I have applied for banks credit card of Axis bank and Barclays they told me me that your application is rejected How i will know my rating. If the financial institutions gives the rating without telling the customer why not we have the right to know whether they are worng or not.

I AM EXTREMELLY VERY VERY SORRY INSPITE OF MAKING COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR PRESTIGIOUS BANKL’S COLLECTING AGENTS AGAIN & AGAIN GO ON HARRASSING.IF THIS IS THE ATITUDE OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT,I CAN SURRENEDR MY CREDIT CARD FORTHWITH ALTHOUGH I A M USING THE SAME SINCE MORE THAN 15 YEARS.I HAD MADE PERSONAL COMPLAINT 2 MRS DEEPALI (BANDRA BRANCH) ON 23RD MARCH 2010,AT 10.20 A.M.AGAIN ON HOTLINE NO.ON 9TH APRIL 2010 (MR.RAKESH).TIME 11 A.M.,AGAIN ON HOTLINE ON 14TH April 14, 2010 (MR.SURJIT)TIME 5 P.M.
THE AGENTS ESPECIALLY MR.DATTA ,MR.NEEL,MR.DAYANAND.MR.YOGESH.I CAN SUBMIT THE TEL NOS OF THE ABOVE PEOPLE.2 DAY THEY HAD COME TO MY HOUSE & USED ROWDY LANGUAGE WITH THE SECURITY & THREATENED THAT THEY WILL BREAK MY HOUSE,CAR ETC;IF THIS IS THE CASE ,I HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE 2 MAKE POLICE COMPLAINT & ALSO INFORM THE OMBUDSMAN DEPT.
MANY A TIMES WHEN I REQUEST FOR THE STATEMENT WHEN NOT RECEIVED ,THE BANK CHARGES RS.100/- WITH NO FAULT OF MINE.THE BANK IS CHARGING OVERLIMIT CHARGES WHEN THE INTEREST AMOUNT ETC;IS INVOLVED.HOW WILL A PERSON COME 2 KNOW ABOUT THE OVERLIMIT UNLESS ONE RECEIVES THE STATEMENT ON TIME.U ARE EARNESTLY REQUESTED TO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL IMMEDIATELY,
