Dear team,

I have paid for their service in oct 2018, its been almost 3 months, i am yet to receive any followup calls, me myself mailed & called them several times but i am yet to receive any response, please help me get the solved & if possible please get me the refund on priority.

Me sujith having paid a amount of 51000 thousand for sbi credit card written off from nov=18 but still now no response from credit sudhaar

    This is with regards to the complaint made on 27.12.18 against credit sudhaar. I sincerely apologies for the negative review agst this company. It was my frustration which has lead me to this. But i hope a positive reply from credit sudhaar for my services as early as possible. And i m sure the executive of credit sudhaar will help me with a postive reply by end of this week. Once again sorry for this bad review.

      This company is a fraud company. Their executives followup with us for invest in their plan. Once we invest in them they dont answer us.
      I have invested first rs.6500/- for credit score improvement. Later i was told by the exeutive for loan santion which i paid rs.9000/- as processing fees. Now the person is not willing to receive my phone, not updating the status. Total i have paid rs.15500/- but no response from them.
      They are cheaters. I ask for refund, they are telling refund policies is not there.
      Cheaters, frauders. Dont fall into their trap please my friends.

        Yash pancholi and suraj has promised me to help me clear my loan and credit cards and provide me loan to clear everything and they made me transfer the 17, 700rs to their axis bank account it has been 3 months no single help they provided and when you talk they get irritated on you and be very rude. They keep on asking you the money. For every 100 point to update in the cibil they will ask you 15, 000rs they say that they are calling from cibil team and they will help you to update your cibil score by 100 point but you need to pay 15, 000..

        Is consumer team really taking any action or these complaints just in vain.

            I have got registered with this company for two major reasons, close all credit cards with noc & cibil ratings to be on track with a a loan guarantee. Before getting registered i was made to understand these two problems will get sorted out as early as possible by giving me loan to close my credits. Hence paid rs.14, 760/-, its been 5 months now and they are not responding for my calls or e-mail. I asked them???, the only reply i get is sorry sir we will get back to you but no one will call me.
            They informed me to pay for a kotak mahindra credit card for which the closure amount was rs.22, 577/- and after the payment they have stopped responding my calls or emails. I was again promised for closure of all accounts with noc & cibil ratings to be on track with a a loan guarantee. So in total i have paid them rs.14, 760/- and rs.22, 577/- that is rs.37, 337/- of which i am asking there services which was promised but they have made me suffer with psychological pain, mental pain, or emotional pain. Please find the attachments of invoice bill and take necessary action. I have all the email conversation as proof which can help us to prove they are fraud.

            With reference to your conversation with us dated 24th November 2018, Please find the gist of conversation.

            At the outset of the event we regret the inconvenience caused to you. However we would like to update you as per the scope of the service the counsellor has given the advises and recommendation during the course of your services and which needs to be followed by the customer in order to be a credit healthy.

            With reference to the discussion you had in the month of February with your counsellor you have been informed that your loan is approved in principal subjective of clearing the other dues within stipulated time period due to eligibility criteria and considering debt burden ratio wherein you have informed the counsellor that you would be requiring time in order to arrange the funds; Subsequently our counsellor and credit sudhaar team had been following up with you to initiate the payment towards the delinquent account so as to proceed with the disbursement of the approved loan, However due to delay in closing the accounts to meet the subjectivity of the loan, The PLUS loan was rejected.

            With reference to the payment made to Credit sudhaar service we would like to update you the payment of 14760/- was towards the service charge of the package availed however the payment of Rs.22, 577/- was towards the delinquent account towards Kotak mahindra account.

            While we have worked on the case and provided the best of the service.

              Hello all,

              Credit sudhar 100% fake company.

              They are taken 12, 900 for plus loan they said we will give loan 3.5 lak and we will close all your credit card debts and you need to pay like emi to credit sudhar. After payment no one called me no one pickup some time pikked the call and we will call u in 5 min that's it. Some one called me ask 23, 000 for leagel advisory charges. I don't know why?

              Please don't waste your money don't contact credit sudhar.

Unhone muje uswaqt credit sudhar co. K letterhead pe meri loan ka sanction bhi diya tha. Ab sap log mera payment return kijiye ya to loan dijiye. Ye log koi jawab nahi de rahe hai. Aap logo ko ye meri tesari baar complaint kar raha hu koi solutions nahi de sakte ho kya??? Kya aap log san sahi me cheater and fraud ho?? Agar nahi ho to jawab do...

                    Dear sir/ma'am,

                    We got mail & call from ms. Lovina who is sales executive of credit sudhaar company for our credit improvement record and they will charged for same.
                    But after paid 6400/- rs. They couldn't picked my phone.
                    When i tried so many times for solution they blacklisted my number.
                    Really surprised things after getting payment by them, they didn't answered to me.
                    So finally we realized they cheated to us that was false promises.
                    When i contacted on company' numbers they again asking for payment which plan name titanium services.
                    When we asked for refund our 6400/- rs they denied for same.
                    And they told us that was non-refundable money.
                    We still awaiting for solution your end please help us.

                      This is really a cheating company they had taken any 48000 which is my own money they promised to that they will sanction loan and taken amt of 30k to pooja the cheater the # who cheated me i am really crying daily she said within 2 r 3 days i will get da loan bt two months completed everyone r trying to get loan n promised me to get credit improvement not even one percent increased to zero services i paid 48k n asking to pay credit card so far credit score gets improved then y they have fun commitment for loan people of that company trained cheaters no shame they r cheating the society plz dnt get trap to those people

                          Due to low Cibil score as people of credit sudhaar approached me for loan I said S
                          They told me to pay the Amount for credit improvement 7800/-
                          Later they said bank people came to ur address bt u have given wrong address so to open file again they said to pay 9000/-
                          Later after two days pooja v told me loan has been sanctioned n told me to pay 30000/- for processing after the payment she is my lifting n later she is telling loan is rejected n something and I tried to catch them for 3 months up-to nw no result plz help me I need my money as soon as possible

                            Hello, my RMN is [protected] and I had paid approximately 15 k to credit sudhar sometime back, they promised me that they will give me + loan and update my cibill resort however nighter gave me loan nor updated my credit resort, I am quite dissatisfied with credit sudhar. I had paid this amount almost a year back after that weekly followups have been done and they was also a verification done and I had also received a call from underwriter for loan verification and he asked me multiple questions later I got to know that my file is rejected due to bad cibill. I failed to understand the same thing.. I had paid the money to credit sudhar just to improve my cibill because as it was bad so I am already aware about so why would I hear this again from u. Need resolution in this asap

                              I want to close my account & return credit card too as you guys have worst service ever. I would like to suggest don't accept credit card & any kind of offer from rbl bank. These guys add so many interest charges to your payment. I have never seen too bad service ever & customer service is too bad.in a day i am getting 10 to 12 times call & they are repeating the same query but they are totally blank to resolve my issue. I have dropped the mail also but there is no reply over the mail. I have spent 14190 rs through credit card & they have converted the same payment in 16k around but i am not going to pay this amount bcz i have already paid 1172.82 rs membership charges on 8th sep. Now i will only pay 14190 rs in one time. If you guys agree with this so ok otherwise i am not going to pay more than 14190 rs.

                                  I am a low income citizen and my monthly take home salary is 24000 and i don't have any savings and also i don't have any other businesses. I completely depend on my job to spend my livelihood.

                                  As my credit score is very low, i searched in google, i trusted and considered credit sudhaar so that it would help me in building my credit score.

                                  Before signing up with credit sudhaar, i spoke to their sales person whatever the essential documents are required in building my credit score. Their sales person said we cannot give you information. They said "you need to signup with us and u will be allocated a counsellor from our end and they will help and guide you in building your credit score and they will tell you whatever documents are required.

                                  I have asked salesperson before sign up process as my hometown is different from my temporary address (I. E. Workplace) and i've said that i am temporarily residing in a rented flat (I don't have any rent agreement) and my company doesn't give any payslips and my salary i will receive in cash, that will be deposited by self in my bank account. Their salesperson said there would be no problem and that all will be guided by our counsellor upon registration. I said ok. And proceeded further for signing up with credit sudhaar. During signing up, i have paid an amount of inr 8, 000 initially. Just after one or two days, again i received a call from credit sudhaar sales saying that"if you need to build your score you need to upgrade your credit sudhaar package which will be of some more benefits. Credit sudhaar sales person said that if you will not upgrade the package and you will not follow us, your credit score can't be build.[note: this is a blackmailing and also harassment]. I was forced to upgrade the credit sudhaar package with an amount inr 8, 000. With this i spent inr 16, 000 on credit sudhaar which is more than half of my monthly salary. And the service which i took was online service.

                                  After that i haven't received any call or update from credit sudhaar. So i called up & later they have arranged a call back from my counsellor. Now my counsellor suggested me to make a fixed deposit of rs.25, 000 in development credit bank (Dcb) and not any other bank. I have replied them saying that "already i spent more than half of my monthly salary on credit sudhaar i can't make fd". They have given another choice, to take a gold loan. I don't have any gold with me to take gold loan. I am a low income citizen and i don't have any gold. After few days i. E. During september 1st week i called up credit sudhaar and asked for an alternative to build my credit score.

                                  They insisted for fd. Now the main problem is with my temporary address, with that i can't make fd because i can't get address proof. So i have asked for change that, i will make fd in my hometown where i have permanent address for which i have suitable and required address proof. Now again credit sudhaar people saying that you are working in one place and you want to make fd in another place. Banks will reject your fd proposal.

                                  Now my amount of inr 16, 000 is with credit sudhaar and they are not helping me in the right manner. They are talking very rudely and blackmailing me. I am in a helpless situation. I requested to please refund my money. The amount inr 16, 000 is very important to me, i have begged and requested many times for that money to refund. They are speaking very rudely on phone. My family and i will suffer the huge loss if credit sudhaar will not give. I am in financial probems and my family is also in problems. I request credit sudhaar to refund my money. I will write a note and suicide and credit sudhaar is responsible. I have no other choice.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am Dattatray Khude. I paid the credit improvement plan fees online however when I applied for the loan I got the loan quotation they charged it again.

                                        On the top of that it’s been 8 months i have taken this plan still my credit score is 612 which is more frustrating. As on today there is a negative account showing on the cibil site and most of the time I have to chase it with the bank and your coordinator. I am not getting any calls to council. I am feeling like it is a waste of money, it is not helping anyway.

                                        I am not sure sending this email will help me or not.
