i have bought a sim from your store but it is nt still activated.. sim no. is-[protected] and number is-[protected].. plz activate it as soon as possible.. its showing me registration failed...
Some time opreters miss gude customers for Eg. I bougth a Sim [protected] then dealer recharge life time but now this sim will not work so tell me where i go . I think now customers right is not safe .

Vodafone — SIM REGISTRATION NOT DONE
Dear Sir,I have taken vodafone prepaid connection with all documents submitted to the retailer at Chandigarh.Documents submitted are Election Photo card, pan card and photographs.
After two day used the connection suspended. on enquiry, it was said that the documents have not been submitted. After words same documents submitted to the retailer from where the sim was purchased.Till date the sim is not operative. Contacted Vodafone office at sec 35 today again.Now they say, this sim is not in your name,
It is complete harassment. on purchase of this sim i had charged it with 325/- also.
Because of this poor service, Vodafone is giving all painfu experience.
Is there any one in vodafone who can resolve the issue or should I go in for another Moble service provider.
Looking forward for Vodafone prompt action.

when will INDIA be a FREE nation .First it was serving england now it is serving all people with money and powerwhen will a common man complaints be taken up at the first go why are indians treated like dogs why is any body doing any thing about the unhappy customers of VODAFONE

Sometimes, due to some technical fault at the service provider's end, sim card registration fails. And, there is no solution to it but replace the card.
For this, the costomer is required to visit the Vodafone store and buy another card on producing photo ID and paying Rs. 25/- as cost for the new sim card.
In my opinion, this is highly unjust.
Card registration fails due to company's fault and, hence, it should be replaced free of cost.
The customer is already suffering as he can not make or receive calls or messages. And, instead of providing immediate relief, company asks him to visit their place and charges him for their own wrong doing.
And, I have even lodged complaint with various people at different levels in the company but to no avail.
Not a single person could explain why this malpractice is in place.
The probable (and sole, according to me) reason may be that the customer is bound to pay for whatever he is asked as this is not possible for him to risk his business and change number overnight.

Dear Sir /.Madam Iam using vodafone No, [protected] since last 4 years back on december 1 my sim card registration was failed then after i was visited phagwara vodafone store near bus stand staff members of vodafone cheak my sim and telling me your sim card is damage but they are not able to issue new sim card .due to shortage of sim then i was visited jalandhar vodafone store near jyoti chowk they are requesting me you can come on after 2 days and you have received sim from same store or from phagwara on Wednesday 7-12-11 then again i visited phagwara store they dont provide me sim
then i visited jalandhar jyoti chowk store but no buddy can give proper response every buddy was busy in their personal works and telling me wait for your tokan number .then i show my number to officer and it was working, they don't able to solve my quarry if same persons or telling me your sim card damage how it starts working

I would like to bring it to your kind notice that, recently I bought a SIM Card bearing Nos [protected] a weeks before and paid Rs.100.00 for life time only for the Incoming Calls from a Munirka Dealers in Delhi for wife who is House Wife and has been operated recently for Stone in the Stomach . As you are aware the purpose for buying a new SIM Card to have a frequent contact with her regarding her health and other quarries. To my surprise with in the week's time the purchased SIM started troubling us. It does not function properly. When I call up the reply I get the Vodafone you are calling is switched off and I my wife check the mobile it's comes SIM Card Errors. It is amazing that Vodafone is very popular in advertising for their product. But their services to customers are worst. I my self saw while making quarries regarding the Vodafone product. I do not understand why the company is making fool the Customer. Now I have decided to advise my friends and relatives not to avail Vodafone services in future. It's shame on Vodaphone. Dear Sir,
