I called for inquiring about my data plan and internet speed, and the executive keeps interrupting as usual without listening to the problem. The executives don't even bother to listen to the customer and it has happened for the third time, not only with me but my friends as well. Very rude behavior and customer service is degrading day by day. Me and my friends are opting to port the number. Executive don't know English is the worst thing you can ever expect. Hi vodafone is a bad service ... giveing any request vodafone dosent have time for their customer service ... i had give lots of complan for my network which had not been done till date ... its more then a month ... really very bad service.my number is[protected], [protected], [protected]. biswajit mondal

i purchased a deta card in month of april 2013 it was free for 2 months but i did not use the card and i forgot the number also. after three months i purchase another deta card on 12 july 2013 after the card started after 10 days the vodafone customer care was calling that your before bill is pending which i did not use at all. till 3 months they did not give a call for pending bill but after the new deta card started they started harassing about the pending bill which is not in existence.

I have been trying to get in touch with vodafone care in regards to one of the payments that i have made against my vodafone number [protected], only update everytime i get is " vodafone is unable to trace the payment with the transaction id that i have share with them, kindly send the screen shot etc." i have sent the screen shot and provided the details twice already. I dont know what exactly they are looking for and moment you their customer care they dont understand the request/scenario, everytime have to explain the issue from the beginning ( thats irrtiating as they have logs at their end and they should be able to trace the issue from last point.)
I hope someone from Vodafone will get in touch with me with basic understanding of issue that i am facing right now and if Vodafone cant help me let me know.
