[Resolved] Vodafone — Postpaid plan | |||
I had taken up a corporate connection with vodafone (postpaid) and before taking up the connection the concerned person promised me to give a no of my choice he activated the no [protected] but after words there is no respnse from that person. I am very disappointed with vodafone's sevices as a hole and surely i would not recommend anyone to have a vodafone connection. As the promises are not taken care off. The concerned person has no regrets he says that nothing can be done as he provides a corporate connection i also had complaint to the vodafone customer care but it is so disheartning to see this kind of service being offered by vodafone it has been really a horrible experience please tell me what can be done. Respected Sir,
I m Pradeep Bhat from mumbai ( [protected] ). I just convert my prepaid vodafone connection to Postpaid in Oct. 2009.at the time of activation plan.call centre ( call centre no.. from person i taken this plan [protected] ) and person who come for varification told me about my plan, that they collect Rs 350 / - from me...out that 100 Rs. is my activation charge...rest of 250 Rs. will be adjust against my 1st & 2nd bill as 125 Rs each.....with gift voucher after paying 1st bill.
But when i received my 1st bill its not adjust any where...when i asked for that i got information from call centre is wrongly they enter my no in normal plan...there is 100 rs activation charge.. Rs. 200 deposit that refund only after if i cancelled plan after one year..and Rs. 50 for claim of gift Voucher ..which is adjust against my in bill amt.
but still i not get that in my bill..
i want to that take action against in all this process...which is consume lot of my time...and i not satisfy with there customer care as they given diff. information each time about my plan...

Kindly note that in a month of December 2009, I have shifted from Mumbai to Pune & hence I had requested to change my base station of my cell No.. [protected] & for [protected] (Both are covered under familiy plan) to Pune instead of Mumbai so that all local calls will be 1 Rs per min as against 1.69 Rs per min.
After loadging my request in your Vodafone branch at Thakur Village, Kandivali (E), I have received SMS stating that "As per your request we have changed your plan", however till date my plan has not changed i.e. to get base station as Pune instead of Mumbai & on top of that all call & SMS charghes are as roaming one. i was also a loyal customer to hutch (excellent) and of late Vodafone ( the lousiest )
having made payment for one year advance rental for my no.[protected], they have disconnected my services.
i waited for the option of number portability and soon will change to airtel/reliance.
i want to share this info.with as many persons as possible and so
I SUGGEST YOU TO USE NUMBER PORTABILITY OPTION AND SIMPLY SWITCH OVER TO OTHER NETWORK.
pl do it immediately and enjoy good services.
