AFTER 1 MONTH manufacturing stitching defect on the sides came off.of my WOODLAND shoe & COLOR IS very very SHADING.
I have given my shoes for repair, after repair the shoes quality is extermely poor & color is also shading I have not been able to use my shoes

I have purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland Shoes franchaisee M/s. AERO CLUB, Pune on 23rd April 2010 vide their bill No.599 for Rs.2, 495.00 and Artical GS 0333106 CAMEL SIZE 42.while walking on tile shoe making noise.when i contacted to shop manger he say is normal for same type of shoe and when i asked why you have not informed he replied that i shuld have asked it, now i feel being multinational they are cheating i request to everybody please take care while buying the woodland product.

1. i purchased shoes on05may within 15 days o[censored]se its sole came out and color faded.
2. im an defenc person dont hav tim to do all thses complains ,thses thins distacting us fm impartin our duty ..

Dear sir,
I am using the different models of Woodland shoes for the last 15 years.So far i was satisfied with the performance of woodlands brand.
I have purchased an Woodland shoes fduring December 2009, from M/s. Malabar Leatrher Palace, Pathanamthitta, Kerala who claims itself as an authorised dealer of Woodlands .But the stiching got damaged after three months by March 2010.I complainted the same to the Delaer. but they denied telling that they are not responsible for any damage after selling the commodity. Also they responded in such a manner that nowadays they receive many complaints regarding manufacturing defects of Woodland shoes. So I got it repaired by a local man hoping that I can use it atleast for few more months. But by April-May, the sole was also severly damaged . Now it is completly damaged beyond repair.
Kindly let me know your directions on the above issue.

Dear sir,
I purchased woodland shoes for Rs 5200 from Woodland showroom, South Ext.-II, New Delhi, India . The shoe I purchased were creating problem in terms of leather finishes, like they advise me to use natural polish, once I applied and I realized that leather is soaking material and leaving permanent mark on it. I rushed back to woodland and explained my problem to them. They agreed and took my shoe for repair, after 15days they gave my show back with no improvement, despite my all efforts the matter remains same. Woodland representative is not supporting much on this. Knowing cost of the shoe it is worst to loose such money without any fault at my end.
Please guide me further what to do??

I have purchased a pair of woodland shoes just 12(dt.[protected] days back, from "Shoe Bazaar", S.S.B Mutt Complex, K.G Circle, OPP. Elite Hotel, Bangalore-560 009, for Rs.2695/-. Invoice no-2209. Article No-GC-0418107. The very next day i wore it and at the afternoon i found that the at one place the stitching was come out. Then on the very same day i went to the show room for replacement . But they refused to replace it and they told me to left the shoe there itself so that they will send it for stitching to the company, and it will take 3 to 4 days . I did not give them the shoe since i have to go outside Bangalore for more than one week . But Can u imagine u r buying something and the very same day it will go for repair work ! I mean what kind of product it is ? This is my first pair of woodland shoes and the experience is very bad. I want complete replacement of the product as it is a manufacturing defect. Please help me in this regard.

Same has happend with me as well.I had purchased a shoe no GC00011A Black 42 footware on 30th May, 10.Within few days the stiching on the upper side was comming out and there a wrinkle formed on the top of the shoe.It is looking very ugly.I had purchased this shoe along with one more shoe for my wife from AERO CLUB, Mani Square Mall, G-09, 164/1, Maniktala Main Road, Kolkata - 700 054, phone no[protected] bill no 665 dt 30/05/10(TIN no [protected]).

At the time of purchased they promised that if any problem arises within 120 days they will give the replacement but now they are refusing.They want to get it repaired which I refused.

i am daniel, i have purchased one model of shoes worth of rs, 2, 695/=and chappel worth rs.450/= in m/s.Aeroclub, 91, usman road, 39, natesan street, t.nagar, chennai-17 ph:24350417/24350418.on 01.05.2010. with in a month time my back of left leg had started pain and severe irriation .i went to the shop and asked them to send for your presence.but they are not ready to get it . they are talking too much .this is not good for business. when they are selling their speech upto sky, if there is any complaint and they treated as begger. the same kind of shoes some other brand we can get 3 pairs .even any complaints they will accept in gentle way.this is not the right way to do business.first customer's satisfaction is major roll. i am totally dissatisfactory and much more pain.do some thing

Woodland Shoes — Sold defective piece

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a pair of shoes (SWID - 05 beige colour) form M/S Aero Club, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India on 4th Aug. 2010.
The shoes which I was shown was faulty and I brought the same to the attention of the store keeper. He showed me a good pair. But, during the time of delivery, I was given the same faulty shoes with chipped leather. I realized this when I was to wear the same for the party. I was appalled at being cheated.
To bring the action to the notice of the store manager I immediately called him up. One Mr. Jain there assured that my grievance would be looked after. I received a second call the same day informing me that the said shoes was not in stock and he would arrange for the same and replace my pair with a new one within 4 days.This was about 18 days back. Ever since there has been no response from Mr. Jain.

I had not expected this kind of cheating from a brand that I so vehemently patronized. Kindly look into the matter and respond at the earliest.

have purchased a pair of sandak from Woodland Shoes Stores AREO CLUB (WOODLAND STORES[protected], Nedumthali Maliekal Complex, Vytilla Junction Cochin -682019. on 01/09/ 2010 vide their bill No.2604 for Rs.2, 1955.00. The model No. of the item is GD 00648109 Brown Slipper, size 41. I got Shrinkage complaint of leather material on Right Side, from Second day onwards. I returned the item to the supplier for replacement on 10.09.10, they accepted that complaint. But the lead time to take replacement was 15 days as they said. But i can't for such a long period.So kindly replace the item and deliver within 3 days.

I Hope there will be Good Service reply from WOODLAN.

With reference to the above , we paid yearly rental amount in June 2010. At the time of taking this option, we got assurance that BSNL will bill to the excess call charges only for next 12 months. But after that we are geting bills for rent an call charges. many times we approc=ached the concerned office regarding the matter but no reply and no action is taken till now.

I have brought shoes after watching the add of woodland in television wich worth of Rs.3000 nd with in a month of wearing the shoes i faced the problems with shoes that i never had with the local made shoes. So to all you viewers for your benefit i request not to buy WODDLAND shoes even at free of cost. when go for complaint to the showroom centre they say that is not there fault so Please dont buy woodlad.

Gemini Foot Wear , Having its shop at Shop No.3 , Apollo Apartment , Agashi Road , Virar (w) , Tal : Vasai , Dist : Thane , Pin code - 401 303 , Phone Nos.[protected] , 2506938 on Date - 13 / 08 / 2010 , vide Bill - Invoice No. 2924 worth Rs. 2195 / - ( Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five only ). The said pair of shoe was used only Twice and it was observed by me that the pasting of the sole started coming out . I immediately returned the pair to the dealer , Till this date I have not reveived the pair nor the money return from the dealer , On the contrary , I received answer that the same pair has been sent to the company and not received from the company to the dealer . Now I request you to issue me the fresh pair of shoe of same quality at the earliest

Rs5000/, unfortunately one shoes got damaged with the sole off and thread came out.I went to the retailer he understood everything but hitherto i didn't get my shoes repaired he told me that they need Rs.450/ as repairing charge which i'am not at all willing to pay because since last 15 years it is the first time my woodland shoes got damaged, without using enough of time.I have insisted lot of my friends to purchase woodland shoes for the last 13 years.so considering this please repair my shoes at free of cost.Please do

I have purchased a Woodland shoes Model no - 4035 size - 41 colour - khaki from M/s - Shoes Bazar, 151, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, Ph no[protected] just before two months ago.But now the pestings and stichings of that shoes is become detatching from the leather.This is not in a condition to wear/use.
I went to the dealer and returned the same and show him the defects and he told me you please come after 10/12 days.Again he told me that, I will discuss with the company persons and will change the same. But after 15 days when i went to the dealer he is telling me that company is not changing the same and they will make repair it and again in future if any complain comes than at that time they will change the same.
But being a regular users of Woodland Shoes if we will face this types of problems than i will be bound to take help of Consumer Court for my rights.
So kindly go through the matters and do the needful and instruct your Bhubaneswr local Dealer / Distributor / company persons to change the same immidiately.

i have a woodland customer since last 10 years as the style of your brand suits my nature of business of site works related to real estate.

since last 3 dealings with your brand, i have been facing problems, firstly I purchased a keto sandals from your AERO CLUB, at MANGAL CITY, INDORE (M.P.), and the pasting of the belt was torn off within 3 weeks. I went to your store and they got it very roughly repaired from a local cobbler, the finishing of the same was clearly visible.

second time round, i purchased a shoe and it got badly torn off from the ankle, due to which I suffered an injury at my feet, and on visiting the showroom, your people accepted the fault in the design, and tole me that the company had discontinued the same, but were not willing to do anything about it.

and this time round, I purchased a latest model footwear from AERO CLUB at TREASURE ISLAND, INDORE(M.P.), and the inner pasting of the show had left its glue. A wrinkle is formed on the same and every time I wear it, it hurts my foot. I went to your store thrice and the manager of the store, Mr.Deepak Goyal behaved really rudely with we. he poses the cause of the same as "YOU MUST BE WEARING THE SHOE WITHOUT SOCKS", and "IT HARDLY MATTERS, THIS KIND OF SIMPLE PROBLEMS ARE NOT EVEN MADE BY THE CUSTOMERS, YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE I FIND COMPLAINING" AND "DO WHATEVER YOU CAN, I WILL NOT ENTERTAIN YOU". also, he asked me to leave the shoe with the store for 8 days, and when i said that this is for the 3rd time i have come to your store and no proper response is available, and i have not come down here with a spare footwear, he said to go barefooted, and to do whatever I can.
this could be seen as some absurd behavior and the customer satisfaction seems to be absent. I am now willing to put a complain to the CONSUMERS FORUM, and take some action if the matter is not seen seriously.

please take a note of the above and do the needful.
