It was since Jan 2014 when I was bought a platinum plan with a hope to enhance my credit rating. Ms Sancheeta Tendukar was my counselor, nicely she had handled my credit report and suggested many corrective measures, which I have followed. Again I was requested to renew my service to Titanium plan with installments which again benefit to enhance my credit score with CIBIL as suggested. Unfortunately it was since June 2015 and I have taken the service but only twice I got contacted from CS Customer Executive. I have fired many mails to hear my case, and more of this I must get the value for my money. But no one is there to hear my case. Thanks for the opportunity to speak my mind. It was totally waste of my money and energy to run after them.
In view of this i am suggesting new peoples not to be in touch with such kind of forged so called CREDIT SUDHAR because it has been opened only for their vested interest of CREDIT SUDHAR not for credit sudhar of clients. At the end i am requstin So caaled fordged CREDIT SUDHAR company please dont try to make fool of innocent already troubled persons like me just to grab the money and fun. I deeply hearted and humaliated with the behaviour of company. Its my advise to new client please dont believe with them improve you credit health with your own they will do nothing just making fool.

    I had some problems in managing my HDFC credtt card and wanted to go for settlement.So, I approached Credit Sudhaar Services Pvt Ltd.They made false promises that they can provide me a better quote for settlement(HDFC bank already provided me a quote) from HDFC Bank as they have expertise in their team who will talk on my behalf to HDFC Bank.But they did not help and stopped answering my calls even, after I have done the payment.Either they will not reply or make false promise that they will call back but they never called back.I have chased them for almost two months but no response from their end. I have phone recordings and mails too which I have sent them.If needed, can share the same.Kindly help me.       I got enrolled into Credit sudhaar on 21/08/13 believing in all the promises made by team Credit Sudhaar by paying Rs.12, 360 for their platinum membership. My CSID(Credit Sudhaar id) is 14537. I had trouble with two of my credit cards which was not reflecting the right status in my Cibil report and they were not really serious issues. I had approached Credit Sudhaar for speedy corrections of the status on these two accounts as i had already finalized a property and the same expectation was set with Credit sudhaar before buying their membership. It was agreed that Credit sudhaar will help me to close these issues in three months and since Credit sudhaar records all the conversations, there should be some sort of record of this. I was assigned a counsellor called Jai Chandiramani for taking care of the issues. Mr. Jai asked me to procure Cibil report at my cost though it was included in the package stating that it would speed up the process. So, i paid another 450 bucks and got the report for him. Based on the report, he asked me to send couple of emails and then thats it.. No response to any emails or telephone calls. There were couple of instances when Mr.Jai replied to my emails stating that he was busy but didnt show any courtesy to call me or provide any further assistance. All my complaints and grievances on the lack of support was never addressed by Credit Sudhaar. Finally, it was all left to me to solve the problems and i got all the issues rectified in 3 months on my own. Later, when i started asking for a refund and also posted my honest reviews, Credit sudhaar guys started calling me up to delete my reviews and complaints and they even threatened me on couple of occassions. I request you to kindly take action and get my money refunded along with interest for all the mental stress i have undergone becuase of Credit Sudhaar. I also want to spread awareness through this medium about how innocent people are being cheated in the name of providing services taking advantage of Individual's situation.

        First of all I want to share my worst experience ever that I had by hiring a company such as credit sudhaar to help me to clear the issues I have been facing with my credit report due to which i’m not able to get any loans from banks. to my dismay I found these people who initially promised me to resolve all my problems and I found this like a fairy tail affair the way the counselor made me believe all that she will help me our of this problem at once later did I did I was entering a boogy trap. I engaged with the service for Rs. 16, 000/-( which is huge compared to todays market standard) and was told that I would be receiving calls immediately after I make the payment to start working on my case. I had to wait for atleast 20 days to get a response from these guys and that too with different people who had no idea of what my case was about. they offered me a cibil report which costs Rs. 470( which you could get it yourself) and never got a hear from them again for months nor anyone answered my calls. I was fully stressed out and decided to get the refund as nothing been done regarding my case. it was very obvious that they started to not even respond to my emails or calls. it is hurting not only because I have paid so much but the way they con you by giving all kinds of promise which they don’t stick to.such a pathetic and unethical behaviour. People if you really want to avoid such things to happen please do not approach such cheaters its better off you alone deal with by investing time. All the good reviews on this website are FAKE, any person with little bit of common sense can understand that the good reviews are made up, don’t get lured into it by reading those fake reviews and fall in trap. My deepest Condolence for the people who have gone thru such distress for the rest please be more careful, don’t get into the trap and regret.

          I have issues with the cibil.Credit sudhaar contacted me & assure to resolve the issues with in 120 days time line.Charges was 12500 (something) for the services.Now already passed more than 150 days problems are still there.I asked to them for return of my funds.They directly told me "We have no policies regarding funds refund" All the employees are shameless don't care about there reputation and they also don't bother for customer problems. In spite of confirming everything before enrolling I cleared all the facts with the sales peoples, they gave me commitment that within 3 months they will improve my score, but now they are saying to apply for secured credit card and some products they never told this prior enrolling. Now they are not bother to give the quote which need to refund the amount in spite of several reminders, trying to call them daily but no reply... Before enrollment they will call you daily and would make huge commitments and once you enrolled they would not call you back. They are not answering the call. I want to file a suit against them I have every proofs. Please help. RBI SHOULD PUT THE FOUNDER OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY BEHIND THE BARS SO THAT THEY WOULD NOT CHEAT ANYBODY IN FUTURE, SPECIALLY THE SALES PEOPLES.

            Hi Friends, I have taken membership of creditsudhaar by paying 16000 Rs Platinum membership on Nov 16th. They have said they will talk to the banks and reduce the money what i need to pay to the banks. After paying 16k i have paid 550 rs for Siebel and taken the report and submitted to creditsudhaar. After seeing the Cibil report they said it is not possible to talk to them and reduce the amounts because your account is active. But before they never said they can only work on inactive accounts. so i have requested them to pay my money back since there is nothing they can do .In fact they have agreed their mistake I have raised this initially in the first week on taking the membership from them. Till now I have send them lot of emails . We will not get reply. If by chance we will get reply get this " we are working on this we understand your concern" any time same repy over the phone or by email. Beware of Prashant, Akilesh.. After 2 months They have called me and said there is no refund policy and they can not refund the money. This is very bad they purely chested me. So Friends Please dont pay creditsudhaar any money and enroll. They will definitely cheat. I dont know what can be done for these guys.               Hello Friends, I got a call from Credit Sudhaar as I had few settlement remarks in my CIBIL report because I have settled my few Credit Cards accounts 3 years back, Mr Rizwan offered below services and made few commitments: 1. Credit Sudhaar has mutual agreement with number of banks and would negotiate on outstanding amount with banks to close your settled accounts. He also told that the difference of amount we negotiate with banks would be much more that you are paying as enrolment fees. Moreover, after enrollment by paying INR 11, 000 I have not received any call from them and after follow up multiple times they have given me few email ids of bank and one liner draft emails and asked me to send to banks. Once we got the response from 5 banks and I asked Credit Sudhaar to negotiate on quote with banks as committed at the time of enrollment. After few days when I follow up with them again they said Banks are not negotiating on settle account. So I asked but you have told that you having some good relationship with banks so why none of bank is not responding to your negotiation requests. They Replied that as your accounts are already settled so it is banks policies that they will not negotiate on settled accounts. I was surprised because I have told to sales executive that I have settled my all accounts 3 years back and my score in 790 I am only joining because he commit to negotiate with bank and the waived off some amount would be much more than the amount I am paying as their fees. When I discussed this with Customer care department SHARON she tried no fruitful conversation and finally told me to initiate refund process and after deducting management charges I would get the refund of INR 1500 to 2000 for 10K I have paid. So it is clear cut case of False Commitment and poor services. So, I would like request you all to if you want to go through mental trauma and stress enroll with CREDIT SUDHAAR.                 I had taken several credit cards in the past and had got into a financial mess and could not pay the cards. I moved city and changed address until i found a new job to earn more. Now i am comfortable and i decided to close all my accounts. But i was scared to go to the banks directly to close the accounts. I did Google search and found a company called Credit Sudhaar in Mumbai and decided to use them. I initially enrolled for their platinum...
