I have opted services from credit suthar company, mumbai and aand taken rs.14750/- and the company has promised me that all the negative tags in my finanace related issue with credit card will be resolved with the service opted time and now they are claiming thast the opted service is experired and i have to renew it then only the company will consider my case futher, at the time of opting the service mr. Praskash thakkur and mrs. Madhura khambali has promised me that the issues will be get resolved with in the service opted period, now no one is responding and leaving me in between without complete resolution of my dispute. Pl. Find a solution and resolve my dispute at the earliest

I, manish malik from new delhi. I want to file a complaint regarding one of your staff. Her name is yasmeen, her mobile number is [protected]. She phoned me regarding to sort out my credit card payment and after that i didnt answer her phone for some reason. I spoke to her today and she was very rude, unpleasant on phone. Like this lady it shouldn't have worked at this firm because she doesn't know how to talk with customers. Why you hire like this unpleasant and rude employee? One of the rude and unpleasant employee at your organisation.

This is to inform you that I have availed the platinum service from you through your relationship manager Yasmin.s and she told me to deposit Rs. 13221 to avail Platinum plan. Amd also she told me that she me he convert my outstanding amount of my credit cards into EMI after consult with the bank from her side but after avail the plan she refer my case to counsellor Monica and monica credit sudhaar didnot get any confirmation regarding conversion of outstanding amount into EMI and after that I consulted again to Yasmeen Shaikh and told her counsellor Monica denied to convert my outstanding in to EMI. And after that she transfered my file to Hiya Bajaj and she told me that you have to another Rs.12000 for further procedure. In whole episode, yasmeen and your team member always hide the process and never told me to submit another Rs.12000 after the avail platinum plan. Now as Hiya told me to submit another 12000, I was denied for it as it was ask me earkier before acquiring this service and told me that we couldnot further process your file before deposit another 12000. So, i was misguided by your team and my deposited amount was not refunded after the request as I am unable to deposit 12000. And if she said earlier for that I would never been avail this service. This is totally misleading and your employee yashmeen shaikh behave was totally disgusting and misconduct with me over the phone. In between this, before confirmation call from Joel, I asked few question regarding conversion into EMI and he told me that your company not to get confirmation for that. And Joel told me talk with yasmeen again . When I talked with yasmeen she get me confirmation regarding conversion of outstanding amount into EMI over the email. But now she refused for that and also not help me to refund my deposited amount. And also she speak rudely with me.

So I request you kindly process my file as asked earlier on mail with what she commited over mail or refund my amount.

These guys are a complete professional cheaters. Do not pay any kind of money to them. They speak so much convincingly in a very gentle money until you pay to them. Once paying them, they will not even respond. They lie to any extent to make you pay them. I am lodging complaint against them. Ms. Swapnali, mr. Suraj, mr. Lalith, and ms. Ayushree bandaree will be now put in jail. Guys if you want to increase your credit score it depends entirely in your hands. Please do not trust these guys. Such a cheaters these are.

Credit sudhaar is fraud company and no care for their customers-

Company promised me that my credit review/score will be enhanced, but till now, there is no status on it nor my review/score has changed, i have 574 score they promised me it will be more that 800 score within 45 days.

I have paid rs 6000 for this service, and it’s waste of time & money with these guys, the sales person who was sold me this package her name ms. Kavita wadekar and nilam.

Not even a single score has been enhanced till date, they don't care problem of customers after getting money, they not call you after you get membership.

Sooo goy’s please don’t get trap into the falls commitment of credit sudhar, these guys are fraud.

Dont trust them.

Hi my name is prince maan bakshi and i have paid 26500/- to improve my cibil score. Earlier you guys called me and informed me that we will clear all your debts by giving you a personal loan and laon amount will be directly pay to the bankers not to you and usha has informed me the our interest rate in between 18% to 30% it;s been around a month there is nothing you guys have done and i am dealing with the bank people on my own.. If you don't do anything and if you can't provide loan to your customer's why do you guys make fake commitments, i know how did i paid this amount to you and now you guys are not doing anything... I don't need your services if i have to pay them on my own i can easily make my cibil score better by paying my bank people.. One of your agent told me that you will not get the refund. Kyu bhai kyu nhi milega refund jab tum log kuch nhi kr rhe ho mujhe mera paisa wapis chahiye meri counsellor hai sharavathi rajesh suvarna isne mujhe bola ki hum log aapko refund nhi denge chahe aap jo marzi kar lo.. If you dont do anything about my case than mujhe consumer court me jaake tum logo ki complaint krni padegi.. Tum log dusro ko pagal bna kr unka paisa khaate ho.. Yaar tumhe kisi se dar nhi lgta kya police ya court se bhi nhi, tumhare agents ka to yhi kehna h jo karna h kr lo hum paise wapis nhi denge.. One day one fraud named, ashwin " [protected]" called me on behalf of credit sudhaar and assured me to increase my cibil score / credit score within a month. I paid her ₹5898 inr for the same.
But no score increased and nothing changed. I understood that they were a team of frauds.

Before the payment he used to call me every hour a day but once the payment is done he just disappeared in the air. After that i tried him many times but no responds. He never attended my calls. What a # he is.
However, i am going to file a complaint with the state police. And now i am preparing to drag this ashwin and his so called fraudulent company credit sudhaar to the court.

It's my hard earned money i won't let it go in vain.

Its a fraud company which is selling technically useless services at skyrocket price. They will take huge amount of money from you promising you to improve your credit score, and just after you made payment all the sweet talks are vanished and even if they oblige you with some of their time all they will do is to suggest you to settle your pending dues and later make a fresh and better trade line by applying for some personal loan at a very high interest rates from some nbfc or fd based credit card from any banks. I mean what exactly are they doing? Its a knowledge available to everyone.
Their callers openly claim themselves to be calling from cibil, icici bank and other bfsi. Not just that this company sells even the confidential data of customers to various bfsi and even dsa’s and customer will be bombarded with numerous sales calls and also becomes easy target for identity theft etc.

I am sure very soon this company will be shut down or will be highlighted in soe type of scam and promoters will be behind the bars.

I have visited www.creditsudhaar.com that is related cibil issue's. i have liked the information and i had contact credit sudhaar people.i have spoke with hiya bazaz and sareer sayyad.so that time i have requesed for removing enquiries and score improvement instantly(with in 2 to 3 days) they people given commitment for above mentioned. But they told me, your issues will be solved instantly(in 2 to 3 days) but they charged 23000/- for that issues. i agreed and i have paid.after payment has been done.2 days completed .i have contact the same people today itself (12/04/2018) they allocated one councillor. her name is sharavathi. She has called me and i have asked my resolve the issues but she told enquiries can not be removed instantly as well as score will not be increase .i have spoken with her lady regarding who people given wrong commitment and i have Requestes my money back.They refused my Request and they did not pick my call and did not give Reply to emails.i have contacted when first who had spoken and given wrongly given information lady .her name Hiya Bazaz .i have asked as per rti act she changed her words and she speaks voulger language. i have lost 23000/- please take this issue as high priority and take action that people and company. please hels us for refunding money.

The faiz tahsildar from credit suddhar calle and asked to avail the services from credit sudhar so he can provide the plus loan from their company. But when i purchaed the services on 28 feb, a platinum plan @ 20k, he did not responding and one of the executive called and said it is not available in baroda gujarat. The executive told me that the loan file is already logged in and account department is waiting for your payment, so they can disburse the loan ammmount to the account, it is complusory to show the transaction shown to the account of credit sudhar to disburse the loan. But as per the commitment from the executive no such facility available and now the company is not responding. They are not replying to email sent for refund the money as the executive given a gurantee to me.

Cheat company. First they told me to pay 18000 than my problem will be solved. Then they asked me to pay 14200 which i paid them and they provide lone on more then 30% roi and give ashorty they will transfer lone on low rate at 12% after six month but after 6 month they didnot repond my phone calls and talking sence is diffrent know rahul one of his imp. Not respondinf his no is [protected] not repondin evry time they said call back will arrange but no one call me his manager mr shah and anther person not radey to talk worst company for credit score improvement or other issues. I am paying high intrest and also i reffer my friends to them also comlaing to me for their mony kindly do take action against them if govt is unable to srop then the new scam will came out from them

This mail is with refrence to the unethical and malpratices done by conmpany called credit sudhaar.Mr Sanjai approached to me and told that they will give me the personal loan and will pay off my outstanding of HDFC bank.For this they will charge me 18k.But once the loan got approved they charged 26k on the loan of 47k at rate

Not only this they took extra cheques but never gave official acknowledgement.
Also they promised to increase my CIBIL score as they have permission to do so.
Also they missold life insurance policy in the name of regulations saying it is mandatory to have insurance cover for loan.

Till date they have not resolved the case and are mentally harassing me.I have been writing them for several months but they are all time big liars and keep on lying on everything.

Please by help me to get out from this issues

I was contacted by one of your advisors named fayaz from the number [protected], and told me that he could get my account resolved if i upgrade to one of the plans, since I was helpless I went ahead and purchased the Rupees 12000 package as he promised he will get me the CS loan to pay off my dues, now after that he tells me that my account has issues and loan cannot be done, so asks me to upgrade to another plan for an extra 14500 rupees an that he will get the issue resolved and my account will be clean of debts. so helplessly I paid the 14500 again .. total 26500.

I repeatedly told that I cannot pay everything together, if i had that much amount there was no need to contact your organization i could have contacted the bank and would have paid them directly and cleared my dues. now I get a reply from your counselor that I need to pay everything together, man I paid 26500 to you all just so that you could help me get the amount in easy installments which is not the case. Now I would move forward and ask for the refund of the amount that was paid to you for the false promises made by your team, Fayaz told me to agree to compliance team call or else my case will not go forward so I did, now I see everything he said was lie and was to frame me and get my money.

How could you all keep a spineless person like him in your company.. this is atrocious, on top of that he says the calls from him mobile phone is recorded, so i can be rest assured.

Lastly I request you to politely refund the amount that was scammed from me by fayaz.

I sujay nader took credit sudhaar services in the month of october 2017, with a followup call from mr. Shadab sheikh from credit sudhaar i paid around 35000 in cheque payment as promised with a condition that they will help me clear all my default accounts by providing me a plus loan of around 3 lakhs and also help me get my score to around 850 as per shadabs promise. I reside in pune and went to their office in mumbai to take their service, they spoke all sweet talks and persuaded me to go for their service. After the activation i got for some few calls from their company in which they never addressed cleary that they wont refund us the money incase they fail to provide what they promise. I was alloted a couselor ms. Ayushree bhandari who just called and kept on asking me fr documents to clear my accounts, always asking for this letter or that email frm bank manager where i had defaulted. I submitted them all the documents with itr and also gurantor documents according to their demands after which i am promised that file is logged in and very soon i will get to know eligibilty and my loan for closng the accounts. Now on 26th dec 2017 my counselor ms. Ayushree bhandari hd already mailed me that she can see a write off in my card and she just did not highlight the issue so much and asked me to keep calm as the loan process will happen soon.in the meantime i get calls in the first week of jan 2018 that my loan could nt be processed as there is a write off and they started to highlight the issue so much as if they dnt know anything abt the issue, shadabs tone was a change as if he did nt promise anything and ayushree started saying things as if she was nt knowing anything. I told them to refund the money and they said tht they dnt refund and they did not promise which is a total lie. I said to them ignore the plus loan just try to clear my credit card issue as its a small amount and help me as you cannot pay me my money get me out of the credit card issue, again they said ok they will do it. I gave them gurantor documents and i was promised that my issue of credit card will be solved. Now today again after a call from credit sudhaar i come to know that they cannot clear my credit card issue and i have to do it on my own. I request to you to kindly help me get my refund back from this crook and cheat fake company. They are misleading and cheating so many people with their lies.

Miss kavita wadikar employee of credit sudhaar services mail me as well as call me regarding improve credit score and getting loans offer. She told me you pay rs 35000/- before 30 nov 2017 i gave you 20 lack to 25 lack till 10 dec 2017. I told to kavita due to cbil score was low and others loan its difficult to getting loans to me. She promise to me our company provided to loan. Still i am not getting any loan from credit sudhaar...

Respected sir/madam, i have received a call from credit sudhaar services to my cibil score is below 750. Then i asked him to what will i do to increase the score then he replied "if you take a plan from credit sudhaar" then he promised me to solve my problem, after that i paid the amount with tax and service tax, as he told. After that they are suggesting me to take a secured credit card. Already i have paid amount to increase my score. So how can again i pay for credit card. I asked to credit sudhaar councillor to repay my amount but she is not responding about amount refund. So please i am requesting you to solve my problem.

This company has cheaten me. First they misold me there plan by saying that it will completely remove all the defaults that i have and will bring my scores to 800+. Which later i found ws incorrect. I complain and requested for refunds but again they convinced me keep up with the plan. My scores are not even 750+ infact they have gone down as well. I did everything which they suggested and still no progress. I recently sent them my cibil report to look into and the councelor name rahul sharma is the worst person i ever had come across to deal with. He never calls me on the preffered time, not even on priorities too. I spoke to him on 7/10/2017 and he told me that he would contact me that evening but he never turned up. I waited the entire following week and he still did not turn up. Infact wven after suggesting he call me in the odd hours and on a number which i had asked him not to call on. I wrote to him that i will complain and then he tried to call me from his personal number. I asked him to contact me from his office landline so that it should be recorded. Ne never called and its been 3 days now that i have not received any call feom hkm. I did message and caled him on his number and neither he replied nor message. He message me once saying that he was not well. I am sure that he is pretth much well and he intentionally avoiding me as my enrollment is about to get over woth them. I am now on to file a legal complain with the consumer court and i wish to have my complain resolve as soon as possible. First i was interacting with some lady called krutika. U for two months nothing happened.
Now from three months i'm interacting with rahul s, who asked for many details and documents, which i submitted, some of the details should actually be collected by credit sudhaar, but it was passed on to me.
Rahul never calls but sends mail that he tried to call me, i receive other calls but not from rahul s.
I'm very much disappointed by your service. Help me if you can, as i have lost all hopes.

I fell as prey in the month of april and i enrolled for the service. When the sales rep divya called me and convinced me that i will be given a guarantor based loan. After hell lots of struggle i could manage to provide each documents which i was asked for. I have been given all false commitments as none of their team members could keep their promise towards the services. It's been 5 months i have paid the fees and yet i was sent an email that my plus loan was rejected. I have had sent many escalation mails to them but never got any satisfactory response. Guys it's a humble request for all who are reading this right now. Please for god sake don't enroll to this service they will find all the reasons to reject your plus loan application. I am taking this issue further till i get any refund of my money.

I got enrolled with creditsudhaar services in the month of may 2017 after a long persuasion from the cs sales team. Within this 3 months, there have been 5 different counsellors who were allocated on my case to improve the credit score. None of the counsellors take your cases seriously and work on it. They simply dont have any idea on how to resolve issues. For past 3 months i have been just wasting my time in explaining what is all my case about to each one of them without any outcome. They give you false commitments by saying that they will revert back with issues but all in vain. They will never turn up to you in spite of writing so many email and reminders. It's all waste of our money. End of the day you feel cheated by creditsudhaar for not providing any service for which you had made a premium payment. Credit sudhaar team follows up with you so religiously to avail the counselling package but once you make the payment they go disappeared where it becomes viceversa in turn you will be following up with cs without any reply from them for weeks and months.
In my case i had 4 cases where i had disputes on the settlement done before years which was more than my credit limit. Out of that 2 cases i resolved myself and for the balance 2 cases, iam relying on cs for which i dont get response from them. Later understood that they dont have any clue on how to resolve the bank issues. Directors of the company would have worked in the banking sector but the counselors here dont have any product knowledge and they keep buying the time from you. They dont have skill to resolve even a simplest issue. I have been begging to the cs team to resolve this 2 cases but they go offline and they never revert back. It becomes highly impossible for us to reach the credit sudhaar. It would be great if they can refund the whole amount if creditsudhaar cannot provide any resolution within this week.
