. Was there any document or agreement made between us on same . Inspite of that I went ahead and paid 2000 more. Then yesterday I received my bill for 3000+ amount which when I saw was shocked. There was no sms or std pack activated in my account.

I rushed to the Vodafone store & spoke to the executives Surbi, Praveen & one other female. To my horror they told me I was supposed to send a sms to activate these services which I was never told when I took the connection. The executives were not ready to do anything & when I asked to disconnect my number they were even ready to do that.

Sick service...is this the way consumers are taken for a ride. I had paid 500 rs to them as security deposit & they did not even pay me a receipt saying no power is there u can come some other time and collect. I had trust on them & went without taking receipt. But this is what I get for trusting such a cheap service provider.

I want my extra charges to be revered + an compensation amount for harrasing me so much.

Vodafone / Postpaid plan — Charged for unwanted & unsubscribed services

Vodafone pushed its services that I had not subscribed for, forcibly on me. They then put the onus on me to cancel these services that I had not even asked for in the first place. To make matters worse, Vodafone made the cancellation process of these unwanted services as complex and time-taking as possible. This has resulted in my wasting serveral stressful days trying to cancel these services. Vodafone finaly refunded a part of the money--with no apologies or promises to correct this process so that other customers don't have to face the same issue - they say its their Corporate marketing strategy.

Elaborated below is my experience with Vodafone's deceit process:

I apply for a add-on line, very specifically saying and signing on an agreed plan.

Flash Service: Start getting messages every hour on my phone. Customer service informs me that these are Flash services, and if need to cancel I need to put my SIM in a Nokia phone and then request thru that phone for cancellation of the Flash service. I resent on having to cancel service that I had not even signed up for. But soon understand that this is Vodafone's policy. I have no option. After trying with Nokia handset + multiple calls to Customer service, I finally manage to get the flash services stopped. Price I had to Pay:
1> 2 months of not being able to use this phone as its battery would run down due to constant msg.
2> 50 hrs wasted in follow-up for cancellation
3> Wasting 8 Saturdays. Multiple follow-up would leave me irritated and exhausted and totally destroy my weekends
Missed Call intimation: I see this appearing on my bill. Call up and am informed that I though I have not ordered this, this is normally added as a value added service. If I don't like, I would need to cancel thru my phone. Customer service would not cancel this for me. This time around I decide to fight Vodafone. After multiple call and visits to Vodafone office, I have to bow down to Vodafone's fraudulent ways. My price
1> 40 hrs wasted in follow-up for cancellation
2> Wasting 6 Saturdays. Multiple follow-up would leave me irritated and exhausted and totally destroy my weekends

I have been told I can't fight Vodafone and would need a lot of funds and time. What are my options?

This is murali from Bangalore and working with hcl.Last month i took postpaid connection for 150 plan(250min free for local, 150 min free for std, 500 sms free for local/std) but when i called to Customer care they told me tht its not applicable for ur 150plan. What is this already billed came 750. I am really dissappointed with this issues.Please kindly take this issue as serious and get back to me ASAP.So kindly disconnect my postpaid connection with this number [protected].

I agree.. they do not respond at all to any emails..when i've been mailing for more than a week now for my cancellation request. connection when they r not ready to cater to any request from their customers..
NOt at all a proffesional working culture.
Please do not take a corporate connection from karnataka.. they dont cater to any request made to them

We had a plan of 200. But we have been charged for plan of RS400. I didn't change my plan. It was changed by your company. I am a regular payment giver but due to excess amount I will not pay the bill. Ihave complained to your company many times but no result was given. I went to vodafone office they told to complain in customer care, customer care told to visit vodafone office. My number [protected] and also add on number is disconnected [protected]. Customer care speak to me very rudly. They dont listento problem. I want result for my complaint. Oterwise will go to consumer court against yourcompany.
