Dear Sir / Madam, I am a marketing trainee in Lupin ltd. And our company had taken corporate connections of vodafone, from Matrix cellular services, two months ago. And we all were told to submit initial amount of Rs 998 to Matrix. And I gave a check from ICICI bank, which due to unknown reasons was bounced. As soon as, I was told about this news, I paid Rs. 998 to Vodafone outlet of Peera Garhi, about a month ago.And was told that the services of Vodafone will resume within 24 hours. But its one month now, my connection has not started. I am really feeling very harassed, as i has to go to Peera garhi center again and again in between my working hours, and that too without any results I really feel that the relationship manager, who was taking care of our account and connections is responsible for all this, and strict action should be taken against that person. I am writing you this email after seeing the advertisements of Vodafone in which Vodafone state that your help is our motto (happy to help - Customer Care).
