On 25th of Aug. 2018 I submitted all the documents required by the Vodafone such as my director letter saying that my connection can be shifted to my personnel connection, also I have submitted my photograph along with photocopy of my adhere & payment of Rs.230/-, then I was told that within 72 hours my cell phone will be activated, by their out office in Gurugram .
On 30th Aug 2018, when I went to Vodafone to my surprise I was told that you have asked for porting, with the result now your cell will be activated after 168 hours.
Now my question is between 25th to 30th Aug there is no out going calls & SMS possible my phone, how can ask for porting.

I could not understand how can you ask me to compulsory recharge every month. A few years before if I haven't recharge I will get the incoming call but now your demand us to do must recharge. If you go like this people will use the mobile network again we will go back to the "letter" system. we have to go front not back so kindly do'nt ask me to recharge. If you can't able to run the company close like an Aircel. You don't force them to do.

We[protected] requested for Vodafone postpaid 6 sim cards. Your team member (A Basha) came to our office on 31.05.2019 and he gave vodafone postpaid 6 sim cards with the plan of rs299 and said its already activated. We asked for minimum plan and also asked fancy numbers. He showed fancy number list. we have selected some 6 number from the list.
He said that, if you send an mail to us, we will change your plan from rs299 to rs99within 48 hours. He said, last month also we have changed for Nova Holidays company from rs299 plan to rs99 pan. We asked proff for that, he showed NOVA office (attached below for your reference) letter head document. We believed with that document and said ok to him.
He gave below 6 numbers.

He said, your numbers will be automatically change to fancy numbers within 48 hours. (example - [protected] automatically change to [protected]).
More than two weeks gone, but still now both plan and numbers are not changed. Daily we are calling him, he use to say tomorrow it will change, tomorrow it will change.
Finally on 18.06.2019 he said, we cant able to change all the 6 numbers. We can able to change only two numbers. We said ok, atleast change this ([protected] &[protected] to [protected] & [protected]) two numbers.
For past two days, we are trying to reach him. He is not answering our call, we tried from different numbers. He is disconnecting our call. we cant able to reach him. I hope he is doing some other work.

Atleast change that two numbers. Because we gave that fancy number ([protected] & [protected]) to everyone for our company advertisement. Our customers are asking, why your new number is not reachable. We can't able to answer them. Our clients are giving poor feedback. If we miss those clients, we may end with big loss to our company.

I have used this mobile no.[protected]. from June/2017 to September/2017 in post paid corporate plan Rs.199/- due to financial problem I have surrender my no and also post paid sim to employee drakshayini at guntur, laxmipuram branch, to employee drakshayini she told me closed that on 15th of September 2017 pls check your records .
But 29th of September 2017 who re activate my no check take a action and remove my details to this given no.[protected]. kindly do the needful.
