Vodafone — A/c not credited
I had recharged my vodafone prepaid number ([protected]) online by Rs. 500 and with a bonus card of Rs. 98 on 10/2/2010 at 7:17 p.m., which has not yet gotten updated in my account. The transaction ID was MSBI[protected] and MSBI[protected]. The money got deducted from my bank a/c and later I got the message from vodafone that it could not be processed and the money will be credited back to my a/c within 5 working days. It is now more than 7 working days today and the money has not yet been credited to the a/c and they are not even responding to my mails, and on contacting the call center, they give very vague replies. Disney Pack Servive De-Activation
Dear Sir/Mam
I m using vodafone prepaid connection [protected] from the last
1years.In july i downloaded few wallapapers from any disney site through
GPRS.i visited many times to vodafone service centre for the de-acivation of
Disney Pack service which is continously running in
back-end.Due to which vodafone is continously deducting
Rs.30 per month since the last year to tiil date from my prepaid balance.
Last month, i personely visited to the vodafone service centre at "C-45, Phase-II,
Industrial Area, Okhla". There was a guy 'LALIT'
who assured me that de-activation has been done & u would get the confermation
with in 48hrs, but the result remain the same
So, request you to de-activate Disney back-end service as soon
as possible, outherwise i 'll 've to disconnect my connection.
Pls do the needfull & confirm as soon as possible.

I have took the internet connection having ref [protected] about 15 months back after paying them charges for one year as per scheme. I never received the proper speed / connectivity most of the time so refused them as not to continue the service, still I am getting calls from company to pay the charges and everymonth the bill in increasing without service Hi Nandha,
