I am having sb/2/5222 with akshaynagar branch bangalore and a debit card [protected] issued. The problem here to highlight is that i am not getting otp in time after effecting any transaction through this card and the otp is sent to me after 15 to 30 minutes. By that time the transaction gets cancelled.
I have sent many mails regarding this matter to solve this but the concerned department hasn't taken any action.

I want to share an instance which i suffered today in the bank due to a cashier's rude attitude and unprofessional behaviour. Cashier named bhup singh meena not only denied to accept my cheque at 1: 55 pm by saying that it's his lunch time but also used abusive words and threw my cheque in the dustbin by tearing it into pieces. For eg -
