I recently also discovered - I am charged Rs. 12 for flash services which I never knew, I asked them to show me record/agreement where I have signed up for this service or show me where you notified me through an SMS about this service and I accpeted.
is it happy to help or happy to suck

I would please like to know that if there is any number registered in Vodafone list for the address JU-71C, PITAMPURA, DELHI by the name of Prashant Sharma or Rakesh Sharma or Kiran Sharma or Manisha Sharma

Please as this an emergency regarding my engagement wIth above family who has given me only their lanline Mtnl, Tata Indicom mobile number, But i believe that there is Vodafone number as well already registered on the above address.

I want to register the complain against India today. I am receiving ads on daily basis from India Today on my mobile. It says about some offer. I do not want to receive any such spam message. I do not know how these guys got my mobile number. Is there any way I can un-subscribe to these spam messages.

Vodafone & Shell Lottery — Is Vodafone associated with Shell International Mobile Draw Scam

I received sms on my Vodafone ( Hutch ) number, stating that i hv won US 1 million Shell International Mobile Draw... I hv searched many internet sites n confirmed that it is scam... But is Vodafone also associated with them???

Vodafone — Non used USA Roaming GPRS charges levied

Dear Sir,
I am vodafone post paid customer, since past 9 years, my mobile no is [protected].
During my visit to USA i had activated the roaming facility o[censored]SA from 24th of May to 14th of June.
I had not used the calling facility except 3-4 ocassion, reason being i was carrying Matrix USA Sim Number card for the same trip.
I had only used the GPRS facility from the vodafone on few occasion, but when i had received the bills for the above respective months, i was heavily charged for the GPRS usages as follows.

I had received my bill of June for Rs 9213/- from which i was charged for Rs 5152/- for GPRS usage which i had not used it .

Now for this month bill i had received the bill amounting Rs 14842/-
Again out of which Rs 11577/- are being charged for GPRS usage, which again i had not used it all.

Since i have not used the GPRS charges leived on my bills, i had been paying the bills of vodafone for my actual usages during and after the trip.

In this regards i had approched the Vodafone stores located in Gandhidham-Kutch Gujrat, many times, even i had emailed the same complaints to the vodafone customer care in gujrat, but i did not get satisfactory reply, now they have almost blocked my card.

I sincerly request to take stern step and get my billing amount reversal.
