I, Vinay Patni ([protected]), have been a vodafone customer for last 7 years and had registered my number on DND in past, however I have been received promotion SMS and calls on regular basis, Despite of complaining several times in the past, I still see no improvement. On 19th Aug 2009 i called up customer care and requested to activate DO NOT DISTURB services they said after 45 days you would not get any sales or promotional call or sms but now also i'm getting these sms's. I think this is the worst service

I am using vodafone number. And i had already activated DND services but I am getting messages and calls in frequent manner. I am very puzzeled that no action has been taken from my service proveider(vodafone).
Some of the numbers from which I am getting messages regarding plots, beauty....etc are
1) TM ARNinfra
contact number [protected]
2) TM States
contact number [protected]
These numbers should be immediately bolcked and further action should be taken.
I wanted to register a case. What i should do?
Please inform what to do to lodge a case against my provider since i had activated DND and my daily work schedule is affected due to these.....
