I am esakki selvam mobile : [protected]

I bought a new mobile nokia asha 202 on 05/05/2012 where i was adviced at mobile shop it contains a offer with vodafone,

For 100mb / per month for 6 months of 2g usuage.

And when i put my sim i got sms at 05/05/2012 @ 10:32:45 pm from vodafone stating that,

Hi, welcome to vodafone nokia asha 202 offer, enjoy 100 mb free usuage/month for 6 months.

Your offer will be active in 24 hrs. Refer t&c on www.vodafone.in".

Still now the service is not activated,

I called up customer care, their representative said on may 8, service will be active in 24 hrs, since three days

Passed i am escalting this issue to higher officals.

Then i called again customer care, they said on may 9, service will be active in 24 hrs,

Ince the escaltation issue is there within higher officals, the plan will be activte within 24 hrs.

Then again i called up customer care people (Miss banu) on may 10, replied that plan is deactivated before 1 month itself,

If so how you get sms from vodafone that serivce will be active, she asked me.. I said i have sms.

Then again i called up customer care people (Banu-another customer care representative) on may 10, replied that plan is deactivated

I asked this girl, if that is the case means how come vodafone can send a sms as mentioned above on 05/05/2012?

Please help in this issue where vodafone is cheating me to provide the serivce of 2g monthly 100mb usuage.

I already logged this complaint on 10 may 2012, still now no updates and action is performed.

    I have been going to vodafone store from last 3 months for changing my bill plan ( rental plan ) and from last three months i am paying 400 rental plus taxes without my mistake. It has been from your end that i have always been given assurance that my bill plan will be changed. But from last 3 months it is the same.
    If you do not want to change my bill plan and you want me to leave your services i will be happy to do that now. Because i cannot resist it anymore .
    So kindly disconnect my number and i wont pay any further bills for the new billing cycle as i have been paying from last 3 months and the fault has been from you side .

      I am working in Tata Consultancy Services.I am vodafone mobile customer of vodafone and running three postpaid connection since Jan '11. I have received call from your executive 09th May'12 where he have offered me Vodafone Netcruise plan with device and committed to get it activated in 48 hours. I accepted this offer and paid 799/- INR same day and got netcruise device. One executive came on Moday i.e. 13th May and met my wife at home and he took all the information whichever required.
      I moved from Delhi to G.Noida on 05th May so have no contact person here so I gave my cousin name,no. and address who is resident of sec.36, noida for verification and clarify your helpline to visit at this address after call as they both are working and nobody would be available at home. I dont know what happened and he marked it as " Negative Verification". Now since Monday I am trying to Contact Mr.Raj Bhatia, relationship mgr vodafone and I explained my problem but he is unable to helped me out. Infact,after one call is not picking my phone call. I am harassed by the vodafone since one week. Request someone to intervene in this matter at the earliest.

      Hope a prompt and strict action on this concern.

      Respected sir,
      I Harkishan singh jajua S/o of Dara singh jajua resident of 99/1 gali no. 1 dolat ganjh indore (m.p) want to state tht i visit vodafone store spana sangeeta indore at 25/08/10 regarding connection. i talk to Mr. Sachin there n order to book postpaid connection no. [protected] . executive check the availblity n say tht it is available. and he say tht it may cost 1000.00 rs u may debit 300.00 rs now i[censored] want it. i debit tht amt. there n take recept of it. he told connection may 1 week to proceed u may came on next week. when i visit next week i again meet with sachin n he told me tht there is updation in software take place i cant login sir, please gave me ur no. i call u. i gave it her but there no responce from company side i again visit there with my documents, now i directly meet Manger Mahesh wadhwani n he told me tht there is auction on no. is going on n current bid is 4000.00rs do u want bid .         sir,
        purchase a mobile connection (Sim) number [protected] as on date 07/05/12 from vyara and dealer told me connection activated with in half an hours. but connection not started in two days . after two day contact to dealer why sim is not activated he says ho jaiga. wait in evening . sim is activate in evening but balance no coming . dealer charge 135 Rs. for sim and recharge . after four day one message coming in mobile from vodafone company your document not received in office. your out going or incoming is barred from 15 may . then i contact dealer and talk to about message . he say aise message to aate rahte hai kuch nahi hoga document ja chuke hai. but in 15 may my connection barred by company and dealer not pick my phone .

        Question is there at that time what is my Fault . I am already pay 135 rs + my time + energy but result zero .
        pls. resolve my problem as early as possible.

          Hi,

          I am suffering from netwrok issue from more than 18 months, raise several complains in customer care but without resolving my issue they are closing the complain mentioning that issue resolve. as per CC we can not move to other network as i am in postpaid,so on jan 2012 i had changed from post paid to prepaid. and send the porting request...but this people are rejected my request as i am using this no from past 15 days....(using postpaid connection from last 6 yrs). Raise same issue with Escalation matrix 1- Mr. Praveen and 2- Mr. Promod, but still i am struggling for the same issue....here are the 2 complains raise again in vodafone reg the issue, 1st one is closed and second one is logged yesterday for same issue .24th Apr-[protected],17th May-[protected]. Need your support for the same.

              I mostly recharge my mobile talk time from Vodafone site. i am facing problem. in past 2 times already occurred money deducted but recharged nt done.

                This is to inform you that we are vodafone customers recently we had agreed to change the mode of recharge from pre-paid to post paid. But for the last four days our sim cards are deactivated.Due to which we are facing a lot of problems.It is sorry to say but the customer care services of such big company are so poor nothing has done even after repeated complaints for the last 4 days.yesterday someone came for the varification after getting all the information and details he was satisfied but what report he submitted in the company they stoped our services .Today i met with pooja and fahad from your lajpat nagar vodafone store they agreed on that from our side every thing is fine but they sad they can't do anything.                 Here is my complaint that I am a regular user of vodafone (previously it was BPL first and then Hutch) with my cell no[protected]
                on this cricket new plan was activated which was deactivated by me by asking the the proper method from your customer care representative.

                Then after deactivation when I recharge my account with Rs 100/- Again there is dedcution of some accont value for the same package

                I want to state that after deactivation of service why my account value is being decuted

                This is very annoying and company is doing illegeal thing in turn giving me financial problems as well as mental

                I want my decuted amount back in any case.

Immediately i called toll free no:111 and informed that it is because of hand set problem. I change my hand set and the same message is coming. Then I went to Vodafone store at Kadavandra and they informed me the "System Registration Problem" and it can be solved from their HO.

                Till now my SIM is not functioning. This is actually cheating to a customer. Please take necessary action at the eraliest. My new contact No: is [protected]

                This is manigandan am a customer of Vodafone([protected]) for past four years. Vodafone services is too bad at all whenever i log a complaint there is no well responses at all. one month before Vodafone gave me one offer Vodafone to Vodafone 20p other mobile 50p and 2GB GPRS free for three months . At the morning of 31-03-2k1 i browsed for 3 mins suddenly my mobile balance went to Rs-85 .I tried to Vodafone customer services even higher authority people also gave not good response. They gave this mail Id to log a complaint so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will give a complaint to consumer court.

                  My postpaid corporate mobile number is: [protected], in the name of Gagan Agarwal. Due to the trust that I had in Vodafone Company, I
                  usually don’t see my monthly bills. But it was found that an additional pack of RS 75/- “STD 150 MIN [protected]@75” was present in my bill without my knowledge/concern or approval. I was getting charged for the said amount (Rs 75 * 7 months = Rs 525 + taxes extra) from OCTOBER 2011 to April 2012 (information received from Vodafone Executive). After knowing all this, I tried to get the amount reverse by calling on Vodafone Customer care or by sending mails but didnt get any response.

                  I request and seek your help in reversing the amount (Rs 525 + taxes extra) as this was added illegally/without my concern in my Bill plan.

                  I hope you will take it on priority. Awaiting for your revert.

                          With reference to my Jan-feb,2012 bill, i have paid Rs.800/- where as my bill amount is only Rs.719.98.But the amount has not updated even after n no. of complaints given to vodafone store as well as customer care. Instead of resolving this issue they keep on harassing by way of reminder calls and mails 2-3 times daily for the bill payment which was already paid by me. But now after 2 months heay are telling they didnot received any payment where as i have clear evidence from my bank (Credit card,icici) that the amount has settled to vodafone essar ltd on time.But they are denying this and taking very harshly .

                          I called up to customer care for clarification (Complaint no: [protected]) but instead of resolving my issue they have stopped the services for 4-5 days, without any intimation, which leads to severe loss.

                          I would like to have complete compensation against my losses or I will take action to log this complaint to district court.

                          This is Regarding for My mobile Postpaid connection of [protected] I,was in Vodafone network from 2008 till July 2011.I was ported to other network from Vodafone in MNP due to Misguiding me in Tariff's. I used to receive the bills regularly when I was in Vodafone but after porting I, have not received my July 2011 bill copy till now I,don't know why?. Of my own interest I, don't want to be a defaulter in the end also I, went to a Vodafone store and enquired and paid my bill. It clearly shows the caliber and the reputation of this so called Vodafone Happy to Help You.
                          I was charged by 45rs in my bill for the month of august, the bill i received on 25th september 2011. In my detailed bill i was found that there are 9 (nine) international messages to one numbers has been made. the number is[protected]. i try to call on this number but the number does not exist. as i havent made this messages i try to talk with customer care executive, and nodal officer they reply me that they have done from your cell phone and you have to pay. than i lodge my complain from vodafone store at anand. i received their replt today and according to them we have checked and those messages done from your phone. Hence, i asked of detailed investigation report in written format for which they denied. unless and untill i'll get my investigation report how can i believe them that watever they said is correct. Hence i request you to look after my complain. Me, my family member or any of my friend never did any message to this number ever. so please look after my complian.

                          I had two postpaid connections with Vodafone...For my convenience I have ported both numbers to TATA Docomo ..I have paid full amount of the bill before the due date for both my numbers to avoid any inconvenience in porting those numbers to Docomo. .. Infact unknowingly I made excess payment for one of my number .. After two months i recieved in email stating that i have to pay some due amount on one of my number which they have mentioned as Rs 479 ....about which i was not aware till i saw that email which was sent to my email id ..I tried to reach them but i was not able to .. since both my numbers remain same vodafone should have contacted me in this regards before sending such emails (which talks about legal action .) either phone or physical mail correspondent should have been sent to me .. But every month I get a hefty bill for which I do not use anything of that volume. I have paid all my bills but the connection is not alive till date.                           I am using vodafone post paid corporate connection for the number [protected]. I have been usisng this number from 4-5 months with internet service 2GB active on my number.

                          From last 4 months I have a normal bill payment arround Rs 400, this month suddenly this bill has been shot up to Rs.6600. I have mailed corporate.vodafone and visited Vodafone Gallary everyone has responded me saying the usagae are correct and they chargerd correctly.

                          My credit limit was set to Rs 3300 even after that I the bill reached to Rs 6600. I am completely sure that I havent used more than 2GB of internet service.

                          And one simple question a person is who has CUG plan of Rs.125 and Rs 99 for 2 GB internet for him Vodafone has charged Rs. 6600.I really dont have any clue how they can give so much of credit limit.

                          I hereby request you please take this complaint and let me know how can I proceed with this.

                          I have been using voda phone postpaid connection last 1 year..for this month bill even though I have n't opted for 3g servicess they charged me around 1800 rs but my actual plan is only 350 ..when I contacted cousmer care still they are not taking out those charges.

                          As per our last conversation, I am not going to bear someone else mistake. As I have already requested to start my data plan on 28th of July .

                          Kindly revert the bill or do the settlement as asked for asap. As limit is already reached to maximum. In any condition I am not giving this much bill.
                          I can only give my normal charges between 200- 400 .Not more than that in any condition even in stopping the services. I am regular customer of Vodafone from last three years and paying on time and before time.

                          Kindly do the need-full otherwise there would be customer loss. if [protected]@99 plan is not available that time it should be informed as informed 2 days back.

                              since i use phone only for calls and messages i get to know my balance immediatley after any call/message is made with the pop up. however on noticing these absurd messages i thought of checking my last deductions and to my surprise...

                              I would like to register a complaint on the Vodafone mobile billing. My mobile number is [protected].

                              Earlier, I was using Nokia XpressMusic and I have activated Rs. 99 unlimited Vodafone Live service. Recently, I purchased an Android mobile anddownloaded few applications from Android market. In the recent bill cycle, I received the bill amount of Rs. 22133. When checked with the customer care, I was informed that I was using Vodafone Connect instead of Vodafone Live and because of which I received the amount. Also, I was informed that Vodafone Live will not work in my new Android mobile. But, I didn't activate Vodafone Connect for my mobile number and when questioned about that I was informed that it was activated by default. Also, my credit limit is Rs. 1900 and I didn't get any notification of crossing the limit and my usage was not even barred, which would have triggered me that something is wrong. When I questioned this, I didn't get proper response. My monthly bill usually comes between Rs. 250 - Rs. 300 and now I am shocked on seeing Rs. 22133.

                              I have already registered a complaint with Vodafone and the service registration nos. are [protected], [protected]. Please help.

                                Dear Sir/Madam

                                I am writing a complain about the services I received at your vodafone branch office at Abids. I have been a vodafone customer for some time now and I believed vodafone as a company was impeccable in all the disciplines and therefore decided to change my existing calling plan with a new plan and also wanted a new connection. But I was very disappointed by the services I received from your executives at Abids branch.


                                About a month and half back I went to vodafone branch at Abids and spoke with one of your executives - Ms. Sulekha regarding the changing of a calling plan, I was assured by Ms. Sulekha that the plan will be change in a days time and I will be billed as per the new plan. But After a month, to my utter astonishment I was erroneously billed as per the old plan. I was completely deceived by your executive. When I went back to inquire about this on dt: 27/04/2012, I was received by another executive - Mr. Salman who said that my request for the change of a plan was never taken and when I asked Ms. Sulekha about this, she bluntly denied the fact right on my face. But when I confronted her and made them check your books, she agreed and simply replied that she forgot to take my request. Then, After Mr. Salman Reassured me that my request will be taken immediately and plan will be change by that same evening, I asked for the confirmation/acknowledgment, he never gave me one and said it'll be taken care of. I also took a new connection/sim card and the sim card number was :[protected]*0 on the same day. I made an initial deposit of Rs 150 and verification was done on dt: 29/04/2012 and I was asked to pay another Rs 350 which I paid on dt: 30/04/2012.

                                I was told my new connection will be activated in one days time and but it was never activated and I went back again to the same branch on dt: 02/05/2012 and wished to speak with the store manager Instead I was shown to meet a Floor Incharge- Mr. Touseef who again reassured me everything will be perfected like the previous reps but did not solve my problem, instead he doubled my problem by activating my phone on OTHER SIM number. I have never been caused this kind of grievance before by any company.

                                On 03/05/2012 I went to Liberty branch, I was received by an executive - Ms. Lakshmi who told me that my request for change of a plan was still not taken. However she heed to my situation and did her job aptly and changed my calling plan immediately and unlike Touseef, Salman or Sulekha, She gave me an acknowledgment no # [protected]. I explained her about the problem with the new connection that was caused by the incompetent executives at Abids, for which she directed me to go to main office of vodafone at begumpet.

                                I took the pain of going to begumpet office and talked to Mr. Syed Yahiya and he took no time in resolving my problem and gave me a new connection with sim no :[protected]*6. When I told him of how I was Incorrectly billed for the last month, he duly noted my complaint and also forwarded my request for a Waiver and gave me an acknowledgment no: [protected] & [protected]. Only if the representatives at Abids branch had done their job like Yahiya or Lakshmi then I would not have to go through all the troubles and grievances.

                                Surely, my unfortunate experience is not in alignment with your reputation, which I hear is of high caliber.

                                I'd really appreciate if you kindly look into my concern with alacrity and investigate the matter so that I can get my Waiver as early as possible.

                                Vodafone, Hyderabad — Bad Service Provided

                                My outgoing calls was deactivated by the Vodafone, Hyderabad branch on 4th March, 2009 without any sms or msg from their office. When I called the customer service at 1235 hrs, I was told that my credit limit was over.

                                I informed the customer service executive that I have dropped the cheque for my bill sent by them, she verified the details and confirmed to me that the outgoing call facility will be activated within 3 hrs.

                                Till 1530 hrs my outgoing calls were not activated, I once again called the customer service and asked for the manager but as usual Managers don’t take any calls and the executive are not authorised to give the call to them, somehow one my call was fwd to the floor supervisor Prasad

                                He too told the same story and then he tells me that my cheque has be dishonoured and returned on 04th March, 2009 for the reason known to me or my bank !!

                                I made him explain that the payment cheque which was dropped by me was dated 05th March, 2009 as the due date was 07th March, 2009, he did not listen to me nor given the call to his Manager.

                                As I had not other option, I made online payment of Rs.500.00 and then only my outgoing call was activated.

                                I had sent a written complaint to the company and the reply was a simple apology without taking any action for the bad service provided by them.

                                Till date they have not given me any complaint number inspite of sending them 4 reminders!!

                                I want the concern to take action for the bad service provided to me.

                                  i have updated rs 399 plan of blackberry on my bb. I recharged my phone on 10th of may. Rs 399 got deducted from my balance for BB services but i am not able to use the services. Inspite of calling customer care again and again , they are not addressing the problem and delaying it. Its been 4 days i am not able to use the bb services and i have suffered a lot of business loss because of that. These guys deduct charges for 30 days but provide services for 15 days only. I have asked them to transfer my call to management or some senior, but no 1 is willing to do that. these customer care officials knw only to fool customers. they deduct charges and provide no services. Moreover they never call a customer , rather they drop a message that your number is unreachable, please call us back. This is height of fooling a customer. I have asked them to credit me with rs 399 so that i can stop using this service, inspite of proper communication, they said they cant do it..We , customers are befooled by them always .

                                    Vodafone — Unnecessary services

                                    I just got a new prepaid Vodaphone prepaid connect.
                                    The card has flash messages showing up all the time which results in phone charges and also a drain on phone battery.
                                    This is a rip off and trick used by phone company to sell and unnecessarily charge the customers.
                                    Phone calls to the company on 198 did not help.
                                    All the phone companies should stop dupping the customers with such marketing tricks.
