[Resolved] Vodafone — Discontinuation of cell no.[protected] & [protected] | |||
I was switch over to Vodafone prepaid services before one & half a week from Tata docomo for my cell nos. [protected] & [protected].At the same time i was submitted photocopy of all necessary documents with my self attested photograph.After 3 to 4 days the service for both nos. were discontinued on the ground of non submission of documents to them.In fact it was submitted by me on same day,instead of several talks with customer care & executive at retail store(MAnsarovar complex,Sec-34,Kamothe,Navi Mumbai) they failed to continue the service yet.In this spam of time i have faced lot problems due to non communication on my both nos. and also suffer mammoth business loss.Even i told executive at retail store, he reply me about system failure and customer care insist on submission of documents.so what is my fault and why should i suffer due to worst service of those guys.So please lodge complaints against those responsible persons(infact irresponsible persons) and give me justice.
