Vodafone — NOT DEACTIVATING THE LINE
Hi,I have been getting intermittent services from VODAFONE on the post paid connection to my line [protected]. I have been speaking to Ranjan Thimmaiah, Aziz, and many other team members to disconnect the line. I would get the line activated on one of the day and the other day it gets deactivated. Due to this inconsistent nature, I am extremely disappointed and hence been pleading to once for all deactivate and stop the services. But no response or acknowledgement from the VODAFONE team.
I hence would like to publish and ensure others are not affected.

Vodafone / Recharge — debited my bank account without recharging
i m a vodafone customer and i recharged my account online with rs 57(on their website,it says that i will get rs 49 after deducting the taxes,etc).now after i submitted the details,it says that my account has been recharged but i dint get any message regarding the same and my recharge has not been done yet.they have debited my bank account.when i called customer care,they said that they will refund within 5 days.now,if they cant do the recharge and giving my money back,why they have opened a sevice like that on their website.moreover,a agent of vodafone says that we do not recharge accounts with rs 57,then why the hell they have listed that amount on their website.
pls do anything in favour of this so that same problem should not be faced by other consumers.

Vodafone — mobile not connecting and msgs also not delivering
helloi m continously trying dis num [protected] and dis num is not responding and also my msgs wont get delivered ....i doubted dhat dis user has blacklisted my number...my question is dat is it possible dat msgs also cud be blacklisted...........problem is also dat i m not sure dat dis number is switched off or wat bcz phone gets disconnected within 4 sces and i cant understand y dis is hapening...........please response me
Vodafone's Data Card — Supplied Defective Data card and harrasing since October 2009 against their prepaid package.
Please refer to my earlier complaints in this regard copy enclosed. Kindly help me in providing justice to me. As I have paid Rs. 6650/-as advanc e for a package for one year's validity period. I purchased the data card from Vodafone in october 2009 which is valid upto October 2010. The vodafone company supplied me defective datacard and put me in permanent trouble from time of its purchase.Nither they sort out the problem upto six times from the period of its purchase nor refund the money if asked. However the company replaced their defective data card in the month of march2010 and deactivated my connection by saying that there are over due payment of Rs. 1551/- which was unlawfully made against my account. On requesting the company to provide the usage detail for that month, Company could not provide the data. Since March 22nd, I hav been requesting to either provide me the accurate detail of my bill or activate my connection because already I have been suffring since till date(about8-9 months had passed). Company is taking advantage because they have taken money from me as advance and did not provide me the facility to use it. Kind help to recover my money paid agaist product as well as Rs. 50,000/- thousand agaist my harassment,torture,humiliation wastage of my time and money and damaged caused to my New Laptop on inserting the datacard in it and other damages causzed to me in this behalf. Copy of my complaint's detail addressed to the Appalett officer, Mr. Siridhar Rao of vodafone is enclosed herewith for ready reference.Regards.
