He instantly paid Rs. 3,000/- for activation of international roaming. Now he has received a sms for deactivation of international roaming. On calling vodafone care, the executive informed that the physical verification was mistakenly done at the old address and that’s why the international roaming has been de-activated. This is highly gross negligence on the part of Vodafone. With in the next couple of hours my husband will be in another country with no access to let his family members know about him.
