Since the launch of your new website for internet banking, it is just not possible to do any internet transaction. i have done existing user activation and created new passwords, and when I tried to log in, it said that wrong password and i had to do whole process again! I had mailed about this last week, but didnt get any reply.
Last friday, I tried to do fund transfer to a new beneficiary, and after going through all the steps, in the end, it said that you cant transfer at this time! No reason was mentioned!
again, today, when i tried to transfer to my ppf account ( where I regularly transfer every year ) after going through all procedure, I got the same message! You cant transfer at this time! utter waste of time and frustrating! On calling the help centre, was told that since it being a holiday, you cannot do it! Holiday in online banking?! It should be saved for the next available slot! isn`t it?
Hope to get a permanent solution and reply as soon as possible, or else I think its time for me to oblige other banks who are more than egar serve me!
