[Resolved]  Vodafone — Stopped my outgoing service without any pre information

I dharmender singh port my mobile no. [protected] in vodafone from airtel. Vodafone start my service. Next day a call come on my phone from vodafone to convert my prepaid to postpaid i agreed with him company send his executive with in an hour. He take my i. D. And address proff and told me that new sim start after one or two day. After two days new sim start. But next company stop my out going service. I contact customer care they told me due to non verification of document this service stop. Same day afternoon company start my outgoing service customer care told me that my document is verified. But next day morning company again stop my outgoing service. When i contact customer care they told me that my verification is pending. I asked that person to company pro or other complaint related officer no. He told they can not give such no. So i request you that this is very lake of service. Company should give their pro and direct complaint officer no. On sim kit

Vodafone India — Out Going Stopped

My Voda fone no.[protected] was In CUG ( Mother Dairy ) till Feb-2010 & I got it retained in my Personal name with all the formalities . It was working al right but since last few days Out going stopped , reply from customer care was Your bill for the peroid of Feb is pending , I answered "How Am I responsible for the payment of your prevois customer?"where as I had not recd any bill for the Mar-2010 for which I am responsible . So are requested to plz Start out Going at earliest possible , Over a week Had passed , No action had been taken till date

I again request Vodafone to look into the matter As i am no where involved for the payment of last customer.

Hoping early action

My Vodafone No is [protected] and my outgoings are still barred even though i have done partilal payment on 4 April.Customer care executive is saying that your payment get updated in 48 hours and its more than 48 hours and my outgoings are still barred.
