I'm Rajesh. I'm using vodafone from the year 2006. This network is ruined & ruining my money many times. But I couldn't change my number, bcz my number has registered in many job sites & given the same number to all my friends,relations. So, now i'm going to change this [censored] network using mobile number portability & also, going to convert all my family member's sim network tooo. I lost so much money because of this network. Friends, Plz don;t use & lose ur valuable money.

    but to my utter surprise they offered a flexi exiting in the name of some unknown person's id and shown inability to issue flexi recharge in our genuine name.

    company was told of such practices but they did not care.

    beware of such company.

      Hi, My name is Vikram P Bhardwaj.
      I have applied in vodafone for mobile number portability from Airtel to Vodafone. My number is [protected].
      I gave my document on 9th Arp'12 to a (Mr Pankaj) Vodafone guy work at C-45, Okhla Office Phase I & As per the terms and commitment my number was suppose to get activated in vodafone with 7-10 day however that was not the situation in my case, My number got activated on 12th May'12 almost after 35 days & that particular period i have faced a lot of mental trauma, pressure & mental sickness just because of vodafone.

      I SPOKE with atleast 10-12 different people in vodafone, requesting them all to activate my number however none of them supported me atall & i was treated like tennis ball; everytime thrown at different court. I am not even getting replies from their Nodal, Appellet, Corporate care & Vodafone care mail ID. It seems like none of them want to help me in this.

      I works at Sahara India Pariwar & i have applied for a Corporate connection however My number was activated on 12th May'12 with Individual plan whereas I have applied for a Corporate Sahara India Pariwar plan. Now, its 20th May'12 & since 12th , i am again following up with vodafone to convert my number under corporate plan of our co. but still this time also case is the same; NO ONE IS SUPPORTING ME ON THIS.

      I Bought my blackberry just for official purpose however just because of this case "I AM UNABLE TO USE MY PHONE"
      I have still not received any revert & resolution on my case. Kindly support !! I

        On April 7th 2012, I applied for Vodafone number [protected] by dialing the toll-free number [protected] and they gave me the Vodafone Value Plan of Rs 149/-. A representative came and he took Rs. 250/- as security deposit from me. He also took my signature on a document where it was written Rs. 250/- as a security deposit. However, there was no receipt given by him and I thought that there was no need of such thing as Vodafone Value Plans themselves state on the site that which plan has a security deposit of a particular amount. The representative before coming had called me.

        However, even after a week, the sim card provided by the representative always showed 'registration failed'. I asked the Vodafone customer care via e-mail and they said that my number has been activated since April 12th and I should be able to make calls. When I said that I cannot and therefore plz cancel the connection and refund my security deposit, they said that I did not pay any security deposit. Also, they refused to give details of that conman representative saying that there is no such procedure of disclosing their names. I warned them not to send any Vodafone bill as I am terminating my connection.

        Then a girl from their customer care center called me and asked me for my sim number. I told her that I provided it the e-mail which I gave but still for these nerds I recited it again. She then informed me that the sim card number is provided by error and is defective. She then said that she would provide me with another sim card but I scolded her saying that she is nobody to decide on my behalf.

        Even though I warned them not to send the Vodafone bill and through e-mail I had applied for disconnection, these nerds yet sent me the bill which had only rent of Rs. 149 + taxes and no call charges.
        The number of that conman executive would be known to me when my MTNL bill would come as who called me on 7th April, 2012. But meanwhile is there anyway by which Vodafone could refund my Rs. 250/- and other damages like harassment etc.

        ALSO, IS THERE ANYWAY BY WHICH THEY CAN SHOW THAT DOCUMENT WHERE I SIGNED AND IT WAS WRITTEN THERE AS RS. 250/- AS SECURITY DEPOSIT?

          Vodafone — CALLS FROM UNKNOWN PERSON

          SIR,
          FOR LAST 2 DAYS I AM RECIEVING CALLS FROM AN UNKNOWN PERSON WHO IS CALLING ON MY PHONE AND CAUSING PROBLEMS TO MY PRIVATE LIFE.

          Vodafone — WRONG CALL FROM UNKNOWN PERSON

          Respected Sir,
          Somebody did several calls to my grandma's mobile living in salem, attur, from Chennai area from his mobile no [protected] and talk in disturbing manner and telling wrong information such as job gaureentee, money doubling, some etc.. and asking various personal things unnecessarily. When we want to contact him he is not responding me properly... and not attending my call.. I request you if you could find out about this as soon as you could.i don't want that such calls and should not come again in future as it is disturbing my grandma. Would u please assist me regarding this and what can i do for this?

            /Vodafone has installed a mobile tower at our building at 27/1, Baker Road, Kolkata, (Near Bhawani Bhawan Building), We are getting rent from 2010. We have complained several times. But they are not bothered about this.

              Hi,

              I once by mistake activated vodafone SMS pack of 96 instead of Internet pack of 95.

              It was activated by mistake so I thought its just for month so I will try it, but what I never thought is that this service will be attached to my number for lifetime against my wish.

              They renew any service automatically without informing customers whether they want this service or not.

              So even though my balance was below 96 they activated daily SMS pack and my balance gets deducted everyday for 200 SMS.

              I have contacted Customer care and they gave me a SMS code and told me to send it on 144 but I get the reply SMS saying that we upgrading system please try after 24 hours.

              Your balance gets charged, If you want to get new service then it gets activated but when you want to stop any service they send you this message what a lousy way to force a service.

              It have been more than one week I have been sending this SMS everyday but still there system is getting upgraded can you believe it.

              I have called customer service 2 more time to stop this service they told me that service will be stopped within 4 hours but no use they are not doing anything.

              When it comes to the network no doubt they are the best but when it comes to cheat and loot customer still no one can beat the Great Vodafone.

              Vodafone — unwanted offers through sms

              I am a vodafone customer and have registered my number 'DO NOT DISTURB' after that I havent got any offers from vodafone and other service providers but today I got a message from BA-LUCKY and got a promotional offer as SMS LUCKY to 56263042 and claim your prize. This type of service provider always sends offers and gets special service charges and dosent gives any feedback. Kindly requested to stop such services which robs general people.

              daily i am receiving un-necessary sms on my mobile no no.981*******. i have even regsitered on DO NOT DISTURB, but still then i am receiving these sms day in day out daily.

              Vodafone forcefully charging for unwanted packs from its customers..

              I have found many discrepancies in my billing for which I need clarifications until then I would not make any payment for the bill generated.

              In October'14, I have changed my plan from 499 to 375 and in the bill generated for October month, I was charged in pro-rata basis for both the plans. But the discounts were not provided in pro-rata basis for Local and STD calls in that bill. Also, there were charges for MMS sent and for roaming as on 27/09/14. I haven't sent any MMS nor I was roaming Out of Mumbai. These charges were due to network issues, I have raised a complaint also. Even though my number is within Mumbai Circle I'm getting roaming sign on my mobile and that's why I was being charged for.

              In November month bill, I was again charged for some weird packs which I haven't activated and also for some special messages also. When I searched online, I have found that many Consumer forum

              In December month, I have called up on the Vodafone complaints number "198" and logged a complaint against these billing related issues and they have informed me that I would be getting a call back from their supervisor regarding the complaint raised. But unfortunately, I haven't
              received any call back till date. I have called them again on my bill payment day and informed them that I wouldn't pay the bill if my
              Complaint was not resolved. Even though, there was no reply from my complaint. So, I have decided not to pay the bill. But they have stopped
              my services on the 3rd day after my due date so I have paid partial amount to continue the services. Till now the issue was not resolved and now in January month bill, they have charged me for late fee.I'm really frustrated with the kind of service that's provided by Vodafone and its representatives & supervisors not following up with the complaints raised by its customers.

              Forcefully adding additional packs without intimation and without customers approval and charging extra money for those packs from the customers is absolutely irritating.

              This is ridiculous and doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not willing to pay this bill until the issue is resolved on high priority.

                My mobile no. is [protected], i was enjoying all call @ 50 paise per minute valid for a year, but it was to my shock that the call charges were deducted @60 paise and 90 paise for landline,

                I want you to provide me with calll charges @50paise for the remaining period in completion of the year.

                How call charges can be changed mid term.?.?
                In this regard i contacted the customer care interaction no. being[protected], there mr. somnath dolui was unable to satisfy my queries.

                I Want to ask is this the way a global company is involved in UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE and cheating innocent subscribers.

                Please contact me and satisfy me with my queries at the earliest.

                I mailed this to Vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 09 May 2012 23:18 but till date the company is just sending me mail that the rate has been revised and sorry we could not contact u..

                      I Chandwati is a new customer of Vodafone and my mobile no is[protected].I was going for airtel but my son told me to go for vodafone.And as i took and used after few day problem arose after rechaging vmc 499 plan and felt the worse service.there was no such problem on my airtel.MY Problem is i recharged on 8-5-2012 vmc 499 unlimited plan but when i connected to internet no pages are opening.internet is connected with apn-www and i am using it on vodafone modem.signal is very strong.I complained Voda care but they told it will be fine after 1 day now its 16th day of no use.My son is technical expert and using these gprs services since 7 years..I want my 499 refund or activate 499 unlimited plan for full month as its half month passed.

                        I bought a new mobile nokia asha 202 on 05/05/2012 where i was adviced at mobile shop it contains a offer with vodafone,

                        For 100mb / per month for 6 months of 2g usuage.

                        And when i put my sim i got sms at 05/05/2012 @ 10:32:45 pm from vodafone stating that,

                        Hi, welcome to vodafone nokia asha 202 offer, enjoy 100 mb free usuage/month for 6 months.

                        Your offer will be active in 24 hrs. Refer t&c on www.vodafone.in".

                        Still now the service is not activated,

                        I called up customer care, their representative said on may 8, service will be active in 24 hrs, since three days

                        Passed i am escalting this issue to higher officals.

                        Then i called again customer care, they said on may 9, service will be active in 24 hrs,

                        Ince the escaltation issue is there within higher officals, the plan will be activte within 24 hrs.

                        Then again i called up customer care people (Miss banu) on may 10, replied that plan is deactivated before 1 month itself,

                        If so how you get sms from vodafone that serivce will be active, she asked me.. I said i have sms.

                        Then again i called up customer care people (Banu-another customer care representative) on may 10, replied that plan is deactivated

                        Before 1 month itself,

                        If so how you get sms from vodafone that serivce will be active, she asked me.. I said i have sms.

                        I asked this girl, if that is the case means how come vodafone can send a sms as mentioned above on 05/05/2012?

                        Please help in this issue where vodafone is cheating me to provide the serivce of 2g monthly 100mb usuage.

                        I already logged this complaint on 10 may 2012, still now no updates and action is performed.

                          I have been going to vodafone store from last 3 months for changing my bill plan ( rental plan ) and from last three months i am paying 400 rental plus taxes without my mistake. It has been from your end that i have always been given assurance that my bill plan will be changed. But from last 3 months it is the same.
                          If you do not want to change my bill plan and you want me to leave your services i will be happy to do that now. Because i cannot resist it anymore .
                          So kindly disconnect my number and i wont pay any further bills for the new billing cycle as i have been paying from last 3 months and the fault has been from you side .

                            I am working in Tata Consultancy Services.I am vodafone mobile customer of vodafone and running three postpaid connection since Jan '11. I have received call from your executive 09th May'12 where he have offered me Vodafone Netcruise plan with device and committed to get it activated in 48 hours. I accepted this offer and paid 799/- INR same day and got netcruise device. One executive came on Moday i.e. 13th May and met my wife at home and he took all the information whichever required.
                            I moved from Delhi to G.Noida on 05th May so have no contact person here so I gave my cousin name,no. and address who is resident of sec.36, noida for verification and clarify your helpline to visit at this address after call as they both are working and nobody would be available at home. I dont know what happened and he marked it as " Negative Verification". Now since Monday I am trying to Contact Mr.Raj Bhatia, relationship mgr vodafone and I explained my problem but he is unable to helped me out. Infact,after one call is not picking my phone call. I am harassed by the vodafone since one week. Request someone to intervene in this matter at the earliest.

                            Hope a prompt and strict action on this concern.

[protected] . executive check the availblity n say tht it is available. and he say tht it may cost 1000.00 rs u may debit 300.00 rs now i[censored] want it. i debit tht amt. there n take recept of it. he told connection may 1 week to proceed u may came on next week. when i visit next week i again meet with sachin n he told me tht there is updation in software take place i cant login sir, please gave me ur no. i call u. i gave it her but there no responce from company side i again visit there with my documents, now i directly meet Manger Mahesh wadhwani n he told me tht there is auction on no. is going on n current bid is 4000.00rs do u want bid .                               sir,
                              purchase a mobile connection (Sim) number [protected] as on date 07/05/12 from vyara and dealer told me connection activated with in half an hours. but connection not started in two days . after two day contact to dealer why sim is not activated he says ho jaiga. wait in evening . sim is activate in evening but balance no coming . dealer charge 135 Rs. for sim and recharge . after four day one message coming in mobile from vodafone company your document not received in office. your out going or incoming is barred from 15 may . then i contact dealer and talk to about message . he say aise message to aate rahte hai kuch nahi hoga document ja chuke hai. but in 15 may my connection barred by company and dealer not pick my phone .

                              Question is there at that time what is my Fault . I am already pay 135 rs + my time + energy but result zero .
                              pls. resolve my problem as early as possible.

                                I am suffering from netwrok issue from more than 18 months, raise several complains in customer care but without resolving my issue they are closing the complain mentioning that issue resolve. as per CC we can not move to other network as i am in postpaid,so on jan 2012 i had changed from post paid to prepaid. and send the porting request...but this people are rejected my request as i am using this no from past 15 days....(using postpaid connection from last 6 yrs). Raise same issue with Escalation matrix 1- Mr. Praveen and 2- Mr. Promod, but still i am struggling for the same issue....here are the 2 complains raise again in vodafone reg the issue, 1st one is closed and second one is logged yesterday for same issue .24th Apr-[protected],17th May-[protected]. Need your support for the same.

                                      This is to inform you that we are vodafone customers recently we had agreed to change the mode of recharge from pre-paid to post paid. But for the last four days our sim cards are deactivated.Due to which we are facing a lot of problems.It is sorry to say but the customer care services of such big company are so poor nothing has done even after repeated complaints for the last 4 days.yesterday someone came for the varification after getting all the information and details he was satisfied but what report he submitted in the company they stoped our services .Today i met with pooja and fahad from your lajpat nagar vodafone store they agreed on that from our side every thing is fine but they sad they can't do anything. Then I went to Vodafone store at Kadavandra and they informed me the "System Registration Problem" and it can be solved from their HO.

                                      This is manigandan am a customer of Vodafone([protected]) for past four years. Vodafone services is too bad at all whenever i log a complaint there is no well responses at all. one month before Vodafone gave me one offer Vodafone to Vodafone 20p other mobile 50p and 2GB GPRS free for three months . At the morning of 31-03-2k1 i browsed for 3 mins suddenly my mobile balance went to Rs-85 .I tried to Vodafone customer services even higher authority people also gave not good response. They gave this mail Id to log a complaint so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I will give a complaint to consumer court.
