We are a 3 Star Business Hotel, having a Current Account in their Race Course Road Branch at Bangalore.
Since the new procedure to access our net banking was given by them a couple of months ago, we are continuously facing problems in logging in and accessing our statements.
They are probably using some cheap or free servers available online, which are not trust worthy.
Their customer care is not bothering to answer our calls in-spite of holding the line for 10 - 15 minutes, patiently tolerating their IVR.
Even our personal visits to their branch fetch nothing because their managers are very arrogant and ignorant. They are not fit to be where they are employed.
We are fed-up with their website because of technical problems.
Our clients want us to update them of many payments and we are not able to access our statements.
This is extremely ridiculous in these modern days.
Please think 100 times before trusting this junk bank.

        Am propriotor of a start up adis technologies. My name is sujit hukkerikar.
        Corporation bank is not giving me internet banking stating the reason that there is upgrdation of their software. And their manager and even their zonal head and their greviences mails a re not responsing. I am not able to fill my returns because of this reason. Am attaching the mails trails with the bank managements for your reference.
        Need your kind interference for this.

        How can the manager say so. We are really disappointed by such system at you bank. If you cannot

          I purchase a product from amazon on 3 December I pay from my debit card then I cancel the order but afer 5 days days I call from amazon then they said we r find your money but beacause of your bank problem they don’t reflect on your account I went to bank but they don’t take any action I call many times from customer service but they say go to near by branch

              I have done the transaction today afternoon around 1.30pm at corporation centinary library atm, near lady hill circle mangalore... The screen said transaction cancel but money got deducted from my account

                  Recently corporation bank has brought in a new software for internet banking. It is utter failure and account holders cant even see the statement for any duration or date.

                  As an nri see the trouble i am facing with their new software. It is very harsh that corporation bank is treating their customer to survive with their cheap software.

                  I worte complaints many timesand no one is bothered to see it.

                  I can only write here to make others understand the trouble having account with corporation bank.

                    Money will deducted from account but not reverted while atm withdrawal and transaction declined by atm machine, on 1 december night. I also complain at home branch, branch code 1879 but they will not reponding any more. I also complain by toll free number that's provide by bank they will very rude they will also not accept the complain now i'm going to file case (Fir) against corporation bank & it's service or revert declined transaction.
                    Money deducted amount rs. 3000.

                      The otp is not receiving after migrating to new website and web center asked to contact the branch and get it updated in the system. Went to branch to update the same and they asked to send email for that, sent the email 3 times and there is no response, still registered mobile number is not updated in the system. Called several times to branch there is no response.

                      Wanted to transfer the account near to my home and gave application, handover the cheque book to branch as well, still there is no action from the manager or officer.

                      Totally the corpbank service is hopeless and affecting the customers

                        I was trying to recharge (Airtel mobile) for 30 rupees and recharge
                        Was failed. I didn't get any deduction messages to registered number from the side of bank. But i can see that 30 rupees deducted from my account (Net banking). Transaction date - 13 november 2018. Please find attached doc.
                        Please solve the same as soon as possible.

                          Myself md sohel samad, i have a savings account in corporation bank, account number -[protected]. On 14th october my balance was rs - 408.
                          On 15th october balance shown rs - minus 15000. I think my may technical problems. When on 1st december i credits
                          Rs - 10000/. The money deducted the bank and again i saw rs - minus 5000 /. I went to the bank. Manager didn't take my complain if i didn't deposit rs5000/. I credit the said money. They said rs15000 / debited from atm. How is it possible in savings bank account minus money withdraw. Secondly i didn't withdraw any money from atm on 15/10/2018.                             Respected sir/ma'am,

                            This mail is regarding a transaction done from my debit card on[protected] net pymt[protected] at happyeasygo travels pr n of amount ₹3, 314.00. This transaction was canceled and was reversed by the happyeasygo merchant on[protected] as they were not able to confirm my bookings because of some issue on their side.

                            Till now i have been contacting to happyeasygo merchant but now i have received a mail from them with this message "we would like to inform you that the transaction is auto-reversed in your bank account under the rrn:[protected]." they are saying to contact your respective bank.

                            Since i am not in delhi currently it took time but i have contacted my shalimar bagh, delhi branch also but they are not able to track this auto reversed transaction. They have only suggested contacting online web center as this might be some technical issue from your end. Please see these are the same dates when your online website was upgraded & account holders were facing issues with login (I am still facing login issue on new corporation website, it has not been resolved yet.)

                            I request you to please look into the matter and help me on this. Awaiting for your positive reply.

                              Today 2nd december 2018 at 9.30 am, we went to the corporation bank atm located at tambaram sanatorium and used canara bank debit card no.[protected]- card holder name v. Meenakshi, for a cash withdrawal of rs.7000/- system showed the message processed but no amount came out.
                              Kindly look into this matter and give credit of rs.7000/- to my sb account number[protected] immediately.

                                      The amount was deducted from my account but it was not received by amazon.
                                      Since the amount was neither received by amazon nor it was credited back to my account, you are requested to take up the issue refund the amount,

                                      When i contacted the bank on phone no.[protected], on 10.09.2018 i was advised to check my account after 7 days. Observing that my account was not credited back after 7 days, i again contacted on the same phone number, i was advised to write a mail.

                                      Even the repeated mails to "[protected]@corpbank.co.in" have gone in vain.

                                      While contacting again on same phone no. I am asked to send the complaint in hard copy.
                                      When the the bank confirms the failed transaction, it is really embarrassing to see that the bank needs pen and paper request to refund the amount even when in reality almost all failed e-transactions are reversed without customer intervention.
                                      Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have visited corporation bank today. Kondapi branch, Prakasam district.i came to branch for closing of my account. No one give any approach to me. They are eating while doing work. The officer who is beside to cash counter very worst behaviour. I was asking so many times. There was no reply. Negligible behaviour.
