    I would like to inform you that I had made a payment towards my BOB Credit Card through CRED App with an Amount of Rs. 11000/- on 21 January 2022 with Order ID-8L0XEQPRGJWZ.
    CRED informed me that your payment towards BOB Credit Card successful and it will reflect in your Credit Card payment status by 25 January 2022 . But still my BOB Credit Card payment not recieved. I informed CRED team 2-3 times at there official chat section, but they are simply making accuses and tell me they are working on it and call me earliest by resolved issue. Today 7 February 2022 CRED already 13 days late towards my payment and simply doing my mentally harrassment . Please take an appropriate action against Cred App

                      Now you are not even responding to my emails.. What sort of CUSTOMER service is this?

                      It's been more then 4days you are holding on to my money.

                        Hi, I have orderd the boat airdopes on 26th jan 2022 from cred app and I haven't got any information about my product. No tracking details are given. I have complain several times on the app about this but got no solution. Please help me.
                        I ordered this product for my husband's b'day and it's gone now. So, I don't need this anymore now.

                        I want to cancel this product and want my money back.
