Hi Team,
I had recieved an Cred cash pre-approved loan of 3, 35, 000 in which i had used a loan of Rs.1, 62, 400 on 21-Oct, 2021 and on 29-Nov-2021 i had paid all the dues as displayed forclosure amount Rs.1, 64, 410. But still the payment has not been reflected in there system and due to this my cibil score got hit badly also there are bounce charges displayed in CIBIL report.
I am following up on mail since november but the response i am getting from team is only that they had reported this concern to designated department but still they are unable to resolve the issue. Last response is also attached for your reference
