im a mumbai based postpaid customer, i would like to discontinue my vodafon no.[protected].which i had received along with a plan
my plan is GK 199 WITH STD @ 1.5

Vodafone — not activation

i am one of the store keeper in pondicherry village, i am purchase one rechargable sim and pay premium amount of Rs-2000, i call every day in vodafone dealer they does not response properly and told activation complete with in a day but till date activation is not complete.

Vodafone — Fraud with the customers

Dear Sir,
Vodafone is one of the worst service providers in the market. This is not committed to provide good services to the cust. Even it wants to loot the customers. If there is any problem with the customer their cust care executives are not there to help with the cust problem but they are ther to misbehave and abuse the cust.
Lemme get you through the problem... I recvd a call from vodafone for caller tune, without selecting any option my CT got activated for which 45 rs deducted. I called cust care they logged a complaint and withing the TAT my balance got credited in my a/c but after one week i agin recvd a call regarding CT and only one song played there, by god i pressed no button even by mistake and IVR announced "THANKS FOR SUBSCRIBING CALLER TUNE TO KNOW MORE ABTOUT VAS SERVICES DIAL..." after this i dropped this call surprizingly and called customer care, they informed that the system was not updated time call them after 4 hrs.
After some time i called cst care and complaint they told me as this is 2nd time within 3 months so money cant be refunded. After some time they registered my request and said to deactivate the service for a waiver. i deactivated my CT bt no balance got credited in my a/c.
i mailed to vodafone at VODAFONECARE.[protected]@VODAFONE.COM, and visited VODAFONE STORE but withour hearing my concern on of the executive (Mr. Umar-[protected]) told me to get back to my home as he was to inform after getting it checked from Vodafone on friday in the evening, i recvd no call from him and when i called him he abused me and threated to slap if I again visit vodafone store.
Also i complaing abt the same at vodafone email but no reply recvd regarding that.
Dear sir, i request you to not ignore this mail and pls investigate the matter so that other custmers may not suffer this.
I swear, whatever i have furnished above is 100 % true.

I had registerd a compliant with vodafone care 1 month ago that after a call i have'nt getting the last call charge..and i am not satisfied with the service
