[Resolved]  Vodafone — inconvenience

my mobile no. is [protected] i switch this no. from reliance Gsm to Vodafone. my no. was successfully ported but after seven days ( i.e. 27 march 2012 )from port my services star barred by vodafone saying your documents are not submitted i did not submit any document but suddenly on 8 april 2012 they star my no. and all services were ok
vodafone unnessesary trouble me for 10 days. this inconvinience cost me alot

Scene: "some body" used my number as their call divert
Problem: i am getting lot, lot n lot of calls for that "some body".
Request for vodafone : when i asked for removing that call divert, they couldn't offer me that.

Complaint: when it is allowed to divert calls to my number (with out my permission) there should be a possibility to remove it upon customer request. (who is ready to bare the pain of attending nonsense calls for others)

suggesion: please change your software such that you can provide much better service to your customer.

I am always with hutch since i started using mobile and now i am very much frustrted with the response i got from your customer care. i expected hutch service will be improved after vodafone take over but, it seems my expectation was wrong.

anyway please try to fix these problems in future, atleast some customers like me still wish to be with you.
sir on on october by mistake my friend copied his caller tune in my mobile, immediately i sent SMS according to procedure to cancel that they cancelled tat and they deducted tat caller tune amount and sms charge. And this month again they have deducted caller tune amount even when i didn request for tat and even im nt getting any caller tune and when i called customer care they said tat amount can't be refunded. and wen i asked them to let me talk to superior they just put my cal on hold. yesterday i bought a new connection from chandigarh vodaphone store. they charged Rs.525 from me. but till today my connection is not ACTIVATED
kindly active as soon aS possible otherwise iwill take a legal action

i am trying to connect Vodaphone Customer Support since last 10 days and always getting system update message. i have tried more than 20-30 times in a day..............

Recently I bought one Vodafone six-years connectivity prepaid card for my son (we have BSNL, Tata-Indicom mobile lines with an Airtel landline added to this). Since, he is only 12 years old I could not take the card in his name and as such I took it on my name. First my son recharged the SIM with Rs.50/-. After a couple of test calls and downloading of a ringbone it reduced drastically to Rs.2.84 paise. Everybody know that Vodafone lines get number o[censored]nwanted SMS automatically. Since he do not know the dangerous nature of these and since he do not know how to get rid of them we just deleted them. One day, while he was using the phone somehow a Vodafone alert service got activated and his balance of Rs.2.84 awfully reduced to -28.16.

We checked with the dealer he said that some service might have got activated. Then we checked with the Vodafone customer care and as per their direction we again recharged for Rs.50/- which act deducted Rs.-28.16 from our talk value and we were left with Rs.14.35. (So we paid Rs.30/- for an unwanted service.) Then we used that Vodafone alert which was somehow chosen by him and got a reply saying that the alert service was deactivated. Then we sent one SMS to stop vodofone junk mails by using a term ACT DND (suggested by customer care people) to the specified number. We got a message from Vodafone saying that their SMS will be stopped. But after a day or two we started to receive junk SMS from them.

Today morning we had only Rs.9.37. This afternoon again our account reduced to Rs.-20.63. Probably Vodafone company swallowed another 30 rupees for its favorite service. So, just in a week they swindled Rs.60.00 from a customer diligently. I spoke to the customer care twice. Both the female staff repeated their jargon “the customer is wrong”. Fed up with their attitude I finally broke the SIM-card into two and thrown it away. Thus I spent Rs.350/- for learning a soar full lesson from Vodafone.

Vodafone’s advertisements are extremely good; their customer care people are very kind (only male staff); their advertisements are catching but their attitude is detestable.

I recharged my prepaid Vodafone SIM card ([protected])with a TOP UP SOC. I got the INR 174/- . After that I can see (By dialing *141#) that my balance is INR 180/-(10 was previous balance).
But still I am not able to make any call.
Every time I try to make a call I am getting Low balance Message.
My cell number is [protected].
I tried calling Customer care .but it was busy every time :)

Please advice
I have been trying to resolve a small problem for the last two months but without sucess. Customer care is polite people who keep on the line for 15 to 20 minutes every time but no results. It is distubing, ifeel they will do a lot good if they provide service rather than long polite talk.My complaint no is[protected] dt 26.2.08.
My son, Neeraj D. Sharma has been using Hutch post paid-corpoorate connection almost for 2 years at Hyderabad, India.the cell no. is [protected].I always pay his bill by cash at Himayatnagar Cash counter which you call vodafone store .I normally do not receive the bill or sometimes they oblige me after sending the bill only after I had paid.
T he burning example is that the bill for last month was generated on 2nd.may but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED as yet whereas I paid the subject bill long back, I had been personally reporting this discrepancy at Himayatnagar but no out come.
I really wonder as to why you want to lose valued customer like my son i.e. I am frustrated with your courier service arrangement.
how many times you expect me to effect the payment without knowing the details of the bill.
can you check up with your staff as to how do they make sure.Some times they would say thatit had been e-mailedwhereas I asked them to send it to my residence.

Today I spoke in Customer Care at 9.54PM with mam Zeba Siddiqui. She is not fit for Customer Care Service. Because I told her to change my Mobile Connection([protected]) from Post Paid to Prepaid. She told me within 24 hours you will get one phone call from our side who can tell you everything. But, she never tell me the neither my Request No. nor she tell me tell me any helpful word which I will satisfy against my quiry. Please acknowledge my complain and do needful action.

I am a hutch customer since last 10 years, however I am sorry to say that their services are not up to expectations.

On May 24 I called customer service for activation of International Roaming after paying necessary amount online via credit card. I got reply that the call was landed on prepaid customers department and was asked to call again. I called again and this time it was told to me that agent is not able to check status due to system upgradation and was asked to call again.I ( know this is just a bogus reply by lazy agents who do not want to do their work properly.) Then I called after 2 hours and it was told to me that the call again landed on prepaid customers department, however somehow he assured me that it will be activated in 4 hours. Next morning, I called and this item again call landed on prepaid customer department and the agent was not able to assist me. I called in afternoon just minutes before my flight and this time agent told me that there is no payment. I asked to transfer call to a senior person, however he hung up and disconnected it after some time.

I wrote e-mail to theit nodal officer and received the cheapest reply. Boss and employees all are just people.

Once I am back from my visit, I will simply kick them out of my life.

hi...i have recharged my number with 149 free min bonus card on 6 april 2009 which are anytime minutes..wat happened dat my number was already having 50 v 2 v night min and my 333 v 2 v free anytime min got clubbed withdose night min which should not happen because its clearly mentioned on the dat i[censored] recharge with dis card any existing min would be i thought there would not be any problem... but since dat 2day is 9april its been 3 days dat i have beeen calling cux service for help...on day 1 vich was 6april i was worried because it took long for min to cum n after dat i got min but not anytime ...7april i spoke to man called saurabh, harshit.n pranay at diff timings...i was told dat dere system is showin anytime min but my bal waz getting deducted...pranay promised me a call bk for 8april at 4.00 in eve...but no wonders no one turned ...2continuous dayz 8 n 9april i have tried cux services number but not getting connected...pathetic n hopeless services...not expected such kind of irresponsibilty from vodafone...i think it should not so proud of its name...i am really annoyed wid vodafone...posting my problem here thinking dat i will get some help...

Vodafone — Inconvenience

I have taken a Vodafone Prepaid number and have been receiving unnecesary promotional calls from them day and night. When I caled to tell them that I need it stopped immediately as I have some important meetings this week, they say it will take 72 hours to activate and they cannot do anything about it!
How can they automatically activate all these services and inconvenience the customers when they have not asked for it?
They can automatically activate it but cannot automatically de activate it?
