Vodafone — Improper Service, Customer Care Abused Me (Agent Name : Rahid Ali)
My mobile no. is [protected], i am using vodafone postpaid no. so presently bill is Rs.682 which is very high not valid. for this regarding i called customer care but agent mr. rahid ali he abused me very badly. i complint many time to customer care but they did not response me. i said to customer care that first solve this problem then only i am going to pay my bill. On[protected]. vodafone customer care disconnected my outgoing facility without intimate me. and they did not bother me, i called many time to customer care but they still playing with my feeling. still now there is no any action taken on this regarding. i am very feedup with this kind of service from vodafone. i have taken post paid connection is about to 15 days back still there is no response the executive is saying by tommorrow any how ill activate whats the matter .

Vodafone — Complaint Regarding the Careless and Non-Customer Centric Attitude of the Vodafone Customer Service Representatives.
Hello Concerned Authority,I am writing this mail to inform you regarding the Careless and Non-Customer Centric Attitude of the Vodafone Customer Care Representatives. You may or may not take the matter seriously, but as a customer I need to point out the disappointing, insulting and frustrating experience faced my me.
Let me explain you the situation in detail. I was a prepaid customer using with the number [protected]. One of your Customer Care Representatives offered me to take the postpaid connection( corporate plan of 175). I accepted the offer, and my details was collected and I informed the executive not to activate the post paid if they are gonna do it after 9 P.M. I have explained the executive about the losses that I would face if they did so.
What they did was they deactivated my prepaid Sim and did not activate my postpaid Sim either. Eventually what happened was my connection was deactivated for one whole day. I lost my cab, lost my attendance bonus and loss of pay. Money was not the problem, its all fine. The worst part was that I could not know my grand father's death in time.
Let me tell you about the "Careless and Non-Customer Centric Attitude of the Vodafone Customer Care Representatives" part. I contacted them regarding this issue that why did they deactivate my prepaid if they could not activate my postpaid, at least 5 times on 10th February 2010 from my friend's mobile ([protected]), they repeated the same thing " you will have to contact the agent who has provided the Sim and it will take another 24 hours". I explained my situation, they were in no mood to hear that. I asked them to connect to the Supervisor to discuss about the issue. What they did was they put me on hold for about half an hour, that too twice (No customer will bare this insult). Next what they did was barred my friend's number to the customer care. That day was irritating for me as the executive who was also who had provided the Sim was not picking my call or he was not available ( I remember his name, Bopanna).
I left the day as such, next day what happened was I had my postpaid Sim activated, however by around 7 or 8 P.M, the neither I could get a call from any one or I could make any call. This was on 11th February 2010. What was displayed was ' check operator service'. Immediately I called up the customer care from the number [protected]. What they did was repeated the same thing, " you will have to contact the agent who has provided the Sim and the Sim is damaged" twice. I asked them to connect me to the Supervisor.They repeated the same. None of the supervisor took my call. I was put on hold for half an hour. This was the day when the death of my grand father happened. Next day I did nothing, I did not go to any Vodafone store, because I was insulted by Vodafone Customer Care Representatives, however the Sim started working around 10 in the morning. If the Sim was damaged, how did it work then.
This was the worst customer care experience which I could get. I am totally disappointed. If you continue this way I am sorry you are going to lose a lot of customer's as this is not an isolated experience. Many of my friends had the same experience before.
Let me be frank, I am going to discontinue your service as it requires a bit of time for me to update the following.
Please do not send me any apology email as it would not work. What I want you to do is just take an adequate action to know and reply me back as why you are not empowering to resolve a customer's issue when he is in so demand of the situation. Also please let me know if there are any supervisors existing in Vodafone customer care, are they extinct?. I may sound a little mocking, not aimed at you, however that was the level of inconvenience and insult faced by me.
