[Resolved]  Vodafone — wrong deductions

This is happning for second time vodafone has deducted from my prepaid balance charges for internet usage although my internet pack is active.
As usual vodafone guys justifying the charges on false grounds...they must refund the money they have deducted.
and they dont have proper reason for charges. When internet pack is active then there should not be any deductions for internet and for their technical problems they should not charge customers and if they do least they can do is refund money instead of giving false reasons. This does not only show poor service but poor customer service as well.
I urge whoever using vodafone internet please dont keep much balance in your main account as they would deduct it anytime and give false reasons and we customers have to bear for their technical problems. Vodafone should enhance their technical system and not increase their customer base if they are not able to give proper customer service.
And also consider shifting to other operators if you are using 2g internet as this is happning often and you will end up loosing your balance and hard earned money.

VODAFONE-Delhi — WSrong Deduction of balance

I, Neeraj Verma customer of prepaid([protected]) called a STD no. without attaching 0 before the no. I got the instruction that "The dialed no. is wrong, It may be possible that you did not put ZERO before the no."But 1.30 Rs. were deducted from my account without connecting the call.When I contacted the customer care they did not give me any satisfactory answer.

This is to bring into your notice that the services being provided by ur customer support are pathetic. I am one of the vodafone users who has spoiled enough of my precious time speaking to worthless people in the customer support. No one is ready to assist the customers. People are sitting there just to make fol out of the customers. If you get time so please go ahead and check detals of the account with pone no: [protected]. The whle story started when one of the customer support agents provided me with incorrect information that if i recharge my account with Rs 124 i will get my call rates reduced as well as i will get balance near abt 100 bucks to my accoun. Only the tax would be deducted from Rs 124 amount nothing else. I went ahead n did the same. I got a balance of just 49 paise. So i got to know later on that i hav spoiled my Rs 124 because of the incorrect nformaion provided to me by one of the customer support agents. Then i started making calls to get it escalated n resolved. Two supervisors committed me a refund as well "Anuj" and " Sanjay". They did commit me a callback as well and this all was supposed to happen within a time frame of 24 hrs. Its been more than 5-6 days. No one has taken up the issue or tried to resolve it. My calls to customer care have also been barred. All i have got is trouble and nothing else. The people at your customer care just put the customes in trouble, take money from them by cheating them, by providing them incorrect information, by mistreating them, by doing wrong committments and giving many more inconveniences. This is not all. The agent there had half of the times hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor and half of the times they put me on mute for a long time saying they cannot get me a supervisor on the line n doing their call closing. Then let me know if they were not able to get a supervisor on the line for me why were they sitting on mute or why were the others able to get a supervisor on the line for me.. Were those the special agents. I am really so pissed off with the services that i would not at all like to continue anymore. But let me tell you people, the way you cheated me is not the way anyone should do bussiness. And i would not be a single person getting this connection dropped soon bt will advice or rather force all other employees in my corportae sector to do the same. I have received the most and disgusting service any service provider would ever provide to his customers. Still hoping to get some relaxation for the inconvenience i have experienced.

Sir, I beg to say that my simcard had been miss. After missing my sim i lodge a FIR at my nearest police station. Then after I go to Vadafone center at Rajender Palace Metro Station. He give me new sim card after paying Rs. 99/- only. I submit my hole document also.After spend 55 hours till now my no. is not connected. So please help me & informe me at my others no.- [protected]. ok. Thanks.

He has also not response properly.

We would request you that we are not using above number and also not responsible for any bill of above number. Hence, we request you please reverse the above and raise on the actual user.

Vodafone — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE BY GIVING WRONG INFORMATION

Sir/Madam

My name is vikas my vodafone number is [protected]. i want to use internet from my mobile so i talk to custmer care he tell me to rechage with 95 rs so i recharge with 95 and start using net. my main balance does not deducted at that time but after 2hr 370 rs deducted from my main balance. when i again complain there custmer care said this service activated after 4 hr of recharge. but first time they does not tell about any such condition.

please solve my problem.

i am the customer of vodafone company and my contact no is [protected] respectively.from some days i recharged my number from 95rs for using internet service.on 8th of july i have checked my MB,i have left 724 MB left in my account,after that i used internet near about 45 min.suddenly i have received a message from vodafone in which mentioned that my GPRS pack has been deactivated,then i checked my balance,i was shocked to see my balance because my balance go in negative which is 1390rs.i am trying to contact customer care but they did not give me any solution and said to me please contact vodafone office Nirman vihar.Next day i went to Nirman vihar vodafone store,they said to me i can't help you in this matter please contact to customer care and Nodal officer.i marked a mail to the customer care and Nodal officer,On behalf of my mail customer care officer registered my complaint and give me a complaint number which is [protected].Now they did not give me any solution of my complaint and also Nodal officer didn't picked the phone.i go to 3 times to the vodafone krishna nagar store at last the employee of vodafone named shahnez said to me that i can't help you in this matter please contact to the customer care and Nodal officer.i want to know that if my GPRS pack has been deactivated how my internet running while internet didn't run when balance goes in negative

My other contact number of Vodafone is [protected].my 3G service activated on this number.talked to customer care for unlimited plan of GPRS,he said to me that i have 2G plan of 499rs in which you got unlimited access of internet.i asked to him twice that if i recharged this pack is my 3G service will be continued ? he said to me that your 3G service will not be discontinued it will became activated.i Recharged my number of amount of 499rs.after that my 3G services became deactivated i talked to customer care,he said to me that you have wrong information because this 499rs plan is 2G plan and can't be running with your 3G services.i said to him please registered my complaint about misguidance,he cut my phone and after that my customer care service stopped.i send a mail to the customer care they give me again and again that your feedback has been forwarded to stop this type of misguidance,i said to him please register my complaint but still they didn't registered my complaint.

i am very tensed due to Vodafone,please sir do the needful,because Vodafone is not resolving my complaint

Vodafone — Deduction of money by using internet

This Sripathi Rao, I recently bought a data card of worth 1900 rupees supporting upto 7.2 Mbps, I activated ulimited browsing of Rs.450, after activation whenever I start browsing the balance in the SIM card get deducted so that it will not connect next time onwards, this happend so many ttimes, and I went to local customer care also but no use at all,I think Vodafone people do'nt work effectively or their products do'nt work effectively,
VODAFONE SUCKS, NO SERVICE AT ALL , CUSTOMER CARE CAN'NT RESOLVES ANY PROBLEM INSTEAD THEY REFER SOME ONE AND SAY THEY WILL DO LIKE THAT.WORST SERVICE, THEY ONLY KNOW TO CHEAT PEOPLE THATS ALL,

UNECESSARILY MAKING ADVERTISEMENTS TO CHEAT PROPLE , VODAFONE GUYS ARE CHEATERS.
