Dear sir My HDFC credit card payment due date is 9th November 2021 and I paid to HDFC Credit Card bill on 1st November 2021 Rs.1000 and 1114 via CRED and my amount is deducted in my BOB Savings Account but it is not received HDFC credit card till today and CRED is not supported to me. Also, HDFC Credit card is charged much more amount for non payment of credit card, but i have already paid of bill amount. So i request you pl help me. I Send all document of my payment related.

Hi Cred app has provided me auto approved Cred loan of 4.24lakh and without crediting the loan amount they started deducting the EMI. First EMI got automatically debited from my account. So i stopped placing the EMI amount in my account linked with Cred. Now they have started marking my profile as defaulter under CIBIL. I have raised the issue with CRED. It been more four months no resolution yet.

I have done payment of 5000 twice for my IDFC bill payment o[censored]sing CRED app on 11th of December however it is still not credited to my IDFC credit card account. My Transaction reference number are

I had taken loan from cred cash for an amount of 30000 to be paid in four EMI. I have foreclosed the loan in Aug 21 by paying the last pending amount but the payment was still processing since august. I have raised several issues on cred app but the matter is still not resolved. Now I am getting legal notice for pending amount from IDFC first bank for same loan.

I have recently purchased an Oral-B electric toothbrush, order Id - M1112316 on the CRED store.
I have received a damaged product and I have escalated the same on the day I received the product.

Cred customer support is simply telling me to contact the merchant.
Isn't CRED's responsibility to resolve this? CRED takes no responsibility here?
Though I have sent dozens of mail and spent hours on call and explaining the issue, raised the complaint with the merchant i.e. P&G.
Its been 20days till now I have not got any response nor any solution from merchant or the CRED.
I have bought the product from CRED, so CRED should resolve the same.

Cred support is again and again just sending an automated mail to contact the merchant, and the merchant is not responding at all.

Ordering on cred is my mistake because you take 0 responsibility here.
I want the concerned authority to help me in getting my refund.

On 30th Nov 2021 I have paid the credit card bill using Cred. It was successful but CRED has not deposited in credit card. Credit reward point is credited but amount is not credited. Why there is deviations and fraudulent.

I was trying to pay rent on cred app and the money was deducted from my credit card and then the transaction on cred showed cancelled with no further information. I have sned several emails to cred as they are only available on email. There is no answer or solution on this. Money deducted email shows that the koney is gone to DREAMPLUG TECHNOLOGY which is the payment platform used by cred app

I have paid tution fee but it failed my money has been debited it has been 14 days i have not got my refund

I have made a payment on Rs 17158 on 31st Oct using CRED against my HDFC Credit card. But till date it is not credited in my account and there is no response from CRED customer support. Plz help

I was made the payment on 14th Oct'21 but trasection was failed and amount is deducted 25355 rupees... After wait 7 days but still amount not refund in my card.. I have sent multiple mails but no any one provide resolution.

My name is Siddharth and I paid my rent on the 4th of October from the Cred app.

The landlord hasn’t revived it and neither have I got a refund.

I have tried to reach them via email, Twitter and chat but no resolution.

It’s a bit which says refund will happen in 4 days and should reach you by the 11.

Today is the 15th and I don’t know where my money went and have no clean view on it.

Plz help!

Ordered electric toothbrush from Cred on 2nd. Received the box on 9th 0ct which had a organisation welcome kit(bottle, book, pen) of no use. When escalated to customer care. They told they will check and tell. Till now no response again on the resolution. Follow up email says please be patience. I did not receive my products and I want the refund right now. order id XZX1V3EZ5VR

Completely surprised after reconfirming cred offer coupons.
Was not expected from such a brand. Want to highlight in media and top senior executive as well.
Cred people are making fool of customers and playing with hard earned money of middle class people.

Reasons- Offer of free Beardo 1500/- dark side perfumes, same is avaliable for Rs. 600 on multiple shopping websites, also they have T&C to add minimum of Rs. 850 to get this perfume free. Perfume worth of Rs. 600 and they showed it as 1500..Also Man company 2 perfumes combo is worth Rs.600 on multiple shopping sites as well, but they are showing it as 750 approx after discount. Wow.. What kind of baseless business is this.. I have screenshot of all products price comparison.
Plz take possible actions.

This complaint is regarding the cred app where they are taking money from customers and not providing any details of the order. It has been 11 days since I placed the order and no update whatsoever even after contacting their support. The support says they are trying to resolve it but of no use. This is a fraud company. The only way you can contact them is through the mail and the support is pathetic. The replies look like robot mails with the same responses.

I have bought lots of products from cred these recent days but other than cred merchandise and 1-2 company products nothing has been delivered. Kindly check and update on the same as it's been almost a week on many products and there are no tracking updates and I can see a lot of products are having issues in pickup and dispatch. This is not expected as normally products get delivered in 4-5 days and there is no proactive approach from cred to get them delivered to customers. All these are PREPAID orders and i am waiting to receive them so get them DELIVERED!!!
