I bought vodaphone prepaid sim card and deposit to ID Proof and photos two times but not activete my no . so plz. help him my vodaphone no [protected] Sim no[protected] up west.

I am unable to connect to the website from my place of work either. At 111, I got the update that this is a common occurance and I was advised to try from home!! Now how did they assume that I have Internet connection at home confuses me!!!

such an MNC, big mobile service provider, but unable to access their site ? what's wrong with them.
Vodafone should change its logo Happy to help and it should be never happy to help.
I have been trying to get pass word for paying my bill online since November 8, but despite repeated assurance from customer care nothing has been done so far. I have not been able even to contact any Official of Vodafone. I paid my last bill at collecting centre. Will any body help me to get the pass word?

i am holding post paid sim number [protected] and from past 9 i have not received bill when contacted ur vodaphone showroom they are telling tyey will send but till now there is reply please do the needfull by sending the bill
the site is pathetic.. Vodafone launched new site without any notice to user.. the accounts were changed and eery user require to register again to site ad that process is lengthy... moreover the site was not in working condition for a month.. finally last month I had to take OFF from my work to pay my bill!!!
Now this month when site is up and i have registered after huge efforts, the payment gateway is not responding. When i called up the call center they are saying there is no issue, you try after some time..
I am actually fed up with CC and Website of Vodafone..
