Corporation Bank — very bad support for internet banking | |||||
There was a notice that corporation bank is migrating a new online banking software and hence services would not be available till monday morning. I have been trying to access the site since monday afternoon. The site is either not opening or does not accept login, showing a blank page. I had called up the chennai mobile number displayed for difficulties accessing internet. The lady just asked me to contact[protected]. When i contacted this number, the person answering the call said, that was not the concerned department number and was kind enough to give me a list of numbers. I tried calling all those numbers[protected], 67, 27, 29 and i get an identical reply - your call is being diverted and beep and the call goes off. I have not been able to log into online banking for 36 hours and none to explain or receive complain. Since last one year i have been having problems with my corp classic account, where my deposits are never shown correct. The branch manager requested patience as the bank was migrating to a new net banking software. But looking at the state of things now, i doubt corporation bank would ever bother about customers. Pretty sad state. The new net banking intro screen says 'fast', 'convenient', safe. Very true, the customer can 'fast' all day sitting infront of the computer after entering the website address and wait for the site to be served. 'convenient' - to enter the site address and sleep and even after 24hours u can be sure, the site would not have opened. 'safe - yes it is very safe since the site never opens. No full statement, etc.
85% options show error on execution.
Bank staff doesn"t agree on complaint.
Customer system on ivr are hopeless with no clue atol.
Please bring back old copr retail net banking website portal.
Or in next 2 months i switch bank account . Seriously

The new website is worst (third class)
No user friendly, Not responsive.
Slower than tortoise.
Staff dont got any clue.
No one cares to answer phone call.
Even with old website there was hell lot problems, i wont get technical, corporation bank users knows what i suppose to say here.
Revert back to old website or hire good website designer company, i wonder why a company like infosys design such pathetic, no responsive, slow, old garbage looking website.
I think, its time to switch bank account. Bye bye Corportaion Bank
