Vodafone — un usual charger Debited form Balance

I am holding vodafon phone, no. is ([protected]) on 6-2-2010 company had debited un usually charges Rs. 55/- from my acount. company is making fool to his costomers and gethering money.
I think comsumer forum must take vety efective action to all mobile company like this in this regard, other wise, ONCE, PBLIC MAY TAKE SPOT ACTION TO YOU.
