[Resolved]  Vodafone — Recharge unsuccessful but amount debited

Dear Sir/Madam,

i recharge vodafone mobile number [protected] my account debited but talktime not received and vodafone not refund money.

Vodafone — recharge amount

I have a pre paid mobile connection from Vodafone (earlier called Hutch). On 14th May 2008 at about 0800 hrs I charged my account with Rs. 500 by transferring the amount from my bank through e banking. I was surprised to find that only Rs. 315 has been credited. I am aware that on a charge coupon of Rs 370 one gets full talk time worth Rs 370. So I expected that I would get perhaps 450 worth of talk time on a charge of Rs 500.

When I called customer care they told me that there is a scheme for Rs 370 and Rs 590. Anything else does not qualify for full talk time. Howver, since Rs 500 is more than 370 I should get at least that much. I asked the customer care executive to give me the number of his supervisor or let me talk to him. This was not done, in spite of three attempts.

If this is not an unfair trade practice, i do not know what is.

I am not activate in any cricket commence but my money is debit on account balance Rs.9.50.My NO-[protected].Very worst response in customer care.In 30 minutes one solution given to me.I am going to Consumer Court

UNSUCCESSFUL RECHARGE TO MY MOBILE BUT DEBITED AMOUNT 50 INR FROM MY ACCOUNT NO : [protected] DATED 02.11.2010 MOBILE NO ; [protected] & ORDER ID : R [protected] .

vodafone easy recharge — Account Debited but vodafone number not recharge

As per attachment my account is debited but my vodafone number not recharge with 50rs.

please do the needful as soon as posible.

money got deducted from my account but my mobile not recharged
but i got a receipt of succesfull recharge. order no.3579434 mode of payment- debit card-436303 and i didn't reccieved a confirmation email
