I have purchased a refrigerator from Whirlpool on Apr-2008 and after inspired your services and quality of appliances my self also purchased a Washing Machine-Fully Automatic- Front Load- Sensation Classic Model 6.50 Kg on July-2008 vide Invoice No [protected] Delivery No. [protected] Reference No 81214 .

Washing machine not working properly from since installed at my house and more than 100 no of times my self complained to whirlpool service center but service engineer is neither diagnosis’s exact problem of machine nor doing machine ok.

I have facing following problems
a. Detergent exit without mixing with water
b. Cleaning of Cloths (Basic problems)
c. Timer not moving properly
d. Rubber sealed of drum
e. Timing of wash taking too much

Whirlpool service engineer not identify exact problem of machine and trying to hit and trial and replace many parts of machine but machine not working properly .

i have complaind you before also and your representative has also reached me but he has not sort out the problem.i there fore request you to please send somebody immediately so that my mashine could work properly.

Washing Machine — not properly installed

we purchased a fully automatic washing machine from reliance digital, ambiance mall, gurgaon. my order no. is [protected] and DN 80338488.

once the machine was delivered, somebody visited us for installation and demonstration.that person was not properly able to attach the tap to the pipe of machine. whenever we open the tap, water do not only go into the machine, it gets spilled over all the place. the technician said he would come next day to fix it properly, but never returned. it is 15 days now and we are still not able to use the machine properly.

Sub: Replacement of Washing Machine under warranty

Sir,

My name is Naresh Shaida and I am the orignal owner of a Whirpool washing machine purchased from a company dealer.I have purchased a Whirpool Washing Machine (Model No 11320) on 28/08/08. Ever since I have purchased the washing machine the machine has never worked to my complete satisfaction. If there is something known as customer satisfaction this defective washing machine should be replaced with a new washing machine as per the terms and conditions stipulated as per the warranty policy.The complete product details are as follows-

I had even asked and persisted for the machine to be replaced with a similar washing machine on the fourth complaint on 1/11/09 but I was assured by the person attending to the complaint that there will be no complaints in the future.

At the time of purchase I was informed by the salesman that this product was a very good product and I will experience no problems using it. Infact, I was told that the company offered a two year warranty on the product and in case of any problem the washing machine will be replaced with a new washing machine as per the terms and conditions of the warranty.My customer service experience has been very bad with as many as 13 repetitive complaints being made to the Whirpool call centre. This washing machine has been the worst which I have purchased in the last 20 years with the washing machine undergoing several repairs simultaneously. I even do not have a count of how many time it has been to the company workshop for repairs and that too for a new washing machine less than 9 months old.

I have waited very patiently for the last one and a half years but it will be no exaggeration if I say that the level of customer service and the product after sales support service has been worst of its kind.Infact, to summarise it has been a pathetic experience and I must say that I will not recommend Whirpool products to any of my family members, colleagues and friends.Every time I have complained there has been delaying tactics with my complaints not been attended to in a proper manner.The intention of your company has been to wait for the product warranty to get expired so that I have to pay for the machine to get serviced.

The first complaint was made on 11/01/2009, followed by the second one on 21/01/09, the third one on 16/08/2009 followed by the forth one on 01/11/09. Since then the machine has never worked to my complete satisafaction. Subsequent complaints have been made by me to your call centre on 28/01/2010, 26/05/2010, 02/07/2010, 17/07/2010, 22/07/2010, 27/07/2010, 09/08/2010, 21/08/2010 and 22/08/2010.

Please treat this email as a complaint which has already been sent through registered mailpostcourier to the Whirpool Company headoffice, Gurgaon-12202 for further action.I am also forwarding a copy of this complaint to the The Editor, Action Line, The Times of India and also to The Editor, The Hindustan Times for further action so that this matter is brought to their notice so that no customer is cheated by purchasing a substandard product.

Last and not the least if no further action is taken and the product is not replaced within warranty I shall be comp[elled to take further action including reporting the matter to the district Consumer Protection Court for further action. Waiting for a positive reply.

I HAD PURCHASE WHIRL POOL DOUBLE DOOR REFREGERATOR FROM SALES INDIA, DRIVE IN ROAD BRANCH, AHMEDABAD ON 15TH OCT, 2010. VERY NEXT DAY I FOUND DOOR OF THE FRIDGE IS DAMAGE & COMPLAINT HAS BEEN MADE TO THE WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ACTION TAKEN. SINCE LAST 2 WEEKS THEY SAYS WE WILL REPLACE YOUR FRIDGE IN 2-3 DAYS BUT NOTHING HAPPEN FROM THEIR SIDE. REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME.
