[Resolved] Vodafone Care — outgoing calls are not going | |
my prepaid number is [protected].actually i bought a sim of vodafone 3 weeks ago. i submitted my all application form, photograph, id proof and address proof to the vodafone store(R.B.MEDICAL SHOP) IN LAKSHMIPURAM, THIRUVANMIYUR. my sim activated and worked for two weeks.suddenly my phone outgoing calls are not going.when i called to 140 vodafone no, they told me to submit my application form, photograph and all.i had already submitted my all documents to the above shop.but when i called to customer care there is no response and they told me wait for 2 days, 3 days.my phone is not working for nearly one week.if you are not response, for sure i will go to customer court. In my plan i can add 3 numbers as a add-on number to my vodafone number.i already activate 2 add-on numbers but i can't create 3-rd add-on number and i can't contact vodafone customer care it always busy.tell me how can i activate 3-rd add-on number
