hai Vodafone, i am naveen, n i am residing in trivandrum, i was using Vodafone([protected]) from lat 2 years n i was not in India for last 10 months, but still my cousin used the same sim till last 6 months, n then i came back home my Sim was deactivated, wen i approached customer care, they told me that, i will not get the same no: with a prepaid connection, i will have to chance into post paid connection, ordinary people like us cant afford postpaid connection, its always better to have prepaid connection, so is there any chance for me to get the same number, my contact no is [protected], expecting a positive answer, please note that i haven't taken a new Sim yet
hello vodafone.. myself swarnali i m using a kolkata number [protected].. i did'nt request for changing my caller tune, , but it has been changed forcefully... i need my money back and my previous caller tune back.
Hi i am anis i am from Gujarat staying in Bhavnagar ( there is only problem in shishuviar circle ) i am using mobile client for internet i am having unlimited downloading plan the number of sim card is [protected] it is i have a problem of server and downloading speed is in bytes 500 bytes i can't even download a file from Gmail also i am doing complain in store and your network operator is also telling i am checking and saying but there is no response this is my complain number - [protected]. This problem is since 26th - 10-2010
Other operator are giving 3g service on this rate only i am willing to change the operator for better service i am very disappoint from this service
vodafone is worse mobile usb service provider.

they are nuts really i am very disappointed when i purchased a e-stick and i am getting only 50 kbps instead of 3.1mbps ...they told me that anywhere in delhi i'll get 1 mbps everywhere and now what to whom i complaint.

i told to custumer care they replied this it is not our mistake..so whose mistake is this mine...

my name is yash and i live in delhi.my contact no. is [protected].I bought a internet connection with validity of 1 month and data download upto 2 gb on 16th may 2011. now from 19th may i cannot access the internet it says 'packet data not available check online services'.i have tried much but my problem is as it is.i am very much dissapointed with vodafone and want to solve my problem immidiately.otherwise i am going to change my service provider to ideo or airtel.

M facing a serious Network problem since one week onwards for that i'm not able to make call to any operator infact to the CC (Customer Care) also. So requesting you to slove the problem as soon as possible as vodafone is a good branded company.

Vodafone !! Your customer service sucks. I had an issue which was not resolved despite calling for 6 times out of which I got disconnected twice when i requested for supervisor after keeping me on hold fr 5 min each. today i am vey hurted from vodafone because vodafone company has deducted my 49 rs from my account and when i asked to customer care then he told me that you hav activated the service...jabki maine activate hi nhi kiya...maine kaha meri baat maan ne ko taiyar nhi hai.. pehle to tata or reliance hi khud service activate krke paise kamati thi or ab vodafone ne bhi ye kaam shuru kar diya hai mere ghr mei 3 no vodafone k hai magar ab maine deccision lya hai i teeno no vodafone k band kar dunga...my no is [protected] and name is Brijendra Chauhan

I agree “VODAFONE IS A WORST OPERATOR” daily I am getting message like recharge with Rs:-6 get 1.2p/2sec for 6 months just dail *121*666#.
When I tried I am getting response like “ Unable to process the request” or “ request under process” but no response after that.
If I called to customer care 111 there are telling like the “request under process it will activate after 2 hours ” but no response after that.
When tried to raise a complaint using 198, not connecting.
After that I call to 111, after pressing “9” its redirecting to main menu.

I am trying from last 4 days no response from Vodafone.

I[censored]r not able to provide the service why are u sending SMS to customer unnecessarily .
Provide another rating options like (0 for WORST or Very bad)

The internet speed is very slow I'll complained many time in 198 but They cant help me ill inform vodafone but they dont give any responce
