sir,

I have received an e-mail from"gwfltd"<[protected]@yahoo.co.uk> mentioning that i have won 750,000 GBP. They have asked me my personal details and gave me the ref no: xyl /[protected]/05, and batch no: 24/00319/ipd.Accordingly i sent to them my deatils. After that i again received an e-mail from " [protected]@live.com" that they got my winning cheque containig parcel num and demand me Rs 45,000/-to dispatch it my address shortly.

Accordingly i sent the said amount to their given Account no:[protected] Malad Mumbai Branch ) name:-Francis Swamy Chinnapa Shetty on 22.01.08.In their next e-mail they said that the London Inland Revenue Tax Department stopped my winning cheque, and to release it you have to pay Rs 4000/- GBP immediately.

Now-a- days , lot of telephone calls coming to me suggesting to pay the tax amount and get the winning cheque. Now iam very confused about their calls and e-mails. Please save me in this scam and help me in getting my deposited Courier charges Rs 45000/-. For which i will ever greatful to you.

It's sad to see that you have fallen into the trap of these fraudsters.Now I do not see any way you could get your money back.
You should just have thought for a while - If money was so easily available, why would any one slog so much for a livelihood.
I keep receiving at least 2 such mails daily.

I received a mail stating that i have won a prize from the online yahoo msn lottery of 500, 000 pounds a few days back.
i did reply to their mail to check if it was genuine, but i knew that they would at some point of time ask me to pay either courier charges or some sort of charges before io could get access of the money, as they had specified.
And as expected i got a mail at third interaction to pay a charge of 255 pounds or so.
kindly take action against such dupers, and pity to all the people who have fallen prey to such false companies

I'm also getting these kinds of mails on regular basis. Actually I beleived the last one which came from [protected]@yahoo.com.hk. But when it was told to contact the Courier Office n the delivery charge is my own responsibility I really doubted. Then I searched in the net for the sender Id. And thankfully I came to know it was nothing but a scam mail as expected. Infact the reference number given to me through mail was same like another one who recently posted one comment. So the picture is preety clearer to everyone. I also want the people behind this should be strictly punished. The companies (like Yahoo, MSN, Microsoft) should take strict action against these scammers.
