[Resolved]  Vodafone — wrong recharge

Hi, my name is Debasis and my mobile number is [protected]. I got one sms yesterday that some vas service is activated and Rs. 99 is deducted from main account. I was surprised to see the sms and at once called the customer service urged a request to stop the service and refund the balance. They deactivated the service and told me that my money is credited back within two hours but didn't refunded a single paisa. I called them again and again and they did same drama. Till now I don't get the money even I can't contact them as they block my number from their help services. Don't use Vodafone. They are cheaters.

I was surprised to see the sms and atonce called the customer service and urged a request to deactivate the service and refund my money back. The service was deactivated soon but they didn't even refund a single paisa till now. I called them several times and they did same drama and told to wait two hours and twenty six hours have already been gone. Now, they intentionally block my number from their help services. Guyz, don't even think to use Vodafone. They are cheaters.

I am just recharged on my no. [protected] recharge of 348 rs. By mistakely i wanted to recharge of 346 rs. I am not using this plan benefits. so please refund my money or convert my plan to 346.--PRADIP MANE

On my no [protected] i want SMS pack but due to wrong selection of state by mistake it was done of 66rs instead of 48rs please resolve it

I wanna recharge 299 pack but I mistakenly recharged 269 on ([protected]) can I change the pack value after recharging
