Dear sir,
Today i visited your adyar branch to deposit money in cdm, but it was not working and i happened to meet one of your staff at atm counter. I complained him that the cdm was not working even 4 days back when i wanted to deposit the money.in the due course i informed him that i hold my account with you for last 7 years, and its highly inconvenient for us if the cdm does not work. On hearing this he has suggested or ordering us to withdraw my account from the bank, as they are not interested in having customers like us.
If this is the type of team you are going to have then i doubt the future of corporation bank, which unfortunately is already running on loss.
Iam sure some action will be initiated against the concern, else they must be trained on handling customers grievance.
I am sure this complaint will be taken seriously and replied back accordingly

    Employee at corporation bank, telibagh branch

    Is not providing me with the no dues certificate for the house loan .

    It's been a week now, i have already cleared all my dues regarding the loan till date.

    I have to submit the no dues certificate in another bank to get the loan.

    But, they are just delaying this small work for days.

    Please, see to it that is fulfilled as fast as it can .

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      This is an latest attempt to have some respite from the financial atrocities from Govt sector Bank.
      My name is Ajeet Kumar, I live and Work in New Zealand. I having an homeloan account with Corporation Bank Changdanagar Branch, Hyderabad, where The Branch Manager Mr. M Sai-Babu.
      I am paying my EMI against the homeloan on regular basis but my principal amount of the home-loan is increasing.
      I have written at least 50 emails, WhatsApp msges, calls to understand the reason behind this but Mr. Branch Manager never ever responded.

      In past 6 months my principal amount has increased from 17, 99455 to 18, 23450 and non of the EMIs were missed out.

      The Branch mnager very well understand that I can't travel to India very frequently so he is trying to avoid my emails, calls, msges etc.

      Please suggest what should I do?

      I will look forward for your response.

        It is respectfully submitted that a pay order was issued in favor of estate officer huda rohtak by your corporation bank rohtak in haryana. Due to technical reason the same was not accepted by huda department. So, i submit in original pay order with a request letter in corporation bank, rohtak to cancel the pay order & refund the same into my account. But with regret it is informed that many times i visit in the branch regarding refund no response given by concerned officers. Therefore, it is requested please look in to the matter personally & refund the same amount. Yours costumer, kuldeep dangi mob. [protected] rohtak.

          Dear sir

          I am bijender singh from gurgaon account no [protected] in corporation bank gurgaon.

          I make transfer of amount 8000 rs through imps on 17- march transaction id [protected]. But amount didn't credited to account. I complaint a lot of times to bank. Sending them mail daily to head office also. Visited bank many times. Help line of sikanderpur never answer any call. Very much furstated service and issue still not solved. Pls look into this on priority and advise how can i got my refund.

              I have an a/c in icici bank and i used the debit card for cash withdrawal. On 18.06.2018, i withdrew an amount of rs.5000 from the atm which is located near the outgate of sastri bhavan, nungambakkam. Yes i withdrew the amount of rs.5000/- (Rs.2000 note (2 nos) and rs.100 note (10 nos.). I was shocked to see the 2000 note which were fake and in tore condition. I could not change the note and could not use both the 2000 rupees notes. No shops, even in post office not accepted the note. My question is how the banker can keep the fake notes in atm machine? Before keeping the money in atm machines, why they have not checked whether the currencies are in usable condition. As it was an emergency situation and i badly needed the money, i ran to atm. But due to negligence and irresponsible officers of the bank, i suffered and i could not use the cash. How the lay man can handle this situation and who is responsible for this?

                I am customer of corporation bank nadiad (Gujarat) branch. My tds has been deducted from my fixed deposit but the amount does not reflect in traces till today. Have visited the branch 4 times but nothing has been done til today. And staff says it will be done in 1 week but it is already 1 month.

                  I booked a room on goibibo on 6th june, 2018 through bhim upi. Amount was deducted from my bank account, but it booking was failed. Goibibo executive confirmed me that the payment status from their end is still pending, so they didn't receive any payment, but my money was debited and still not refunded in my account, its already 12 days now.

                  It was third txn through bhim upi on that day of same amount.. Please check and refund as soon as possible..

                    Sir i am preet baid i made a railway ticket on 29.05.2017 of rs 3886 /- and i was charged twice for this transaction from my account rs 3990/- and its more than one year bank has not credited my amt its corporation bank howrah a. C branch and they are not taking this matter seriously so plss take some neccessary action fast sir many a times i went to bank but they are not taking any action only saying will look after it i visited the branch more than 30 times sir it's one year plsss take action fast so that i can get my money back.

                      The cgmse fee rs 6785.00 is deducted from my account on 16-3-18. The bank manager said it will be refunded automatically but its still not credited please credit rs 6785.0 back to my account no [protected].

                      I have already given this in writting at my branch and even complained through mail address (One month back) given at corporation bank website but no response is received yet.

                      I don't know where to go now. Attachment containing my written complaint.

                        My passbook not updated and many transection has been missing. More transection has been failed and debit from acount but same amount not credit till now. Such more amount disappear and not return to my acount. I have been given many complaint regarding this but no action is taken till now. This corporation bank branch jhandewalan delhi become lazy and not working properly as customer satisfactory. Pls do the action as easrly as possible.
                        Update my all transaction so that i can manage acount as my limit

                          I can't make any online payment for shopping or recharge and also can't take a money from atm. I don't no what problem occurs after i came from dubai. Before it's working fine. I also wanted to make internet banking...in this bank we can make online banking through online only or we have to go to the bank???                             We have deposited cheque on 24th may 2018 in corporation bank mathura branch and it is not cleared till now 3 june 2018. The bank epmloyees says it will take 5-10 days for clearing. In which bank this much time is required for clearing. This is the worst bank i have ever seen.

                              Respected sir/ma'am
                              This is regarding extra amount of 10000 deducted from my saving account on 15 may 2018.
                              Acctually i did one withdrawal of 500 on 15 may 2018 but in my bank passbook it's is showing extra 10000 amount withdrawal.
                              Bank manager is not supporting well and showing again and again cctv footage and saying that the person who was behind you took up your money from atm but it's not clear in cctv.
                              Again they are saying that second transaction happened after 18 minutes but we both person finish our transactions less than 10 minute.
                              Manager is saying nothing will happen do whatever you want to do... Please help

                                I have gone to the bank for 3 times.they have given me time again and again and delayed my request.staff has not given any response to us.after some time they said loan will be provided after 1 month 7 days and only if it will be sanctioned.college wants the fees in 15 days only.prime minister had promised to provide loans then why the banks are not responsive to the customers.

                                  Had opened my saving accounts in Cinema Road, Golghar, Gorakhpur Branch Corporation Bank on 28th Feb, 2018 and Account No [protected] allotted to me, correspondingly I had deposited One thousand on 28th Feb, 2018 and Eighteen Thousand on 05th March, 2018. But at bank my signature was not uploaded on the system although repeated request to them till 07th March, 2018 because I left Gorakhpur on that day for my work in Delhi. Due non-uploading my signature I can't operate my account till date.
                                  Due this I am facing many hurdles now these days.
                                  I am attaching my Account Opening Form for your support.

                                  Please solve my problems as much as possible.

                                    I have an account in your esteemed kabir nagar branch. There i came to know atm maintenance charge were deducted for that card which was expired in the year 2011. Yet they were taking maintenance charge. And replied ones has to deactivated either charge will be levied. I am unable to understand if the card was expired where was my fault and for what the charge were initiated.in your kind consideration and reply. Thanks

                                      We are having current account in your Barmer(1862) br and several saving accounts too !
                                      We like to move your kind attention towards misconduct & misbehaviour of your staff Mr Amit, who most of time is non cooperative and his way of working is totally not acceptable to us.Most of time he get irritates while making our RTGS and other transactions, we don’t know its reason.

                                        मेरी daughter का sb account यहा lucknow की mankheda tiraha branch, ifsc code corp0001650 मे था, मुझे rtgs करना था, branch manager ने 1/6/18 को दिन भर बिठाया औऱ object करने पर बार बार work load का बहाना बनाया, शाम 4 के बाद rtgs करवाया और बैक के function पर object करने पर अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया।ऐसे बुरे behavior और बैक के बुरे function के कारण मैं ने अपनी पुत्री का खाता बंद करने का decision लिया तो मुझे अगले दिन बुलाया गया, फिर मुझे 3-4, घटे wait करवाया गया object करने पर अभद्र भाषा का उपयोग किया एवं पुलिस बुला कर बैक से बाहर करने की कोशिश भी की, पुलिस को मेरी गलती नहीं लगी अत;मुझे बरी किया गया 2/6/18 की शाम को मैं अपनी daughter का a/c बंद करा पाया।मेरी daughter ka a/c no [protected]था।सारी problem को समझ कर branch manager के customer के प्रति बुरे behavior को संज्ञान मे लेते हये उचित कार्यवाही की जाय ताकि bank की प्रतिस्ठा बनी रहे
