[Resolved]  Volkswagen Polo 1. 2 Petrol — Disgusting service

I am Sheelu working for Microsoft India... Would like to bring to everyone's notice about the MOST DISGUSTING service that I received from Volkswagen Dealer - Elite Motors Pvt Ltd, 31 Magrath Road, Bangalore.. I booked my car with a down payment of 1,00,000 INR 3 weeks back.. I was told that if I need to get a car of my chosen color red, I need to wait for 3 months.. What was readily available was white.. I went ahead for White color Polo 1.2 comfortline petrol on 30th of March, 2011.. My loan was approved for 4.6 lacs in 4 days and was informed that I would get my vehicle on 7th April.. Accordingly I planned my travel to my hometown on Sunday - 10th April. On 8th I was told that they cannot deliver my vehicle till 11th April because the finaciers delayed in delivery order. Hence called the finance guys and got the DO to be sent on Friday morning (9th April). When I called the dealer to inform, he told me that you are late by 15 mins and hence we cannot do anything because the delivery cannot happen without registration. THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT MADE BY THE DEALER TO HELP ME.. THEY HAD THE ATTITUDE OF LEAVE IT OR TAKE IT.
On 9th April they received the vehicle but no attempt was made to conduct pre-delivery inspection on saturday.. On Monday they said they'll complete the registration process and give delivery of the vehicle at 5:30 in the evening. In the evening when I went to the showroom, they told me that there was no registration done, no road paid receipt and vehicle didnt even go through proper PDI, the reverse lights were not even glowing ... Till date I have not received the number plate or tax receipt from the dealer..

I need to place an official complaint on this dealer so that no other customers have to go through what I went.. I had to stay away from my work just to pick up a vehicle uninspected vehicle and also cancel all my programs which was planned based on the delivery of the vehicle.

CAR IS GOOD BUT NOT SERVICE IS PATHETIC... Dont buy and repent it later...

I bought JETTA 2.0 bearing number KA04MH3455 from M/s Elite Motors Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India in the month of June 2010. I gave my vehicle for servicing to attend some minor repairs but to my surprise your service levels are extremely poor and deserve to be condemned with strongest possible terms. No one cares, no one acknowledges, no one confirms the status, no one informs you the cost, no one attends to your calls. Out of 5-10 attempts if you are lucky your call will be attended by service guys. (Ref :[protected]). No one is responsible for my vehicle at the service center. With great difficulty I had escalated this to Mumbai Service Head. But nothing has happened except getting a courtesy call from the Director of Elite Motors Pvt Ltd. Even after almost one month, I am not informed about the service / repair cost, exact date of delivery etc., Yesterday (12th April) I got a call from [protected] (Mubai service station). He was under the impression that I got delivery of my vehicle and wanted to know my feedback to their service level! Alas! What a lapse in the volksvagen group? When I explained the whole story, he said he would come back within 5 minutes; but now he is absconding permanently. Is this way to treat your high end customers? Virtually I am begging everywhere in your organization but to my surprise till date nothing has happened. How can you cheat your customers like this? I am totally fed up with this service quality and would like to get back my money. I have lost compete faith and trust with Volkswagen. I waited 4-5 months to buy this vehicle but I am proved wrong permanently. My friends (two of them) have already changed their minds and decided not to buy Volkwagen. Now in the absence of my vehicle, I have been incurring huge amount on my conveyance and causing lot of mental trauma which is unbearable and I just cannot bear this kind of service attitude from volkswagen.
Please take back my vehicle and return my money immediately; otherwise I will be driving my car with a sticker showing "CAR IS GOOD BUT SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD...Think before you BUY"
Is there anyone in entire Volkswagen to hear me and give justice immediately. Nothing satisfies than getting my money back.

Here is mine. This is Santos and worked for Unisys India, Blor.

I purchased a 1.2 Polo from VW Downtown, Blor (chasis # WVWH10607BT004359) in sept 2010. I had given them for a pint job on my car's mirrors and door handles. They kept my car for 4 days to the paint job. Later i found that they have swapped my original bonnet and front right fender. Initially they agreed to replace these parts with original parts and now after 2 months they are telling me to leave my care with them and they will do the paint job on these parts. From the day one i have informed this to VW customer care and called them 4 times in the due course of time. Till date not a single person from VW company have not called me or followed this case. It seems VW is directly supporting the dealer on this issue. I have sent an email to VW and informed them to update me by 29th April (today) or else i will go to a consumer protection forum or consumer court.
Requesting others to be careful when purchasing VW cars or availing car service at any of their dealers. Else your VW joy ride wil be over in few months, For me it is already over. I know Maruti Suzuki car service is best in India and only God can save them as VW has taken some stakes in Suzuki.

Volkswagen Jetta Exhaust Smoke

With reference to the above mention subject our New Volkswagen Jetta 2015 Dec Model facing problem for Exhaust smoke coming highly, its diesel High line vehicle.What the reason for that? Upon our knowledge high smoke coming due to engine problem. Its new car its runs KM below 10000 only.
