I am having sb/2/5222 with akshaynagar branch bangalore and a debit card [protected] issued. The problem here to highlight is that i am not getting otp in time after effecting any transaction through this card and the otp is sent to me after 15 to 30 minutes. By that time the transaction gets cancelled.
I have sent many mails regarding this matter to solve this but the concerned department hasn't taken any action.
I request you to solve this immediately or else i have to approach the ombudsman for the lose i incurred.

    I want to share an instance which i suffered today in the bank due to a cashier's rude attitude and unprofessional behaviour. Cashier named bhup singh meena not only denied to accept my cheque at 1: 55 pm by saying that it's his lunch time but also used abusive words and threw my cheque in the dustbin by tearing it into pieces. I just wanted to convey that mannerless people like him are not supposed to sit at such public dealing places. However i was satisfied by the helping nature of the branch manager but that cashier didn't even obey him. Hopefully a strict action will be taken soon against him and no such problem will be faced by other people like i and other people in the past faced, so that i am not forced to complain to other higher authorities. I can provide you witness and other proves too if required.

      Morning we came to meet the manager but she was not there at that time again. We visited your bank in panemangalore
      On june 2 2018;saturday on 3:20 the same day
      Really disappointed with the behaviour of manager (Lady). We were in bank for 30min waiting to speak with the manager. As we are nri customer.
      She neglected us sitting in her a/c room. Keeping her face oppt to her.
      We decided to close our bank a/c really disappointed..
      Very bad and cheap behaviour.

        First day i am go to in the bank corpration bank maur mandi. Distt bathinda.29 may 2018 in entered beacause i want opening her new account. When i say to employee. Mr (I dont know about name) that we want the opening acount form he say that you can take the form from security guard. I meet to the security guard and and i say that we want the form. But he is an angry mood and he see my condition and he say to me that you get out of our bank, this scene watching full all employee and he laughing on me. You can chech this recording cctv camera on sathe 29 may 2018 1.55 p. M. And noboday say that to the security guard that how do you spoken to customer. I will say to the in the last that we want the justice as soon as soon.

          First day we are go to in the bank open in my new account then i say to the security guard that you can give me the some form of open account then he angry on me and he and her officer abusing language on me and say me to that get out of my branch & corporation branch manager see to this scene and no word say to her staff member that you do not the harrashment to customer. I will say to in the last that. We want to the justice.

            I deposited a cheque no 444914 hdfc bank of rs. 34000/- in favour of vedant engineering works account no [protected], sec18 gurgaon branch of corporation bank gurgaon haryana.
            But uncleared cheque bank sec 18 branch or my home branch is not returning to me.

            I visited my home branch is also not helping me.

            They are given unacceptable excuses and not guiding and helping me properly.

                    Respected sir,
                    Myself kumud srivastava has approached corporation bank khalilabad branch, sant kabir nagar for
                    Home loan of rs.6.00lakhs over my plot at village sarauli, tappawoon pargana - south haveli, khalilabad
                    Sant kabir nagar up 272175 during 2013. The branch manager has assured me loan of rs.6.00 lakhs and
                    Told me to bring the property papers. He has opened my saving account and issued cheque book and
                    Took blank signed cheques by me as a part of loaning documents. He has given me loan amount in cash
                    Of rs.6.00 lakhs and told me to start repayment of rs.13000/- after construction of my home and given
                    Me time of 1 and half year for construction of my home. We belong to a lower middle class. We started
                    Repaying loan even before completion of construction thinking that loan will be repaid early. So i have
                    Paid rs.84000/- during first 16 months. As told by branch manager i started paying installment of
                    Rs.13000/- regularly from jan 2015 till now not defaulting even a single emi.
                    Meanwhile i got a lok adalat notice of due of rs.868214/- issued during 2016. I went to the branch and
                    The manager has said that the notice has been sent to you wrongly and your account is regular.
                    On 14 may 2018, the present branch manager sri santoshji has pasted a possession sticker and
                    Sarfaesi notice over my home saying your account is irregular by rs. 8, 57, 942 without even meeting
                    Us.
                    I went to branch the next day. The branch manager has said that you have been sanctioned business
                    Loan of rs.900000/- and you have to repay rs.857942/- within 60 days or your house will be sold by us. I
                    Got shocked as i have not taken rs.9.00lakhs and i am a salaried person. I do not have
                    Any business. I have taken rs.600000/- and repaid installments regularly and i have
                    Already paid bank rs.617000/-.
                    I am not well versed with these banking terms and i am the only earning member in the family of 9
                    Persons. I just want to know where my money has gone and how this much amount is due over me. I
                    Am not able to get where my rs. 6, 17, 000 have gone.
                    It seems that some fraud has been done by the sanctioning branch manager. I have asked for the
                    Details and copy of documents from the present branch manager but he denied saying that take the
                    Details from the previous branch manager. This is done to a loan taker who is paying his emi regularly
                    As instructed by the sanctioning bank manager of your esteemed bank. The present bank manager (
                    Mr. Santosh) behaved so rudely when i shared my problem with him.
                    As detailed by me there is no intention of default by my side as i have paid last 42 installments
                    Regularly without default, how can bank send me possession notice!
                    I demand that the bank on its own sources start internal enquiry before starting any legal action
                    Against me.

                      Hi my name is bibhu priyadarshi. A female employee name anisha agarwal from millennium plaza branch, gurgaon. She acted very rudely with me. She made me fill three forms then replied your savings account is freezed. I am ok with filling a form but the behavior and attitude was bad. She was eating and talking to her college. This was not professional at all. This incident happened on 10 th of may, 2018. However branch manager mr roy is a gentleman. Bot the lady anisha agarwal is too rude.

                            Regarding this i have made a complaint to corporation bank many times till date i have not received any clear response from corporation bank moga. It seems bank is not serious about customer services. I therefore request you to look into the matter and seek strict action in this kindly look in to this problem & resolve & the earlist.

                              This is to inform you that, i had withdrawn rs.5000 thrice in last 15 days ie on 31.03.2018, 03.04.2018 & 09.04.2018. But i had received sms of withdrawal on 04.04.2018 twice ie 31.03 & 03.04 atm withdrawal of 5000. Again i have received sms of 5000 withdrawal dt. 09.04 on same day. Today again received message of 5000 withdrawal dt.03.04.2018 which was already debited from my savings accounts. Attached herewith my epassbook images for your reference. Total 20000 debited out of 15000 hence request you to rectify the same and credit rs.5000 in my account.

                              I am totally disappointed that bank is taking too much time to refund the same. Almost one month compliting now. Will close my account if it is not done in two days and will go to consumer court.

                                I am grieved to bring this to your knowledge that without any intimation and consent an amount of rs 3000 was deducted from my account number [protected] on 27th april 2018. The worst part was that the amount was deducted without sufficient balance in my account. The amount deducted from my account being displayed in the account statement dated 27th april 2018, "showing as atm withdrawal on 3rd april 2018". I mean what kind of joke it is. The bank will deduct an amount without any justification. No one, i mean no one in the branch of corporation bank has any idea on this deduction. I am just feeling insecure banking with corporation bank now and fear any day my account go zero when i need the money the most. I have attached the updated bank passbook for your reference. Just see yourself and give me a justification on this deduction else give me the time limit when the amount will be refunded.in case required please contact me on [protected]. Please treat this matter as very urgent.

Yesterday i get a letter from mangalore corporation bank legal advocate mentioned i will repay the amount of rs.8168 of withdraw overdue of rs.10000. Before 3 months i complaint about this issue to the bank manager via mail and ask hime show me the evidence of taken overdue amount from atm like cctv footage but still now the pudukkottai branch manager dont show me the evidence and now the bank send a letter to me so i want to check out my account and release my account with my amount immediatly

After this issue i immeadiately imform to my branch, they said to me, it seen you withdrew the amount 18000. Actually i was not withdraw the amount. I cannot use my account and atm card.                                       1. The balances shown in the net banking site have different balances for same day.
                                      For eg -
                                      When i check balance from statement period 1st Feb - 13th Feb it shows different figures and different CLOSING BALANCE & when i check balance from statement period 3rd Feb - 13th Feb it shows a different figures and CLOSING BALANCE. ??? how is it possible. (Have attached 2 screen shots for the same ending date with 2 different closing balances)

                                      2. Many a times it shows a negative balance. My account does not have an OD facility so how is it possible to have a negative balance amounting to 9 lakhs sometimes.

                                        I have purchased 2 product from amazon on cash on delivery due to some problem i returned the product then the amazon people have done the refund successfully on 5 feb of rs.399 & rs.499 but the amount still not reflected into my bank account more then 2 months have passed i have send mail with complete details with reference number but still there is no response of bank people not giving proper service including bank manger also
                                        So i request to u please take a action and give my refund as soon as possible.
