[Resolved]  Vodafone — Unnecessarily deduction of amount from my main balance,

I am very disappointed with your services this time. Very very poor.
You just know how a customer can be dumped.
Yes right.

The problem is that i was using my internet pack which is 2g, rs 95.
It ended all of a sudden without any prior information from your end.
This happened first time as since last month i get a message from your end that the - " your data units ends today"
This time i dint got any such message.
I was using my wifi for all night and in morning i used a bit of data pack that to for a count of time. I havent used that much so that you can deduct around rs 120 from my balance.
Very poor services.

I put off my data pack everytime when i get reminder from your end. Regarding end of data pack.
This all should not be happened if i would have got the message of ending of data pack.

This is very sad point of affair. Very disappointed with your this kind of customer service..

Also i was calling to your customer care and then i had to call them 6 times to speak to a senior person. Again bad service

Even your customer care representative doesn't have maners to talk.
There are so many negative points against you. Gossshhh.. Very much horrified from you guys now
Request you to see to it and reimburse the amount deducted from my account.

I have all the proves that i have got a message from your side every time but this time you dint do that because of that this problem has arrived.

Aying again.. There was no point deducting the amount.
It would be better if you could help me out asap.

Get back to me asap that's it.

My Mobile no. [protected] Prepaid connection. You have without any information my amt. deduction and coustomer care not proparly reply kindly confirm it what reson amt. deducted and with proof without proo[censored] r not deduct any amt. give me a reply. We have not received proper reply I change over mobole connection

Vodafone — Unneccessary Calls regularly

Hi,
I have been recieving promotion calls from Vodafone regularly ( every day) atleast four times a day.It disturbs me a lot sinc ewhen i was in meetings i get the calls. I have registered for DND Service. Still I am getting those calls. When I called the Vodafone Customer Care, They are saying it will take seven days for the DND service to get activated, . My question I did not ask or opt for any such services. Then what the hell that they are doing this?

This is not only the case?

They activate caller tones with out the req saying it's free of cost. From teh second month they will be deducting Rs 30 as charges.

Please consider. This is not the first time I'm suffering . From the past three similar and idotic problems from vodafone people.

Vodafone — short in balance amount

SIR,
I HAVE VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].ON 03rd JAN NIGHT, BALANCE AMOUNT IN MY MOBILE WAS APP 455/-RS, BUT ON 12TH MORNING IT WAS SHOWING -354/-RS.WHEN I CONTACTED VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE, THRE IS NO OPTION TO SPEAK SOME PERSON.SO I WENT TO VODAFONE CARE TODAY NEAR MANDAVELI BUT THE SHOP WAS CLOSED.I REQUEST YOU TO CREDIT MY CORRECT BALANCE WITH IN 24 HOURS OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE SEVERE ACTION.
ALSO TELL ME THE REASON FOR DEDUCTING SUCH AMOUNT. I AM REALLY VERY UPSET REGARDING THIS MATTER.

Vodafone — Frequent deduction of amount on unnecessary calls from Vodafone.

Dear Sir,
I would like to submit that I got a Vodafone pre-paid connection on 16.3.2009 from a outlet of your Company at Panchkula (Haryana) (Rs.125/- lifetime connection valid upto 2014) and was allotted[protected] number. Eversine I got this connection I am receiving frequent unnecessary/useless messages from your Company during day and night. These messages are being sent from different mobile numbers . I tried to contact these numbers but everytime it is found that these vodafone numbers are not in existence. It is a very strange thing. Presuming any important numbers when I listen to the above numbers, call charges are being deducted from my mobile balance. It is not known how you deduct the call charges without making any calls.

It is, therefore, requested to stop these bad practices and not to send me any useless messages on my phone and also please let me know the reasons for deduction of amount of calls which I have not made in fact. Also please send the details of calls made/received for the period from 16.3.2009 to 8.4.2009 for my verification.

Vodafone — Frequent Unnecessary calls

We are frequently receiving call on our landline[protected] from Vodafone.
Phone are related to ring tones.
Vodafone Nodal officer (Avinash Kaur) is too rude and is in no mood to solve the complaint.

I have even written to TRAI senior officer...but no reply or action from there side.

How can this problem be resolve.

Total amount deducted so far is RS 520



Pl inform the process of refund of the same otherwise I will take the matter to Govt Grievance Forum

Pl inform how this is done and refund for this RS 60

Vodafone — deduction of my balance

we have recevied a call from a company that on recharge of rs 55 we will get rs 75 but we have get only rs 47 and then when i contact to costmer care they stop our costmer care servies and also deducted rs 30 from my balance.my phone num is [protected] my name is virender kumar.

Vodafone — unnecessary deduction of amount

dear sir ,

My name is k.sanjeeva,my mobile no.[protected], I have recharged Rs.20 on[protected],Friday at 9.45 A.M., after recharged i got the approximately Rs.17. but here problem is i called two people with 3 minutes duration. after this when i was checked i had only Rs.7.50 amount only but as per the my dialed no's, they should deduct only Rs.3 but here they have deducted approximately Rs.7 more.

After this i called to vodafone customare care centre, but they told that i have called by adding two zero's number, but i have called only my regular friends, it was not happend previous.vodafone people are saying i have used ISD call but i could not use that ISD number. i have talked to them but they dint give positive response and also my loss amount.

Sir, with humble submission it is stated that Myself Mukesh Sharma using Mobile No. [protected] of vodafone Punjab, but from many days they are have activated their services like MCI, Hello Tune, Music Station etc without prior permission of me and deduct the money from my account. This cause me great harrassment to me as they deduct the amount from my account with my consent. It is hterfore requested that action againt this please be taken. i use vodafone last two years.but without any information they active plans and deducted my amount. iam very upset. today after telephonic conversestion with coustomer care they again deducted my amount. i email their coustomer care office o[censored]P but they did replay about my mail so ir please take some necessay action that i would not suffer again and return my amount that they will deducted from my account to cheated me.

I HAVE A VODAFONE NUMBER [protected] SINCE 23RD OF APRIL 2011, THIS NUMBER IS WORKING QUITE PROPERLY; BUT SINCE I HAVE ACTIVATED A SERVICE ON THIS NUMBER AS FOR INTERNET OF RUPEES 96/- WITH VALIDITY OF ONE MONTH, MY THIS SERVICE ACTIVATED ON SAME DAY AND AMOUNT DEDUCTED AS PER SERVICE, BUT WHEN AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FOR ONE MONTH MY SERVICE DEACTIVATED SOON ON NEXT WEEK.....

Vodafone — Unnecessary deduction from my Balance amount

I, PANKAJ KUMAR DUTTA, residing at 184, M.G. Road, Chinsurah, Hooghly-712101 own a Hutch Mobile No. being [protected]. During the last 2 months, I observe that more than 120/- has been deducted in phases without any reason. This is a heinous Sin and a Criminal Offence. I, as a Customer, hereby lodge a claim for reimbursement of the deducted amount and seriously request you for redressal of my grievances. My contact No. is[protected].
this problem even i had faced while using the relaince gsm services and no action was taken and they said it's due to this service and that service which they never cancelled on thousands of call and requests...

Vodafone — Unnecessarily Deducting balance

i activated gprs pack with 98rs to my vodafone no [protected] on may 12th upto now its not activated and also rs 55 will be deducted from my account. i gave a complaint but they are not responding. when i called to customer care and told my problem but they are not responding correctly and told dat wait i wil connect to my superior to solve ur problem, i am waiting upto 15 min they disconnect my cal. i called 5 times they did like dat only. they r doing this type of trics for deductimg balance.
