Hi,

There is no doubt that this thing has frustrated me a lot so I've
decided to port my vodafone Karnataka number to Airtel. I find so many funny
things with Vodafone service and one of them is certainly not being honest
with customer money and second is to not to allow the change of address even
when I requested on phone with customer rep. Now, I've to struggle to get my
check from my old company address; let me know if there is any possibility
of issuing new check at different address otherwise I am ready to forget
whole money.

I strongly feel that this was very unfair from Vodafone but I don't want to
continue to waste my time anymore. Thanks.

Regards
Nikhil

Hello,

This is getting very frustrated from your side. I've been
telling you that I had sent an email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com asking
my service to be disconnected on 31st Jul 2010 but you are not at all
considering that and just talking about your analysis. If you are telling me
that email can't be considered for service disconnection then I am going to
this matter up further.

Nikhil

Hi,

My point is that when I've sent email on 31st July 2010 itself for
cancellation then why that is not being considered here. Why should I pay
for the duration between[protected] to[protected]; isn't it unfair?

Nikhil

Hi,

I would request you to review the below email, which was sent on
31st July, immedialy after I subscribed vodafone service in Bangalore and as
per the suggestion from vodafone customer rep at store in Chandigarh (Name-
Sandeep in 36C sector). She clearly told me to send email after reaching
Bangalore to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, which I did and vodafone care
had responded back saying Rs 190 is due and my reply gone back immediatly.
So my original request should have been considered for cancellation.

service from 31st July onwards to make sure that. I will again request you
to go through the whole email chain below and then respond back.

Hi,

Can you please provide me the calculation on this amount because
as per this below email chain, I had requested to cancel the connection on
31st July itself via email and that time only 190 Rs was the due amount so
not sure where is remaining.

Regards
Nikhil
