[Resolved]  Vodafone — serious network problem

I am facing a netwrok problem since last month. The line gets disconnected abruptly while. I am in conversation with some one. This creates a lots of hassle when you are calling a hospital, bank or on a bussiness discussion. I had raised a complaint with th customer service a month back and after 2 weeks, got. Msg that the issue has been resolved which actally IS NOT RESOLVED till date!!! Initially I was told that might be a problem with my handset which was unacceptable cos two of my family memembers also use vodafone nd they too face the same issue. And then..if this was the handset problem, I should have faced the problem at any location but we face this problem only at our residence at viman nagar. IS ANY ONE LISTENING?????

Vodafone — for network problem

Dear sir,
I have network problem from last eight months and i already noticed this problem to your office bearer Aradhana sharma, Barkha joshi and many other officers but there is no any solution given by them.
So there is a request to company to solve my problem for giving best services.
from 13th June then why are you guys sending me this bill. Please do the needful otherwise I i have to take some legal action and I’ll write Blog about your service that you people are doing fraud with users and demanding extra money which will harm you a lot.

Vodafone — Serious Issue

My self Bindia Rai I was using your one postpaid connection - mobile number [protected]. I went to your outlet situated Karol Bagh on 13th June09 and I ask your representative for disconnect the service of this number. Last Bill was due 825, she asked me to pay 325 and she told me that 500 Security Deposit will adjust with this amount. I made that payment from my HDFC Card but now your are sending me the new bill of Rs.1100. As I made the request for disconnect this number neither I made any call from 13th June then why are you guys sending me this bill. Please do the needful otherwise I i have to take some legal action and I’ll a Blog about your service that you people are cheating with users which will harm you a lot.

Vodafone Mobile Services — not taking seriously

Hi Sir/Madam,
m a postpaid n so old customer o[censored]r's telecommunication company.so here r the list if problems n unstisfactory services what ur company is given to me being after a "Dynamic Credit Holder" of postpaid Mobile No...
1-calling on a reliance no. of kolkata,bt frm 3-4 months,on place of ring only engage tone is only going whilke frm ayother good ringtone is going.
2-several times call is going to be started,bt vice is not coming.
3-in one time if i wish to mek start talking cant do.
4-sms is also not going properly on that no.or anyother,after sending,after 1 or 2 day delivery report is coming that "message is not deliverd to related no.".
5-alot of foolish kinds of msgs n calls is coming frm company on very different n miserable time.
6-several times i have compained to Customer care by phone n to also related vodafone store,but they just only giving me the time as long as 20-25 days n then after nobody is coming back to ask whether the prob.is going to be solved or not?

just wants to say,by this kinds of sevice i have decreased my uses from Vodafone,you can see this by my bill amounts....
i m using now the reliance gsm n airtel,they were providing me the excellent services.so it is better for you that please be serious on my problems....
otherwise,i have to be surrendered my connection alongwith 2 more postpaid connection i.e.also my family connections....
so i[censored] r interested to solve my prob,n i[censored] have some queries,then contact me on my cell no.[protected] or on my [protected]@gmail.com......

in this age when alot of competition is going there in the market then u must have to take care of yours customers, if you are not able then you might be loose them, n the next is ready to give bettter services then you...so b carefull...

Vodafone — customer service, network problem

Hi, I am Vinod Kumar Tati. I am using bodafone network from past five and half years and it is a post paid connection and my earlier average monthly will be arround Rs.2000/- and you can see that in my last six months billig it hasbeen come down to Rs.1500/- but u r not worried about it, sorry it is not business to comment on. But my problem is, at present I am staying vizag(AP) and in the place where I am staying vodafone network is not good there is a problem in call droping, call connecting & etc. And made a complaint regarding this on Nove-29 through customer care and till now no action hasbeen taken and for that I purposefully didnt paid this month bill and why I did this I can remined you regarding the network problem whenever I get a call from your customer care and I AM SHOCKED TO HEAR A REPLAY FROM ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PERSON, SHE CALLED ME FOR BILL PAYMENT AND IT IS HER DUTY TO DO THAT AND MY DUTY IS TO REMINED ABOUT THE NETWORK PROBLEM AND I ASKED HER THAT YOU CALL BILL PAYMENT YOU DONT SOLVE THE COSTOMER PROBLEMS AND FOR THAT ASKED TO HOLD THAT SHE WILL FIND THE STATUS OF THE COMPLAINT AND AFTER FINDING WHAT SHE TOLD IF I WANT TO GET OUT OF THIS PROBLEM "I HAVE TO CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER WITH IN VODAFONE NETWORK AND SHOULD TAKE ANOTHER VODAFONE NUMBER". I HAVE A DOUGHT PLEASE TELL ME, IF HAVE TO CHANGE MY NUMBER WITH IN VODAFONE FOR BETTER NETWORK WHY SHOULD NOT I GO FOR ANOTHER NETWORK, and I am sure that I am going to change from vodafone netwrok immidiately after implimentation of the number potability service in AP. And one more thing you have only one vodafone store in a city like vizag which is having more than 14 lakhs of population and I think you are no.2 in customer base in vizag, and the response from your vodafone store is very bad the people there think that they are everything and customer is nothing I can poit out few names also but I dont want to.

I dont know how will take it.
