Hiii my name is guna nand. I have been using hdfc 9053 credit card for the last one and a half years, i had taken a loan of 40000 rupees a year ago and another emaation of 6999 was completed which was completed last month and in one year even emi did not stop but there is no deduction in my outstanding only showing close to the website so that i am very worried. Costumar care is not getting any response. I do not understand what i do pls help me

    Credit sudhaar co pvt ltd

    As i am suffering from poor cibil and credit card closure issue i have find from net for said company
    Marketing officials have promised for improvement of cibil with plus loan and with 2 guranter only documents for fulfilment, after payment of their fees 12000/- since 24th april, 2017 and all documentation they saying dbr bursed and what so reasons not granting loan, insted of two, i have given three guranter detail + co-applicant detail then also whenever i call to their office they always in meeting and or says their counsler will call back, but call never comes, finally they says loan will not proceed and i will not get fees refund
    Since last two month i am suffering, rs. 12000/- is not a small amount for me which i have already paid and which can help to complite my to emi's for existing loan,.
    I think company just making fool to people like us and suffered a lot

    Any how i want to get my fees which i have paid 12000/- or grant me loan which they have assured,

      company is giving wrong commitment before collecting fees and later gives different excuse to not to execute loan, details all provided but they are just fraud peoples, I have just loose money as well as time towards follow-up and apart I am disappointed from their execuses

        Am very disappointed customer of the credit sudhaar services,
        This is one of very popular fraud company in india who can easily cheat people take advantage of the person who is having low cibil score, who is not getting loans, these company can cheat them easily showing dreams giving false hopes saying we ill help u to increase your cibil score we ill provide you the loan at 25% so easily our cibil score will increase up-to 850. Before taking the membership they keep on calling you 20 times per day they ill irritate you, they force u to get the membership, they have two department one is professional cheating group and other group unprofessional and uneducated they don even know how to speak with customers they r so rude. These unprofessional employees handle u after taking membership, i never suggest any one to take this fraud company help improve the cibil. Am going to mention some names and number from credit sudhaar, these people professional to wash your brains. Even am not sure these people names are real are fake, fraud group leader mr jigar mehta, mr sudhirr, ms saylee,
        All these things happen in my life since 25/05/2017 i trusted them even though when they have very bad reviews, i had low cibil score, i contact them since that day my life was hell the kind tourcher, blackmails, forcing, lie, all these things i experienced in just one month finally they made me to get membership i paid, 14375rs. Date 02/06/2017. Invoice no. Cs107864.
        I lossed my money, my hard working money they took they didnt work out to increase my cibil they collected all my documents saying they ill provide me a loan till 0% work they have done.
        I raise the complaint two days back at consumer immediately i got a call from credit sudhaar name called saylee requested me to take a compliant back she gave me the word that she is going work on my cibil she didn't came to work since last 4.5 days again she lie to me and one more person fraud gay who cheat people saying we give loan this guy also called me same day he ask me to give him two more days that i will get a loan so i thought okay let them give a chance i mark as a solved at consumer board. Today is the final day to get a loan as well as to get the status of my cibil report. Again false hope, same lie, ignoring my calls. No reply for emails, passing mobiles to others whenever i call saying they r not available when i tried to call from different numbers they r picking my calls i tried to have a conversation as new customer, in the evening when i called customer care i was surprised the girl from customer care asking me to upgrade i mean they r expecting more money again. When i said why u people r giving false hope and cheating people like this she said your wish bye, how rude, my request to credit sudhaar to refund my money back soon.
        I dont know why maharashtra government and police are not taking action on this professional fraud company.in every website they have very bad feedback. Even tho at consumer complaint board.

          I might be the most disappointed customer of the credit sudhaar services, certainly would not recommend this to anybody. I had a doubt on this company and its services even prior to the subscription for the reviews available on multiple pages and blocks. I still took a leap of faith and went ahead with services but credit sudhaar proved me wrong. Every time i experienced disappointment from a new person at credit sudhaar.

          Let me tell you my story of grievance now. On[protected] jigar mehta ph. No [protected] was the first lady to call and convince me for the subscription. On[protected] that was the date i made a blunder of joining with credit sudhaar services.
          As soon i take for the services my case assigned to shylee unexpectedly she left the case only just after 2 or 3 days. Nobody followed upon the case upto a week and when i called myself at the customer care and for her and i was surprised to know that she was busy with other customer and i keep on calling till today she is still busy. And took money from false commitment and now denying returning money. No one is being benefited in the improvement of score. Credit sudhaar is a cheat company, first they tell you to buy their package and convince you that your all problem will be solved, they only cheat you to take our earned money and do nothing. They said they are going to work on my cibil report till now they have not done even 1% work.

          My request to consumer to take a action on credit sudhaar service, they are utilizing people and cheating giving false they will increase the cibil score taking money and they do nothing.

          credith sudhaar team employee saylee called me the day when i made a complaint she gave me a word that she is going to handle the cibil report and solve it requested me to take the complaint back, i thought let them give one chance but again they proved that just they give false hope and make fools to us, they just kie they il communicate with bank people they solve our problem help us increase the cibil score, nothing they can do, this company is not credit sudhaar its has to be name credit begaad. and spoil people life take people hard working money play with people feeeling all employees are trained how to lie.how to cheat how to make people fool.three people they r leaders jigar mehta 9967195482, randhir 9082076537.and specially call center employees unprofessional so rude uneducated.they never speak truth always lies, also they said they will provide me the loan when i took membership now theyu r asking me to upgrade the membership to get the loan they have collected the documents, i have paid already 14k change now they have not solved the issue even one per till now but expecting more money from me, hits surprise how easily these people r making fools and cheating us.before taking membership they use to call 20 times per day, now not even one call, if we call they r ignoring calls always use to say they e in leave, they r in meeting passing phone to others saying they r not available today when i tried to call them from different number they r taking my calls awesome and great company i dont know why Maharashtra government is not taking any action when they have cheated lot of people u can the complaints at consumer how easy for these people to cheat and take advantage of innocent people.consumer department my request with u to take a action on this company and help people to get their money back and i need my money back.my message to credit sudhaar refund my money back as soon as possible,

            Respected sir/madam, i have received a call from credit sudhaar services to my cibil score is below 750. Then i asked him to what will i do to increase the score then he replied "if you take a plan from credit sudhaar" then he promised me to solve my problem, after that i paid the amount with tax and service tax, as he told. After that they are suggesting me to take a secured credit card. Already i have paid amount to increase my score. So how can again i pay for credit card. I asked to credit sudhaar councillor to repay my amount but she is not responding about amount refund. So please i am requesting you to solve my problem.

              Hi i am rajan arora from delhi.i have given 12500 rs to credit sudhar mumbai for increasing my cibil score.ms huma from credit sudhar has called me and inform that sir i am from credit sudhar and we increase your cibil score you just have to pay that 12500 only and we will increase your cibil score.i have given that amount through my debit card.after that from credit sudhar ashvini called me and saying that sir you have to clear all the payment which has been due to bank or either take gold loan.i my self feeling cheated as huma clearly told me that sir you have to pay that amount only .i dont have money nor gold now i want my money to be refunded asap.bcz all fake promises from credit sudhar.                 I took service for getting loan but still now its 12 months over but no any loan i didnt get...I called credit sudhar for service now they are telling that the service is overed ..renew service..this is fake compony only promising for getting loan but no activity ..i have coplaine to PMO that this type of componies are making fool to people by promising to getting instant loan..

                    Shadab from credit audhar called and convinced me that he will provide me loan from his banking partners even when my cibil was poor and high obligations.. He got a fee from me of rs 6, 899.. Post than he referred me to his colleague tejashree she said we cant provide you loan as yiur obligations are high i said but your collegue promised will provide load and on his promise i paid him fees of 6, 899

                    Now since than they hardly picked my phone when they somehow picked diverted me to cristina, hiya, sanchita they said they will not return my fee i said shadab promised but they said its not policy to refund i asked for their sebior management contact they didnt give

                    U just want to say here they are all cheaters fraud they fool us because we cant reach out ti them i git so angre spoke so much to them and they kept listening said nithing in return as if they are simply there for stole money from you by false promises and you complaint them and sit silent... I am now checking my options to rech out to them.. So worst people cheaters fraud

                      I might be the most disappointed customer of the Credit Sudhaar services and certainly would not recommend this to anybody. I had doubt about your company and its services even prior to the subscription per the reviews available on multiple webpages and blogs. I still took a leap of faith and went ahead with services but Credit Sudhaar proved me wrong. Every time I experienced disappointment from a new person at Credit Sudhaar.

                      Let me tell you my story of grievance now. On May 27th, 2016 Usha was the first lady to call and convinced me for the subscription. That was the day when I made a blunder of joining with Credit Sudhaar services.

                      As soon I paid for the services my case was assigned to Pooja Raut, unexpectedly she left the case only just after 3-4 days. Nobody followed up on the case up-to a week and when I called myself at the customer care and asked for her, I was surprised to know that she had left the organization. I was promised the case will be taken care of and a new counsellor will be assigned to my case soon.

                      Then waiting for about 3-4 days, I received a call from Veena on 5th June, 2016. I already had enough dissatisfying experience from Credit Sudhaar that I told her just to drop the case and requested for a full refund. She then assured me that it won’t happen again and urged to give a last chance to Credit Sudhaar to convert the bad experience to a good one. She had been good in following up on regular basis but the resolution outcome was least.
                      On Aug 5th, 2016 I received the last response from her and she also left the case in between.
                      Again, in shock I called the helpline and got to know that she has been moved to a different dept. and a new counsellor will be assigned to the case soon.

                      Now, at this point you can understand the level of frustration I had. Then after 44 days on Sep 19th, 2016 I received an email from Gilbert Benjamin, who introduced himself as a new counselor for my case. In deep pain, I told him my whole concern that how I have been struggling to find a solution for my problem and every month the case is passed on to a new person. I was assured by him that the case will now be taken care on a personal note and this will not be repeated. I know that man as the most dedicated and helpful to understand and empathize my concern. He put himself into my shoes and understood the pain. He genuinely followed up on the case. I received last response from him on Oct 12th, 2016 and then all of a sudden he disappeared. I wrote him a few emails to contact me but got no response. Waited for more than a month but nobody from Credit Sudhaar followed up.

                      Then once again a new email comes Credit Sudhaar on Nov 21st, 2016. Rahul Sharma expressed himself as a newly appointed person for my case and again the same reason was given to me that last person has been moved to a different dept. and no longer available to follow up on the case. I upfront refused him to follow up since I can’t bear this anymore. His manager Kaynat called me today and asked to write an email to withdraw the case and get the refund.

                      Currently, I am so pissed off with your services. I earn by doing hard work and paid Rs. 5724/- towards my CIBIL score improvement and not for this mental harassment. I have been experiencing nothing but disappointment from Credit Sudhaar and you have hardly contributed to improve my score. This is a setback for me and I feel like cheated by every person of yours. I don’t need any further support from Credit Sudhaar. Since it was promised to me by Veena if we fail to provide a solution you are worthy of a full refund. Now, because all of this pain I ask Credit Sudhaar to refund full amount paid towards the services back to my account ASAP.

                      I will also report this issue to consumer complaint forum and publish my concern on the Social Media.

                        I was trying to consolidate my loans and come out of my Financial viscous circle. Hence i was browsing through Credit Sudhaar. The next morning, i got a call from their Bangalore office and the person explained that i made a right choice of checking their website and promised me that they exactly do what i was thinking. He was continuously following with me on that day and convinced me that if i go with their premium package(INR 25800/-), they would help me with several other things. The person was interacting with me till 9pm to make sure that i make the payment. I had done payment through credit card as i didnt had sufficient fund, for which he told :"Kuch pane ke liye kuch khona hi". I thought they are genuine and i should take it forward. This was my first mistake
                        I have made the payment through the linked shared, which doesn't talk about any payment clauses. i have received the payment receipt.
                        One week later, i got a call from their mumbai office and started interacting with me. She didnt go through my profile and the first question asked was what is the loan amount i was looking for. I told her the amount, she said that the loan department person is on leave and after a weeks time he will be back. I was expecting to get a call from her. Inspite of several reminders, finally i got a call from one of their loans department person, who was feeling as if she was giving loan. After some questions, she decided, i am not eligible for any loan, inspite of having CIBIL score800 and good salary. She concluded that i cannot get any loan. Later that day, i approached one private Bank at 11.30am and got the loan approved in 6 hours. By 7pm, i got the approval. Later wrote back to my counsellor that what is really problem with them. But she was disconnected with the happenings. I expressed my unhappiness through email. and later escalated the issue to the escalations manager. She started interacting with me, and trying to understand the problem, i was insisting on my refund as they couldnt solve a simple problem. Later stages, Escalation manager proposed me to go with the Balance Transfer of homeloan. I have attempted to take the loan, but this also was taking time. During the process and documentation collection, i realise that the BT proposition was leading to a huge loss to me. I expressed the facts with the MAnager and she told that she will check and getback to me. I explained the calculations almost 10 times and told her that i will be in loss, but she never listened to me and told that this is the service we are offering to you.Now, i cannot approach her seniors, not the guy who promised me that the services will help me to come out of my situation. Should the Customer only face the problem? Is there anyone from Credit Sudhaar who is hearing this? She is not telling me about refund, taking her own decisions. Always puts on their management that this case has to be discussed. i have already completed 3 months with 60 emails, and zero out put. The amount i had paid through creditcard is 25800/- is in drain. Is there anyone who can help me with my refund!!!I have all the emails from day 1 and Credit sudhaar services are pathetic

                        After several followups, finally i got my partial refund.(i paid 25800/- and i got 21900/-) and the remaining amount is paid to government towards tax!! No service, but still tax.

                          These people lie and snatched money from customers and vanish they don't provide any service.they charged 14 thousand and forced for immediate payment they did not provide the promised services they don't answer your calls or emails after receiving the amount this company needs to be closed for the fraudulent business

                            Credit will make big promise to take your money... Will also give in writing that they will get the noc — and one you pay — that's it... They will stop answering your calls and emails.

                            Don't even think of paying to credit sudhar. They are fraud and will just vanish after they take your money.

                            I am still fighting my case to get back my money and sent a complaint about them to rbi.

                            Please stay away from this fraud company and its fraud employees.

                            We are an advisory company that extends help to people on manage their credit health. The advisory is extended purely on basis of the data available on an individual’s credit report.

                            We have no where left your issues unattended and have given you all the resolutions on your issue based accounts. We have also made you aware about the repercussions of you not making payments on the defaulted accounts. To enhance your credit score our counsellor had given you the recommendations which you couldn't avail as you are abroad.

                            > Post you sharing the CIBIL report with her, she discussed the report with you via email & discussed with you on the impaired accounts & the improvement required for the same.

                            > Further Email Drafts were shared for your SBI, ICICI & CITI Bank accounts on which the closure was a necessity.

                            > Closure Amount on Phoenix ARC CC account & Indusind CC account were shared with you. Out of these accounts, you have confirmed that you have initiated the closure towards your Phoenix ARC CC account.

                            > Further our resolution department assisted you with closure quotations on your HSBC & CITI Bank CC accounts as well.

                            On several counts, Ratna tried reaching you out to confirm if you have initiated or decided to close the issue based accounts for which you have received the closure.

                            Similarly assistance with ref. to the new trade lines was difficult, since you were abroad & for the same your presence in India was required.

                              Dear sir,

                              Initially creditsudhaar is very good at sells. They somehow convince the customer toward duping the product through promising the cibil score is good enough and customer to be financial healthy. Their charges are very high other than any other competitive brand working in this fashion in india. But, in return their service is tricky. Only few phone calls and sending few mails no such value addition they are doing . Neither they gave any proper invoice against the charges paid to them. I have good score in cibil . Is it justified to charge 12 k from customer towards fetching few quote from lender/ banker for getting the open account to closure. Through this can we get any loan in future ? God knows...!! Even their escalation is very pathetic !! No such hierarchy given in website except only customer service...

                              Now, after 6 month i realize that they just cheat with me to get their business . Neither i have got any value added service from them. Counsellors are pathetic. They proclaim that they are certified analyst, but their response is very poor. Even i remember sadika k . The communication is very poor that i was frustrated to talk with her.

                              I beg to prey to creditsudhaar whatever my loss already been done i forget initially but kindly refund proportionate amount to me towards mitigate the loss.

                              I suggest any customer for not enroll for their service.

                                I have problem with my cibil score so i am haring counsellor from credit sudhar on dated 29/09/2015 after payment till date no any kind of resolution
                                From there site. Every week i am send complain email to there customer care email address after that counsellor call me.In this time credit sudhar company change my counsellor three time. Always they give me time to resole my complain but never give proper salutation after five month nothing to do
                                I am asked for my payment back but they are not given proper answer. I am also very mentally hares from this kind of attitude by company & there counsellor. So please my help me to my money back or give me proper services by them as per given information on call before payment done by me. Hear i attach payment detail also email conversions with them.                                 Also they give ode suggestion to clear my cibil problems they give idea for gold loan with local finance with higher interest. Also they tell me moorage loan on my house with 19% of interest with local finance company they never talk with any kind of proper way to resole my cibil problem always give me time line for that. Now i am very afraid from credit sudhar services.

                                  The company is a big fraud. They will take your money and then run away. There is no customer service at all.
                                  Most of the employees are rude and dont want to work. It has been more than 2 years since I made the payment for getting my credit cards closed - no help from these thugs.

                                  Even on escalations - no one responds. I request to change the representative I was working with BUT no one listens.
                                  The rep was not even responsible enough to reply my emails or respond to my phone calls. The only response I used to get was auto replies and that too after a week.
                                  Employees and Sales team at credit sudhar - are there just to extract money by sweet talks and then flee away with no help at all. Why cheat ??? Does the company have no respect ???

                                  People contact you in time of need and all you do is - take the money and run away !!! Why not rob a bank - if you have no ethics and values.

                                  Please dont waste a single penny on these - find a better company if you are really serious about getting your credit score improved.

                                    I have been following up on my refund since June 2015, i was given wrong information and just to achieve their sales targets, i was pulled into Credit Sudhaar, i didnt get any in formation which benefited me in increasing my scores, there were no followups, rather, i have called them numerous times, sent numerous e-mails, their customer service is worst. Credit Sudhaar is giving me a run around, i have been following up just to retrieve my money. Please help me in this case, everyone knows my case there, i am sure, even my communications must be lying there, please listen to all the call recordings, i have been misguided and had gone through worst of my times. I will never recommend Credit Sudhaar to anyone.

                                      Sales team has given many promises regarding the CIBIL Improvement and after purchasing the services 4 number counselor was changed and no body has supported even not single dispute resolved by them, even with all bank I have coordinated, Credit Sudhaar team has given me all false comments.

                                        The above said company is in market to cheat innocent people in the name of service. They first collect their fees. Then when they know your are fooled by their representative. Then problem is yours, you have sought it out yourself. Then they stop negating you. You have call and check whether they are willing to solve your problem. If you ask them refund of fees. They will say we don't have a refund policy. Your money is gone.
