Before i used to Idea network in prepaid connection, i port on 20th July 2013, My connection approved on 7th of Aug 2013. 7th of Aug 2013 12am onword my network is lost, now is 10th aug still my no is not working i submitted all the document that they requierd but still is my no is not working. I go to vodafone gallery at Vile parle east many time they said Ho jaygea but no netowork on my no and they give 3 time new sim, still not working.

I have a Vodafone Prepaid Connection for Past 7years. This month (Dec 19) I Changed Postpaid connection, I Paid Rs.750/- as Deposit, still they didn’t update the amount in my account. I gave many complaints regarding the same, but not working And I went to Vodafone store many times for the same issue but no one is responding. My Vodafone Mobile no is: [protected]. If I made call to customer care of Vodafone, they are not responding. Despite several follow-ups, visits to the Vodafone store and calling, the issue Vodafone gives more stress for me and made me to physical fatigue. The Postpaid deposit Bill details.

I'm NRI trying to change my existing carrier Airtel to Vodafone knowing very good offer. So i called the Customer service number using my ISD line. Thinking it will be taken care soon. Here in Kerala Call center Customer service Rep. Had moving me from one to second Department. Now I'm on hold for last 19.38Mins. No response neither their is no courtesy to come back on line & tell me he is working on it. I'm really disappointed by this. No professionalism at all. They really need some serious soft skills training. Please don't use the record info saying you are the best in the world. Serving in 25 countries across 5 continent. You are not the best but Vodaphone is the Worst customer service 0000000.

Kindly be informed that i have changed portability from IDEA to Vadaphone on 11.12.2015 and IDEA has given clearance and connection has been disconnected from 1200 hrs on 17.12.2015 and till now your team at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh has not responded till now and they have been advising every one hour your connection will be rectified and till date there is follow up from the local Manager Mr. Shiva and he is not above to appraise the suitation correctly about the rectifing of the same. Fyki, Just now 2 customers have also present with the same problems and the Manager has advised that there is no comment of same and will advise when ever it is rectified and Kindly advise if any action is being taken from your end and advise. As i found vadaphone at Vizag are Insane and they have advised that they have no idea about the rectification.
Request to kindly check and advise if same can rectified or not

I have bought a new sim ( phn: [protected]) from Vodafone on 4th or 5th Aug.2016. I got a call from your executive, Mr Vinay ([protected]) for choosing number . I chosed one number that [protected] and he explained me that in rental 699 I will get 1500 mins local & std mins, 500 sms, 1gb 3G data and Rs. 200 discounts on rental for the 1st 6 months .
I accept the condition and then one of your executive came and took the Rs 250 as security deposit with my ID proof .
Next day I got verification call in my number([protected]) and the guy told me that I will not get any discount of Rs 200. I told him that it was promised to me by the executive so I said either return my security deposit or activate the plan as promise to me .
Now 6 days has passed neither my number is activated nor the amount is refunded to me . Day before yesterday I called 198 and complaint about the matter ( call interaction number[protected] with Pravesh, emp. Id 59059) but still I didnot receive any help.
I am continuously calling Vinay from morning but he is not answering my calls.
How can you hire such fraud people in the organisation . No one is ready to help. What a terrible service you are giving to yours customer . This was really not expected out from Vodafone .

Internet connection is very poor,
I have raise complain many times but still not resolve from nodel officer, vodafone store. I have 15 GB 4G data but found 2 or 3 kbps speed every time, highly dis-satisfied with vodafone internet connectivity.

Hello I have given request to migrate from post paid to prepaid on 13 Oct 2017 in Perambur show room as usual executive did not take request properly so sim did not activate, as soon I call customer care they promised it gets resolved before 17 Oct 2017 6 PM Hello! We have already submitted my document to Vodafone care but still i am facing the same problem.I have talk to vodafone Care also at least 8 times but there is no result except TIME LOST.
