Vodafone Post Paid — Sending letters

I was using a vodafone postpaid in kol.
due to bad billing proceduresbi thought of leaving the connection after paying the first month bill.
I got a call from an agent asking me whether i am facing any problem or not.
i said that i want to withdraw the connection.
i was said that to use this connection for some more days and they will call me again.
in this course of time the next billing cycle was completed and the next bill was generated.
I refused to pay initially and finally made up to pay that.
I went to a store to pay.
I wanted to pay the bill with card and cash, i was informed that they can only accept bill patment through sms and they cannot give me a reciept.
All my bill details and correct phone number was entered and message came up that to provide a valid phone number, which was valid.
After that i had to move out from kolkata and now the company is sending me letters to my residence from some lawyers to pay bills.This is ridiculous.
I caanot sit back to pay the company when their system will run good and take my valid phone number as an valid one.
First of all i had asked them to deactivate the number which they did not do and now they are sending letters to pay bills????

Vodafone Postpaid — Have not returned 600 Rs.

Vodafone Postpaid Pondicherry:

I paid deposit of 600 Rs. for a Vodafone Postpaid Sim card - Number[protected]. Once the deposit was given, I received a receipt, but the sim card was not activated. The next day I was told that my request for a sim card was rejected due to the fact that I am an unmarried single woman. When I asked for my deposit back, they said they can only give it in 45 days, since that is the "cycle". Despite several follow-ups, visits to the Vodafone store and calling, they are not giving the money back.

Category - Bill payment new cash.

On top of this, the vodafone service people in the store have harrassed me every time I try to get my money back, despite complaints they continue to behave badly. I am shocked and horrified by their behavior. Although the reciept has the amount of Rs. 551, they actually took 600 Rs. from me, and said they would return the change the next day since they did not have 50 Rs. change. They have failed to do this, and gave me a wrong receipt also. They have not followed their verbal agreement, and now I fear I will never get my money back from them!
S. N. Bhobe & Associates Pvt. Ltd having 25 nos vodafone connections .The bill of [protected] this no is not received till date and time . i was asked to Vodafone customer care, Wakadewadi pune (Personnelly) but they was not given satisfactory answers to me. In this course of time the billing due date is completed and now our phone is not working.
Please give me your clarifications ?

i have deactivated my itemised bill in october through your customer care.but RS 50/ has been charged in my bill amount.i have visited your store in Bhubaneswar, Miss GUHA the store manager of ministore satyanagar told, you talk to mr RAJA SINGH for that without finding any solution.The GO GREEN has been done at your end in october .This is straight away a customer harrasment .

Vodafone — documents submitted three times, still number did not work.

I purchased a new vodafone number and I did submit the documents three times but they did not start the services. Everytime I called them I only get the reply that since i did not submit the documents,services won't be started at my number.

Vodafone — no resolution to my problem (pre announcement)

I am a vodafone prepaid user, my contact no is [protected]. from past 2 months i m suffering from the problem of pre announcement. I did lots of complaints from dec2010 to jan 2011 but that pre announcement had not been stopped. the pre announcement is regarding the submission of documents for verification, I have submitted the documents thrice at vodafone ministore sector-18 noida. but still suffering from this irratating announcement.
please somebody tell me whether this problem will be solved or should I change my operator.
as per vodafone they are HAPPY TO HELP but I am their UNHAPPY subscriber.

I am using vodafone mobile no. [protected]. now after 2 years i decide to convert it into prepaid . but after complete all requirements my no. is not started after 5 days from the date of request. is this the service of the co. who claim to be the no.-1 in telecom sector.

Vodafone just takes money from you and they do not return, and above all even i got a fake receipt from vodafone for my desposit..the money was put in pocket by mini store person.
You are another victim of Vodafone..

vodafone / prepaid connection — pre announcement call

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am receiving doc. submition anouncement since February, 2011. I have
submitted my document twice to Vodafone Kalkaji Store in march, 2011 and Sec -18 , Noida store 2nd of June,2011.

Still getting the same pre call announcement. Please do the needful in this regard.

My mobile remains switch on all the time, i donot know why vodafone team is not able to connect to me. Secondly precall announcement is still active on my no.I am hearing it on every single call.

I request you to stop it soon as i have already submitted my docs twice in last three months.

I purchased a new post paid sim card in Koparkhaine My no. is [protected] the problem is someone is calling me on this number [protected] and telling me to disconnect the number because he was using the same number before. I cant disconnect the number because i given my contact No to all the person including my family members also.

Kindly do the needful immediately
