i got one sms from voda phone offer..25th January,at 3.33pm
offer name....295RC
In this scheme if i recharge 295rs i will get 100rs talk time and one year validity..This sms i got 25th january 2008 at 3.33pm.
So i recharged one vodaphone agent at 5.50pm,but i didn't get validity.After i enquired voda phone customer care,they told me after 24hours will get.still i am not get any sms..so i mentally depressed..This case i wane to book.
I stored that sms and when i recharged time that also i have..

Ihave voda phone no [protected] on name of my son nagendra singh.post paid palan was overon 29 aug 2008.but it is errously renewe, and billhas come after adding rs 889 rent one years. icomplaint on 03sep2008 for prepaid after that i personnly go okhla shop and given compallent that pi convert my conection in ore paid and reduce advace rental.so i paid bill.but no satisfy answer received.I am a custmouer of voada phone last three year. an d privious billwas due except one bill. my connection has disconnect. Iwant to paid billwithout advace rental.than i want prepaid conversion can you do or not .

i am sitaram Kerkar My Cell No [protected] my problem is my sim card validity was finishing on 04/01/2009 but i got a sms on 31/12/2008. if i recharge some of Rs. 251/- in next two days. i will get one year validity and 250/- Rs. Talk time. so i was recharged on 01/01/2009, But by mistake it rehcarged happned Some of Rs. 250/- not 251/- so i got 144/- Rs talk time and and only one month validity. so next day i make complent to recharge center of above matter. so he infom for revard that tranction to vadophone company then my some balance was gone in minus apploxly Rs. 78/- then i called to vodaphone care Contact No 111 that time your some one staff name vijaya Jadav got me on line she suggest me if i recharge my sim card Rs. 78/- wich was gone in minus, i will get remining oll talk time and full year validity with in 24 hours i so that that day i rehcarged some of Rs. 100/- but till date i am not get any extra validity and also not get my talktime.

Sir i Hope you will consider my request and do the needful.

i had recharged my prepaid mobile no [protected] for 2500 rupees through cti bank credit card onno[protected] on 13022009.vodaphone has used this money for world credit card.this was never requested by me.i had lodged a complaint with vdaphone judges bunglow ahmedabad store on 14022009.complaint no is[protected].i got a message on my phone that my complaint is resolved .however niether my phone is correctly resolved nor my money is credited back in my account..i tried to get information from customer care [protected]. i was kept on line foe 32 minutes but no respnce

The problem is we recharged for 100 rupees last week ..immedietly balance showed in her account ...But after a while the balance became nill..we have not made any call...

Then yesterday we recharged for 30 rupees..again the same problem happend..to my astonishment the balance message sent by vodafone also vanished from my mobile...after tat i called up customer care peopel..they simply telling system is down and asked to call after a while..nobody is able sort out my problem...i really hate to chosen this company......

hi,my wrong recharge of rs.301 is not getting refunded. it happened on 28th june 2010, first the dealer told it'll take 15 days and then he told it'll take another one month since there is some problem with vodafone.till date it did not get refunded to my prepaid vodafone account and also i did not get any proper reply from them whenever i call the dealer he gives all lame excuses. i had recharged from VODAFONE STORE(TRILOKYA ENTERPRISE) its in j.p nagar 2nd phase, Bangalore opp. Food world. i am afraid if the amount never gets refunded to me at all. please help...

when i rechared my prepaid card last time then while cheking balance a message displayed that full talktime for recharge Rs 115.today i recharged with Rs 115 tr.Id.RM[protected] but i got recharge of Rs0.01 which is incorrect and very unfare practice in service to customer.vodafone declares plan but dont execute it which causes sever inconvience to customers.pl modify my balance with Rs 115 immidiately.
also keep promises in plans or dont send them if not possible to carry the same unless customer has asked it to CC.

Vodafone — validity period showing wrongly

I got a new SIM from Vodaphone ( Mobile Service Provider ) on 07/04/2012. It is a prepaid. They collected Rs.46/- as activation charges and told that it is life time validity. I paid the same and also paid Rs.222/- to have full talk time. I was happy that the SIM got activated around 5.00pm as assured. I didn't read the instructions available on the pack since I was in a hurry. In the night I was going through the instructions and found that SIM is free and activation charge is Rs.15/- only. The validity of SIM is showing as 05/10/2012 only. Please inform which information is correct.

dear sir the videocon compny has sent me a sms on 10 april 2012 - recharge with 20 rs. and get 25 rs. get 15.80 rs. instant & 9.20 rs. is after 24 hour . and after this sms i was rechsrge with 20 rs via retailer on mobile in 10 aprail 2012. the comny has sent me 15.80 rs only and other balence is not sent . i was call custemar care and complaint about this he give a COMPLAINT ID[protected] OR 93578608 [TWO TIME] and syaing to wait for 24 hour for refund your left promr bal. but they not refund my bal.
