Vodafone — callertune activation without my knowledge
i am a vodafone suscriber no . [protected] since last 4 years. i have been charged rs 45 for callertune on 25 june, 2010. i hav been informed that i have activated through the service of *567# when questioned on toll free no 111 and informed that i have sent a message to the vodafone for the callertune at kandivali west raghuleela centre.....i have not activated it, and i want my money back, ie rs 45 back.........do expect a replyVodafone — balance not credit

SirI tried alot but could not register myself on your site to make the complaint today but on 23-06-10 I don't know how come I succeed in making complaint against vodafone regarding no. [protected] as under :-

Vodafone have charged 455something amount on account of special charges in the bill of April,10 on my number [protected] in the name of Mr. Anuj Kumar Sharma (My husband) but is now with me since October,09 which i did not made and after calling to one Mr. Tarun in Retention desk/department. He committed to waive off Rs.300 of this amount and promise to provide me a advance rental plan without clip charges and a complaint no. [protected] registered with vodafona to deactivate the flash messages. I told Mr. Tarun that I will make the payment after verifying these two offers and also told about this to their executive who called me for making payment of outstanding amount and when I checked my May,10 bill it was for 1687 including 299 for clip charges 50 for late payment charges and 10 again for special messages. I called on 111 on 13th of June but the executive disconnected my call and on 19th June I went to Vodafone Centre at Model Town where Miss Swati forwarded my complaint to Mr. Tarun with the information that they will call you back within 48 hours but I have received no call till now. Lastly I called to Mr. Verma (Mobile No. [protected]) today i.e. 21st June around 11 O clock, after listening the whole story he said that he will get back to me in half an hour but no response and when I called him at 1:00 PM he did not pick up my phone and I called Mr. Kailash (Mobile No. [protected]) he also did not respond.
I have not received any call or response from vodafone till now so I have stopped using this number and should say that I have not used this number since you have stopped my incoming and outgoing calls. I wont pay any amount on this account. This was the reason why I had not cleared outstanding dues after talking to Mr. Tarun ( Retention desk).This is the worst service I have ever availed.So Kindly discontinue this number right now.
Vodafone — UNFAIR POLICIES AND WRONG CHARGES
My name is Vikas Roy and my mobile number is [protected]. Recently I got to know about the local calling plan for Vodafone, where the customer gets 1000 free calling minutes from Vodafone to Vodafone anytime of the day. I used the service for a couple of times. Then I got my main balance recharged, where Vodafone offerred me 10 extra free night calling minutes to same network. I called up a local Vodafone number at around 3:00 AM and when checked my balance, Vodafone deducted Rs. 31.00 from my acount. When I called up the customer care, they told me that I used the conference service, which I didn't. When I asked for the supervisor, Customer Care Executive disconnected the call. I called up the second time and the CCE said that the charges were correct. I was using my night calling minutes and when they got over, my main balance was deducted. When I informed him that I still have local Vodafone to Vodafone minutes left in my account, he replied that this is company policy. I informed him that Vodafone does not inform customers about such policies, to which he replied you should have better checked. As per him, I need to make a call, disconnect the call after 10 minutes and then again make a new call, which I or other customers cannot do. We cannot keep on checking our free minutes for night and day seperately, then our main balance, then time of the day and then make a call. I mean this is so frustrating. The Customer Care Supervisor did not even generate a complaint number and stated that this was not a problem and just provided me an interaction number[protected].Please take an action against such policies of companies.

Vodafone — Bill not updated
I have deposited cash to bill payment section in the month of May between 11th May to 16nth may and at the counter they said " System is not working so you just give the money and your mobile no. once it will done the message will come to your mobile." but when I received bill on the month of june I saw that they have added bill for last month also.Now, I am getting message alert again and again for payment (of due amount).
I have tried contacting the Vodafone store executives quite a lot of times but they have not responded back properly.

Vodafone — increase in bill
I activated the BBM plan yest on vodafone...d 299 rental plan..in vich i ws said..dat all chats nd access 2 mail accounts vil b free..suddenly nxt day morn my unbilled amount shows 1400..while on d previous day it ws jst 100...wen i cald in d customr care..thy told me..the usage charges will b reduced wen d final billing is done..but my credit limit is just Rs.4000...if dey charge me in dis manner..soon i vil run out of the credit limit in 4-5 days..nd my no. vil b deactivated...
wen i asked about dis problem..dey told me..i vil hav 2 pay half d unbilled amount..But my bill vil b nly till 700-800..den y do i pay 2000 or even mre..agreed i vil get dat back..bt still...y do i invest my money in dis..!!!
this policy of reducing the discounts later is nt good at all..!!
