I am your customer since 2002 with Gurukul road branch, ahmedabad gujarat,
Since the launch of your new website for internet banking, it is just not possible to do any internet transaction. i have done existing user activation and created new passwords, and when I tried to log in, it said that wrong password and i had to do whole process again! I had mailed about this last week, but didnt get any reply.
Last friday, I tried to do fund transfer to a new beneficiary, and after going through all the steps, in the end, it said that you cant transfer at this time! No reason was mentioned!
again, today, when i tried to transfer to my ppf account ( where I regularly transfer every year ) after going through all procedure, I got the same message! You cant transfer at this time! utter waste of time and frustrating! On calling the help centre, was told that since it being a holiday, you cannot do it! Holiday in online banking?! It should be saved for the next available slot! isn`t it?
Hope to get a permanent solution and reply as soon as possible, or else I think its time for me to oblige other banks who are more than egar serve me!

    I have tried to withdrawal cash from. Sbi atmosphere but due to area power failure. Atm was shutdown during cash dispensing. Process
    Regarding on this i have given. Written complaint in my corporation. Bank but. They has not given any satisfaction revert
    As per corporation bank. Official my txn was completed successfully. But it is falls i didn't received cash from the atm
    There are not ready to check footage of atm or not ready to give any satisfactory answers after two time complaint at branch

      Dear sir,
      the internet banking new system is not working and not able to do any transaction. select account in the menu when we purchase online is not working. It says no balance for debiting etc. The whole format is very frustrating and unfriendly, . Surely so vexed I would think of discontinuing.

          On 11 sep 18, i tried to withdraw rs. 7000 from an sbi atm located at barnala. The transaction timed out and amount was deducted.
          Called the customer care number many times, only once the number was picked up and the reply was"it will be refunded within 24 hours". It's been many days since.
          Also booked the complaint through online banking portal to the branch manager, web manager, etc to all almost all the admins. There was zero reply.
          Also emailed the problem to the home branch corporation bank, haridwar and two more admins of the bank. The reply was "contact the home branch"!!! That's​ what i did, so many times.
          Still absolutely zero progress.

            I Have FiXed deposit on corporation bank, Jhalawar, I have been visited to bank about OD on my fD in July he told me higher authorities not allowed for OD in this month after that again I visited in August month now September almost over 3 times manager refused for OD.I don't understand what is the problem with the manager any why always he refused.

              This is to inform you that i am unable to connect to my net banking account since you upgraded the services.
              Being an old customer i have followed the instructions given by using the "existing users activation/forgot password link".
              I am able to go only one step forward, that is entering my user id.
              I am not receiving the otp even after waiting for 5 to 6 minutes, which is the next step.
              My net banking account was working perfectly, previous to your announcement of new release of internet banking from 10.9.18.
              Your bank manager at ankleshwar is unable to help me saying that the person on the other end is not cooperating by picking up the phone for last two days now.
              Kindly look into the matter urgently and sort out the problem at your end as soon as possible as i need the same for quick transactions.

                Since this is the last date of applying exam form on 27.08.2018 for ca-inter (Old course)
                As i made payment of rs.1500 on 27.08.2018 and
                The amount is also deducted from my bank account but
                Icai site is not showing my payment transaction anywhere.

                I don't have any other option right now.

                  I have been trying for over 10 days to activate the new net banking as an existing customer but not successful.

                  Went to the bank branch on 3 occasions and 3 staff members tried to help me but they are also unsuccessful. I complained to webcenter several times giving the details but they have not rectified the problem.

                  There are two steps of activation and i as well the bank staff tried both options but failed: 1 through existing user id: got the message

                  "your user id is not authenticated. Kindly contact bank administrator".

                  And 2 via debit card pin. Got the message "unable to verify card details or invalid card. Please contact the bank administrator".

                  Conveyed the position to the webcenter but no response, no solution. As such i am unable to make online payments and transfer funds.

                  Please direct web center or the bank branch to solve the problem immediately

                    Sine from past 15 days i have a problem in internet banking. I need to add url number in third party bill desk. But the bill desk option itself is not there in new webpage. As i informed to yelahanka branch manager, he told me to send mail. I sent mail to them as well as webcentre. Till the day there is no response and the problem is also not resolved. I tried a lot to contact with customer care, but no one is there to pick a call. We will get read-made answer as "our executives are currently busy". I think customer care centre is not working.

                      This is with reference to my complaint letter dated 11th june 2018 at corporation bank, cgo complex branch. On 8th june i had tried to withdraw rs10, 000/- from a atm at kotla mubbarakpur, the attempt was failed. Then from the nearby atm in defence colony we tried and successfully able to withdrew the amount of rs 10, 000/-. I have received 2 messages on my mobile that we had withdrawn rs 10, 000/- twice whereas we have received once only.

                      As per the advise of bank i have sent a mail to pre-arbitration also. I have made several phone calls and have visited corporation bank several time but till date no action has taken place for the same.

                      We have not yet received any response nor the amt being credit into my account. Kindly do the needful for the recovery of my lost amount.

                            We are holding many accounts with Corporation bank Thimmapuram(corp353) kakinada from long time. We are facing lot of issues with Manager Raghuram. He is not showing dignity to any customer and making things delayed due to his laziness and unprofessional behaviour.

                            My recent experience with him as described below -
                            I came from Unites states(USA) last month and Visited this branch to settle loan accounts and pay some of my father and mother loans as well. This branch couldn't able to create internet banking id's properly to all of our family members. Me and my father asked him to provide loan accounts numbers to pay them online through another bank.

                            Mr. Raghuram/staff provided three account numbers, out of which two account numbers are wrong. I have sent money(7, 70000 Rupees) to those accounts.

                            Later, I asked my father to visit the branch and check whether money is credited to the accounts. The manager verified accounts after asking many times and said the amount transferred to different accounts. He asked us to send a letter to corpbank to revert the amount to correct account in very unprofessional manner. He has lot of ego and attitude problem.

                            In one of the accounts, he is still saying the amount can't be reverted since account holder is same. Our intention is to pay car loan but the amount was transferred to crop loan account due to wrong account numbers provided by him. I have made many requests to transfer the amount 90000 to car loan account instead of crop loan account.

                            There are lot of other public are facing troubles with Mr. Raghuram. Most of the people who visit this branch are uneducated farmers. They dont know how to complain on them. On behalf of everyone, I request you to take action on him for a better future of corporation bank.

                                    My husband mr. Narayanankutty is holding the above sb a/c. Unfortunately my husband expired on 9.8.2018. He was the sole holder of the account without any nomination. Now i have approached the bank for closure of the account, as we dont have any children despite being in mourning of my husband i am forced to approach different agencies for making official changes in different documents etc. I submitted the death certificate to the bank, however, the lady manager at mulund west branch insisted that i should bring a notaried legal document of indemnity bond on rs. 500/- stamp paper and another letter of indemnity on bank's format has also to be filed. Since, i have to go for all this formalities alone, it is very difficult to comply such demands. The account balance is only about rs. 6500/-. Even the latest rbi circular regarding closing of accounts due to death without survivor/nominee states that a simplified procedure should be adopted to avoid undue hardship to common person and further states "in this context, banks may, keeping in view their risk management systems, fix a minimum threshold limit, for the balance in the account of the deceased depositors, up to which claims in respect of the deceased depositors could be settled without insisting on production of any documentation other than a letter of indemnity. The circular rbi/2004-05/490 dbod. No. Leg. Bc.95 09.07.005/2004-05 june 09, 2005 may be referred in this regard.

                                    Considering this i request you to kindly instruct the branch to not to insist for the stamp paper indemnity bod, which would put me under a lot of hardship as well as huge financial loss that also for a nominal balance of about rs. 6500/-. Since the amount of rs. 6500/- should be within the threshold limit, the bank may be instructed to allow to close the account on a letter of indemnity without a legal letter of indemnity.

                                        Unnecessary amount of rs. 500 was deducted without submission of the ctet form on 6/9/18. I didn't get my amount back till now. Please solve this problem. When i entered bank details for submission of fee for ctet, my bank account balance was deducted but i got the message that transaction was failed. I again tried and then i got filled my form successfully with one time more payment. But couldn't get refunded my previous amount.
